Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara empiris pemahaman para pengusaha akan persaingan usaha di era Masyarakat ekonomi Asean (MEA), pentingnya pengendalian kualitas dan pengemasan, mengetahui  pengaruh  pengendalian kualitas dan pengemasan produk terhadap kemampuan bersaing. serta memperoleh  solusi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bersaing produk UMKM  di era MEA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data melaluiwawancarara dengan para pimpinan perusahaan dan pimpinan Inopak Institute serta pihak-pihak terkait, penyebaran kuesioner dan melakukan observasi langsung ke objek penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah para pengusaha UMKM mitra kerja Inopak Institute, dengan sampel pengusaha UMKM yang berdomisili di Priangan Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian UMKM belum memahami bagaimana persaingan di era MEA, para UMKM telah menyadari pentingnya pengendalian kualuitas dan pengemasan produk, sehingga mereka telah menjalankannya walaupun belum optimal. Pengendalian kualitas dan pengemasan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan bersaing. Kata kunci: Kemampuan Bersaing, Pengendalian Kualitas, Pengemasan

Abstract

The objective of this research was to identify and analyze the implications of the influence of food safety, product availability, and loyalty program on repurchase intention and its implications on the company image of CV. Torani Sumber Makmur Processed Fish Stall in the West Java Region. The method used in this research was a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample size in this research was 187 respondents determined using cluster sampling. By utilizing Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), the research found that product availability and loyalty program had a significant positive influence on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, food safety had a significant negative influence on repurchase intention. Food safety, product availability, and loyalty program had a significant positive influence on the company image. Repurchase intention had a positive and significant implication on the company image. The influence of product availability and loyalty program on repurchase intention had significant implications on the company image. Whereas, the influence of food safety on repurchase intention did not have significant implications on the company image.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation, leadership and work stress as determinant factors on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on District employees in Tasikmalaya City. Sampling was carried out using the proportional stratified random sampling technique, with a total sample size of 152 samples, spread across 10 sub-district employees in Tasikmalaya City. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that 1) Motivation, leadership, work stress, job satisfaction and performance of sub-district employees in Tasikmalaya City are in very good condition; 2) Motivation, leadership and work stress have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 3) Motivation, leadership and work stress have a positive and significant effect on performance; 4) Motivation, leadership and work stress influence performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for subdistrict employees in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training, work experience, competence and motivation on performance. The study was conducted on mental health management employees at the Tasikmalaya Regency Regional Health Center. Sampling was carried out using census techniques, with a sample size of 97 samples, consisting of mental health management employees at the Tasikmalaya Regency Regional Health Center, which consists of 40 Community Health Centers. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that: 1) Training, work experience, competence, motivation and performance are in good condition. 2) Training, work experience and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance. 3) Training, work experience, competency and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of mental health management health workers at the Tasikmalaya Regency Regional Health Center

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of segmenting and targeting on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening survey variable for consumers of Cio Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikmalaya. The research method used is survey and quantitative methods. This research used a sample of 220 consumers of Cio Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikalaya. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Segmenting and Targeting on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions as an Intervening Variable in Consumers of Cio Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikmalaya both partially and simultaneously, meaning that the more focused segmenting and targeting is applied to CIO Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikmalaya, purchasing decisions will increase so that consumer satisfaction will also increase

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of training and development, employee engagement, learning culture on employee performance at Yogya Group PT. Akur Pratama Regional Priangan Timur, as well as the role of learning culture in moderating the relationship between training, development, and employee engagement on employee performance. This research used a survey method with a quantitative approach, involving 175 staff and supervisors. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), which proved that training and development, employee engagement, and learning culture had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Learning culture also strengthened the relationship between training, development, and employee engagement on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on work productivity with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on Puskesmas employees in Tasikmalaya City. Sampling is carried out using techniques of simple random sampling, with a total sample size of 282 samples, spread across 22 Community Health Centers in Tasikmalaya City. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a likert scale. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that 1) Organizational culture and compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Organizational culture and compensation partially have a positive and significant influence on work productivity; 3) Job satisfaction is able to act as an intervening variable on the influence of organizational culture and compensation on work productivity
