Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan berbagai tantangan dan peluang bisnis yang akan dihadapi di era disrupsi industri. Penelitian ini mengguanakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, yakni mengumpulkan berbagai informasi menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian melaui berbagai sumber seperti buku-buku dan jurnal. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Apa saja tantangan dan peluang bisnis di era disrupsi industri?; 2) Bagaimana strategi menghadapi tantangan dan peluang bisnis di era disrupsi industr?. Adapun hasil temuan penelitian adalah Era disrupsi industri mengubah cara hidup manusia yang fundamental, dari manual menjadi otomatisasi digitalisasi. Hal tersebut dapat memudahkan pekerjaan manusia menjadi lebih praktis, efektif dan efesien karena perkembangan teknologi. Namun kehadiran era disrupsi di waktu yang bersamaan juga dapat menjadi ancaman bagi pelaku industri. Pekerjaan yang dulu biasa dilakukan oleh manusia, kini diambil alih oleh mesin dan robot. Maka untuk mengadapi tantangan danĀ peluang tersebut diperlukannya sebuah strategi, yakni Trend Watching; Research, Risk Management, Inovation, Switching, Partnership, Change Managemen.

Abstract

This research specifically aims to determine whether there was an effect of parental education level on student achievement at MTs N 4 East Lombok. Judging from the level of explanation, this research includes associative or relationship research. This study is a field research that uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression statistical techniques, using a significance level value of 5%. Based on the research objectives above, the results showed that: There was a significant influence between the level of parental education on student achievement at MTs N 4 East Lombok. This can be seen from the results of the analysis obtained with a significance level of 5%, obtained a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.385 indicate that the influence of parents' education level on student achievement is 38.5%

Abstract

This research is based on the demands of students to be able to improve their critical thinking skills in the era of industrial disruption. So this study aims to analyze the characteristics of HOTS-based question development and analyze the steps of lecturers in the preparation of HOTS-based questions in learning and learning courses at FTK UIN Mataram. . By type, it belongs to the category of field research in a qualitative approach. The authors collect data by interviewing and documenting. From the results of the study, it was found that the characteristics of the questions developed include the appropriate cognitive level, namely analyzing, evaluating and creating, as well as using stimulus and response. Then the steps taken by lecturers in the study and learning courses to develop HOTS questions have met the standard procedure for making questions. A series of stages in the procedure for compiling HOTS questions that have been made by lecturers studying and learning FTK UIN Mataram are:: 1) Analyze basic competencies as basic HOTS questions. 2) Designing the Question grid. 3) Presenting interesting but contextual stumulus., finally 4) Compiling questions based on a grid that has been arranged.
