Abstract

ABSTRAK : Pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaannya senantiasa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya disiplin, lingkungan dimana dia bekerja serta kepuasan yang dia dapatkan. Sehubungan dengan itu maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh: Analisis Pengaruh Disiplin, Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai pada Pengadila Agama Banjarbaru, dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif, dengan Populasi sebanyak 28 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 28 orang Pegawai pada Pengadilan Agama Banjarbaru. Data primer yang telah terkumpul di analisis dengan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Analisis Jalur Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Disiplin kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pengadilan Agama Banjarbaru, dengan Kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Research related to the implementation of the card sort strategy in improving reading proficiency is motivated by the low ability of students in reading Arabic texts in class 2 in Al-Ikhlas Taliwang Islamic Boarding School. 30 students only 10 students can read fluently, if presented only 32% of students above average in reading. Therefore, researchers provide an idea in the form of implementing the Card Sort strategy in learning, where this strategy makes the teacher a facilitator and prioritizes active students in teaching and learning activities. This research aims to find out how effective the use of the card sort strategy is in learning and find out the steps for its implementation. The research method uses quantitative research with a type of experimental research, namely by comparing the results of students' pretest and posttest scores. To measure this, the researcher used Paired Sample T Test analysis. The results of the research obtained an average student pretest score of 42.7 and for the posttest it was 63.7, this shows an increase in students' abilities. If you pay attention to the analysis test results using SPSS 25, the Sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.005, if you read it there is a significant difference between the students' pretest and posttest scores.

Abstract

Globalization has brought significant changes in agricultural dynamics, the contribution of agriculture to rural communities in facing current global challenges, such as climate change, food security and environmental sustainability. This research was using a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through field observations, in-depth interviews with farmers, and literature analysis. The research results show that agriculture in Jorong Dama Gadang plays a crucial role in providing food for local and global communities, maintaining ecosystems, and adapting to climate change. Jorong Dama Gadang farmers have adopted sustainable farming practices, such as the use of organic fertilizer, crop rotation, and soil conservation, which helps reduce negative impacts on the environment. However, they also face major challenges, including limited access to technology and markets, and the intensifying impacts of climate change. This article suggests the need for policies that support rural agriculture through increased access to technology, education, and infrastructure investment to ensure their continued contribution to global challenges
