Abstract

This article discusses the relationship between social media and the religious behavior of students in the Nurul Huda Kajen Islamic Boarding School. Santri in the pesantren can access social media as a place to get to know the world, but the problem is how the students use and use social media whether it is appropriate or not. This article aims to describe the usefulness and behavior of students in the Nurul Huda Kajen Islamic Boarding School in Margoyoso district, Pati regency. This article includes the field research article type with qualitative approach techniques. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the article show two behavioral models of santri after getting to know positive and negative social media. The positive is to dig up information that helps learning and negativity is the loss of santri responsibility for the behavior that has been done. The solution is for santri to be equipped with a comprehensive understanding of religion in order to maintain religious values when using social media, and away from criminal behavior.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the transformational leadership style and commitment organiasasi and its influence on employee performance of the office at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya, Pekanbaru. Transformational leadership style as a variable (X1), organizational commitment as a variable (X2), and employee performance as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 16, wherein the samples used are employees of the office is 37 done by census and data collection through questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the validity, reliability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression test, t test and F. It can be concluded that the transformational leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance of the PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya, organizational commitment significantly influence employee performance of the PT. Abstract

This research data is obtained from the web based on the financial statements of PT Paninvest Tbk to determine the effect between financial resilience and financial resistance by analyzing financial statement data that occurred in 2022. We (researchers) use quantitative data in this study, namely by analyzing the report data we get so that we as researchers can present PT Paninvest Tbk's financial statements in a journal entitled "the application of resilience finance and resistance finance to financial statements that emphasize the ability of pt paninvest tbk to survive and recover".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumtif Gen Z di kabupaten Pamekasan, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dan dampak dari perilaku konsumtif tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap tujuh informan yang memiliki latar belakang sosial dan ekonomi yang beragam yang lahir antara tahun 2002 hingga 2008. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumtif Gen Z dipengaruhi oleh faktor emosional, sosial serta pemasaran digital. Gen Z lebih cenderung berbelanja berdasarkan keinginan dan tren, bukan kebutuhan, serta mudah dipengaruhi oleh media sosial, teman sebaya dan influencer. Faktor-faktor seperti hedonisme, konformitas, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) dan rendahnya kontrol diri menjadi pendorong utama dalam perilaku konsumtif mereka. Dampak dari perilaku konsumtif ini meliputi kesulitan finansial seperti terjerat pinjaman online dan dampak psikologis berupa kecemasan dan penyesalan yang sering berujung pada konflik keluarga. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kesadaran finansial untuk membantu Gen Z mengelola perilaku konsumtif mereka secara lebih bijak. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi pengembangan bahan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat membantu individu dalam mengelola kecemasan dan pengendalian diri serta memfasilitasi pendidikan keuangan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Gen Z tentang konsekuensi dari konsumsi impulsif dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik.
