Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of writing this article is to discuss learning innovations through the application of learning models in an effort to improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of field research shows that the creativity of teachers in innovating in the learning process gives good results on student learning outcomes. Models, methods, approaches or specific ways are very good impact in improving student learning outcomes that are creative. The target is not only students, but teachers who have explored their creative potential. Because in reality a creative teacher who plays a role in efforts to improve the quality of his education has a significant impact, one of which is to hone his hidden creative potential in the teacher. So that all elements of education have a high dedication to the development of the expected quality and quality of education.Keywords— creativity, learning models, education. Abstrak— Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah membahas tentang inovasi pembelajaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lapangan menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru dalam berinovasi pada proses pembelajaran memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Model, metode, pendekatan atau cara-cara khusus sangat berdampak baik dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang kreatif. Target yang dituju tidak hanya siswa, tetapi guru-guru yang dieksplorasi potensi kreatifnya. Karena pada kenyataannya seorang guru kreatif yang berperan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikannya mempunyai dampak yang signifikan, salah satunya adalah dengan mengasah potensi kreatifnya yang tersembunyi dalam diri guru. Agar semua elemen-elemen pendidikan mempunyai dedikasi tinggi terhadap pengembangan kualitas dan kualitas pendidikan yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci— kreativitas, model pembelajaran, pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract— The development of technology that continues to increase significantly, including the application of robotics that is growing among the public is believed to continue to reduce and reduce the role of existing human resources. This problem is the background of the creation of the industrial revolution 5.0 or better known as society 5.0. Japan first coined the Society 5.0. This concept is really different from the concept of industry 4.0, where the concept of Society 5.0 emphasizes more on the human aspect or its human resources, namely how humans can anticipate global trends due to the emergence of industry 4.0. A teacher has a very crucial function in the world of education because a teacher must be able to provide assistance to students to find solutions that contain innovations from the source of problems faced by students. All of this is expected to create students who can continue to innovate and be more creative in their real lives. There are many ways that can be done to prepare students who are creative, innovative and integrated. The learning process can continue to be more interesting and not monotonous when a teacher tries to maximize his creative ideas. So students can become more active in the learning process. Because the learning process is student-centered based not teacher-centered. In the era of modern technology, the learning process that we develop both in terms of methods, strategies or learning media must be related to modern digital technology because almost all students are more comfortable with something modern than conventional monotone.Keywords— Era Society 5.0, The Role of Teachers, Creative Abstrak— Perkembangan teknologi yang terus meningkat secara significant, termasuk aplikasi robotika yang semakin berkembang dikalangan masyarakat dipercaya bisa terus menurunkan dan mengurangi peran sumber daya manusia yang ada. Permasalahan inilah yang melatarbelakangi terciptanya revolusi industri 5.0 atau yang lebih dikenal dengan society 5.0. Jepang yang pertama kali mencetuskan Society 5.0. Konsep ini jauh berbeda dari konsep industri 4.0, dimana pada konsep Society 5.0 lebih menekankan pada aspek manusianya atau SDM nya yaitu bagaimana manusia tersebut bisa melakukan antisipasi terhadap tren global dari akibat munculnya industry 4.0. Seorang guru memiliki fungsi yang sangat crucial dalam dunia pendidikan karena seorang guru harus bisa memberikan bantuan  kepada peserta didik untuk menemukan solusi yang memuat inovasi-inovasi dari sumber permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh peserta didik. Semua  ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan peserta didik yang bisa terus berinovasi dan semakin kreatif dalam kehidupan nyatanya. Ada banyak cara yang bisa dilakukan guna mempersiapkan peserta didik yang kreatif, inovatif dan berintegrasi. Proses pembelajaran bisa terus menjadi lebih menarik dan tidak monoton ketika seorang guru berusaha memaksimalkan ide-ide kreatifnya. Sehingga siswa bisa menjadi lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Karena proses pembelajarannya berbasis student-centered bukan teacher-centred. Di era teknologi modern, proses pembelajaran yang kita kembangkan baik mengenai metode, strategi ataupun media pembelajaran  harus berhubungan dengan teknologi modern yang serba digital karena hampir semua peserta didik lebih senang dengan sesuatu yang modern dari pada yang konvensional yang bersifat monoton.Kata Kunci— Era Society 5.0, Peranan Guru, Kreatif

