Abstract

This research is to develop a theoretical model about performance and to test the influence of business environment in determining operations strategy and to improve company performance by empirical test in high medium manufacturing company in Tasikmalaya.This is explanatory research. The method of the research is survey. The object of the research consists of business environment, operations strategy and performance. The research location is in Tasikmalaya City and Regency involving the high medium manufacturing companies. The research subject is CEO. The research population is 192 high medium manufacturing companies in Tasikmalaya. The research sample is 110 companies determined by Structural Equation Model, as the method of analysing data, which is operated by AMOS. The conclusions of the research are: (1) Business environment sets a significant role in determining operations strategy choice, so to decide the competitive company priority needs the right identified scanning environment. (2) The success of the company in uncertainty business condition will be reached if the company is able to focus itself in cost strategy, quality strategy and delivery strategy.Keywords: business environment, operations strategy, performance and balance score card

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada variabel mikro-ekonomi yang memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja Konstruksi BUMN yang konon secara empiris memvalidasi dampak variabel pertumbuhan rasio keuangan yaitu Total Asset Growth, Total Pertumbuhan Kewajiban, Ekuitas Pertumbuhan, Bersih Modal Pertumbuhan Kerja, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diwakili oleh Return on Equity Pertumbuhan dan Return on Asset Growth. kinerja keuangan perusahaan dapat diukur melalui rasio keuangan yaitu ROE dan ROA.Using metode tujuan (judgment sampling) terhadap 8 Konstruksi BUMN selama periode 2008-2012, data 2008 digunakan sebagai pengukuran awal dari kinerja keuangan pertumbuhan rasio pada tahun 2009. Dengan demikian , periode penelitian adalah melalui 2009-2012. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Total Aktiva Pertumbuhan, Jumlah Kewajiban Pertumbuhan, Ekuitas Pertumbuhan, Modal Pertumbuhan Kerja Bersih, tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap Return on Equity Growth, dan Return on Asset Growth. Sementara Penjualan Growthhaving dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap Return on Equity Growth, dan Return on Asset Growth. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality, Atmosphere Store, bundling product and point of purchase to Impulsive buying through Corporate image as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on Alfamart Members in the North Ciamis Region. Sampling is carried out using techniques propotioned stratified random sampling, with a total sample size of 210 samples, spread across 16 Alfamart stores in the North Ciamis Region. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that, 1) Service quality is in good condition, whereas Atmosphere Store, Bundling product, Point of purchase, Corporate image and Impulsive buying in very good condition; 2) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase positive and significant effect on Corporate image; 3) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying; 4) Corporate image positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying; 5) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase influence on Impulsive buying through Corporate image as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of institutional ownership, profitability and stock volatility on company value. The study was conducted on companies indexed by the Kompas 100 shares for 2018 - 2023. The sample size was set at 26 companies with observation data from 2018 to 2023. The type of data used was secondary data in the form of panel data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the Eviews application. The results of this research show that, 1) Institutional ownership has a stable trend, while profitability, the level of share volatility and company value, has a decreasing trend; 2) Institutional ownership, profitability and stock volatility simultaneously influence company value; 3) Institutional ownership partially has a positive but not significant effect on firm value; 4) Profitability partially has a negative and significant effect on company value; 5) The level of share volatility partially has a positive and significant effect on company value

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the role of self-control in mediating the influence of organizational commitment, work environment, and work stress on cyberloafing behavior among employees of the Religious Court Regional Coordinator I of the High Religious Court of Bandung. The method used in this study was a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample size in this study was 230 respondents, determined using the saturated sample technique. Using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), the study found that organizational commitment and work environment had a significant positive effect on self-control, while work stress had a significant negative effect on self-control. Organizational commitment had a significant negative effect and work stress had a significant positive effect on cyberloafing behavior, while work environment had no effect on cyberloafing behavior. Self-control had a significant negative effect on cyberloafing behavior. Self-control was able to mediate the influence of organizational commitment, work environment, and work stress on cyberloafing behavior among employees of the Religious Court Regional Coordinator I of the High Religious Court of Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to examined the direct and indirect influence of service quality, university image and experiential marketing on the competitive advantage of private universities with student satisfaction as a mediation variable. Empirical studied were conducted at private universities in Kuningan Regency. Sampling was carried out used proportionate stratisfied random sampling techniques with a total sample of 380 samples who were active students with minimum criteria for have taken lectures for one year. The instrument of this study is a statement questionnaire with Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used Stuctural Equation Modelling with Smart PLS applications. The results showed 1) Service quality, university image, experiential marketing and student satisfaction are in good criteria while competitive advantage is in very good criteria. 2) The quality of service and university image have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, but experiential marketing have a negative and insignificant effect on competitive advantage 3) Quality of service, university image and experiential marketing have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction 4) Student satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage 5) Quality of service, university image and experiential marketing have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage through student satisfaction as a mediation variable. 6) In multigroup analysis, the role of satisfaction in mediating the influence of service quality, university image and experiential marketing on competitive advantage at the two universities there is no significant difference.

Abstract

This research aims to test the direct and indirect effect of ROE, EPS, DER, and PBV on stock returns through dividend policy as a intervening variable. The research was conducted on LQ45 index companies listed on the IDX in the 2018 - 2022 period. The samples collected were 20 companies from 45 companies using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique was carried out using panel data regression assisted by the Eviews 12 application. The research results show 1) ROE and EPS have a significant negative effect on Dividend Policy, 2) DER has an insignificant negative effect on Dividend Policy, 3) PBV has a positive and significant effect on Dividend Policy, 4) ROE and DER have an insignificant positive effect on Stock Returns, 5) EPS has an insignificant negative effect on Stock Returns, 6) PBV has a significant negative effect on Stock Returns, 7) Dividend Policy is able mediates the influence of ROE perfectly (complete mediation) and the influence of PBV partially (partial mediation) on Stock Returns, 7) Dividend Policy is unable to mediate the influence of EPS and DER on Stock Returns.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation and training on performance with work culture as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on Civil Servants in General Functional Positions and Certain Functional Positions in the City of Tasikmalaya. Sampling was carried out using techniques proportionate stratified random sampling, with a total sample size of 374 samples, in 37 regional apparatus organizations in Tasikmalaya City. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with scale likert. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that 1) Motivation, Training and Performance are in good condition. Meanwhile the Work Culture is in Very Good Condition; 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work culture; 3) Training has a positive and significant effect on work culture; 4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance; 5) Training has a positive and significant effect on performance; 6) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on performance; 7) Motivation and training have a positive effect on work culture; 8) Motivation, training and work culture have a positive effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of training and development, employee engagement, learning culture on employee performance at Yogya Group PT. Akur Pratama Regional Priangan Timur, as well as the role of learning culture in moderating the relationship between training, development, and employee engagement on employee performance. This research used a survey method with a quantitative approach, involving 175 staff and supervisors. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), which proved that training and development, employee engagement, and learning culture had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Learning culture also strengthened the relationship between training, development, and employee engagement on employee performance.