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara memahami struktur teks anekdot dengan kemampuan menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Unggulan Muara Enim. Tempatdilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Unggulan MuaraEnim. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode korelasional.Dengan alat pengumpul data menggunakan tes .Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 siswa kelas X MIPA 1 .Teknik analisis datamenggunakan analisis korelas iparsial. Hasilanalisismenyatakan bahwa 1)pemahaman siswa terhadap struktur teks anekdot dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuantitatif deskriptif, diketahui bahwa dari 33 siswa, terdapat 22 siswa yang memiliki pemahaman struktur teks anekdot dan 12 siswa belum memiliki pemahaman struktur teks anekdot; 2) kemampuansiswakelas X SMA Negeri 1 Muara Enim menulis teks anekdot dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa dari 33 siswa, terdapat 24 siswa yang memiliki kemampuan menulis teks anekdot dan 12 siswa belum memiliki kemampuan menulis teks anekdot; 3) terdapat hubungan antara pemahaman struktur teks anekdot dengan kemampuan menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 MuaraEnim. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi diketahui bahwa nilai r table adalahsebesar 0,980 lebih besar dari nilai r table yaitu 0,291. 3) Tingkat pengaruh variabelX dan variable Y berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan dapat dinyatakan bahwa nilai r = +1 atau mendekati +1, maka dapat diekmukakan bahwa korelasi antar kedua variable adalah kuat dan searah, dikatakan positif.  Kemudian berdasarkan penafsiran melalui koefisien korelasi diketahui bahwa nilai r table memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat yaitu berada diantara nilai 0,600 sampai dengan 1,000.Kata Kunci  : Teks, anekdot, struktur, MenulisABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and describe the relationship between understanding the structure of anecdotal text with the ability to write anecdotal text in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Unggulan Muara Enim. The place was held at the State High School 1 Featured in MuaraEnim. This study uses a correlational method. With data collection tools using the test. As for the sample in this study amounted to 33 students of class X MIPA 1. The data analysis technique uses a partial correlation analysis. The results of the analysis state that 1) students' understanding of the structure of anecdotal texts is in the good category. Based on the results of descriptive quantitative analysis, it is known that out of 33 students, there are 22 students who have an understanding of anecdotal text structure and 12 students do not yet have an understanding of anecdotal text structure; 2) the ability of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 MuaraEnim has written anexanek and in the category of good. Based on the analysis results it is known that of 33 students, there are 24 students who have the ability to write anecdotal texts and 12 students do not have the ability to write anecdotal texts; 3) there is a relationship between understanding anecdotal text structure and the ability to write anecdotal text in class X of SMA Negeri 1 MuaraEnim. Based on the results of the correlation test it is known that the value of r table is 0.980 greater than the value of r table that is 0.291. 3) The level of influence of variable X and variable Y based on the results of the calculation can be stated that the value of r = +1 or close to +1, it can be revealed that the correlation between the two variables is strong and unidirectional, said to be positive. Then based on interpretation through the correlation coefficient it is known that the value of r table has a strong level of relationship that is between the value of 0.600 to 1,000.Keywords: anecdotal, text , structure, write

Abstract

This study attempts to describe the evaluation of the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with cipp model. This study using a qualitative methodology descriptive. case with the approach. The data collection techniques used in this research is a questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data analysis using a method of triangulation and obtain information or data from various sources to verify the data. The research results be concluded that the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with a model cipp was going pretty good.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine the influence of the Madrasah Principal Leadership Style and Work Environment on the performance of Sekayu District State MT teachers. The analysis was carried out in the district of Negeri Sekayu MTs. This type of study is quantitative in descriptive terms. 84 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire were the sample in the analysis (questionnaire). Documentation and. The findings show that: 1) there is an effect on teacher performance of the principal's leadership style, 2) there is an impact of the working environment on teacher performance, 3) there is an influence on teacher performance between the principal's leadership style and the working environment together.

Abstract

How much influence is the strategy for improving the quality of education through meeting education standards and education personnel. The purpose of this study is to find and describe efforts to improve education standards and education personnel in schools in terms of: planning, implementing and supervising education, influencing, directing teachers and school staff in improving the quality of education. As stated in the National Education Standards (SNP) article 1 No. 17 of Law 20/2003 on National Education System and article 3 of Government Regulation No. 19 Year 20015 that: "Where SNP functions as the basis for planning, implementation and supervision of education at the level of education to realize a national education that is of good quality and aiming at guaranteeing the quality of national education in the framework of educating the life of the State and forming a dignified national civilization ". In expressing these things the writer uses a qualitative research approach. To extract data and information from informants, the authors used participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documents in the research data collection process. The research results revealed that; in meeting education standards and education personnel can influence teachers and school management staff so that what is done is aimed at school success and achievement, in order to improve the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Rambang Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Media and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes in Man 1 MusiBanyuasin.  Students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin were the object of this study. The sample was conducted on 87 students of Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the respondents were some of the students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin. The data collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 73 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that first, students' interest in learning and the use of learning media simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Second, student learning interest had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes. Third, the use of learning media had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the role of school principals in improving the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis technique which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and ferification. The results of the study state that the role of the principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District is carried out by establishing a program to improve the quality of learning by implementing a program to improve the quality of learning into the vision and mission of the school then the principal communicates the vision and mission of the school related to standards quality of learning; and improving the quality of education through interpersonal teacher competence by encouraging teachers to improve their competence and teaching ability. The principal should improve his competence so that the role can have a maximum impact in efforts to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance in cluster 1 Rambutan Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance of elementary school with a t count value of 4,182 and t table of 1,998 where t count > t table then Ha2 received. The conclusion of this research is that good organization culture where they would actualized teacher performance.
