Abstract

Abstract. Sumatra is located near the place where the collision between Indo-Australian Plate and Eurasian Plate heppened. When Indo-Australian Plate moves below Eurasian Plate, the friction that occur between both plates causes the strain is being accumulated. The strain that exceeds the elastic limit will be released as an earthquake. GPS observation in Sumatra was conducted to analyse the velocity of vector displacement and the heterogenous of tectonic strain on the surface as one of the tectonic indication to earthquake mitigation in the future. The result from data processing shows vector displacement in Sumatra has northeast direction that indicate inter-seismic and southwest direction that indicate post-seismic. The strain distribution is extension that indicate post-seismic equally scatteres dominantly in zone where happened Aceh earthquake on 2004, Nias earthquake on 2005, Bengkulu on Sptember 12th 2007, and earthquake on Mentawai Island on September 13th 2007. While strain as compression shows Sumatera still has inter-seismic effect.Keywords: compression, earthquake, extension, GPS.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to analyze the attitudes and talents of students towards teacher profession and their impact on their academic result. The sample of this study was 78 students Economics Education Studies Program in Economy Faculty, The State University of Padang. The data were analyzed with descriptive and multiple regression. The finding of this study indicated that students showed positive attitudes and talents toward teacher profession. Abstract

Teknologi saat ini telah menyentuh berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, administrasi, bisnis dan lain-lain. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi yang banyak digunakan saat ini adalah sistem penjualan, penjualan berbasis online sudah sangat banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat, hanya dengan mengakses E-Commerce melalui Internet saja, pembeli dapat memilih barang yang diinginkan, mengetahui rincian barang, dan dapat melakukan transaksi dengan siapa saja tanpa dibatasi oleh waktu dan jarak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis masalah-masalah yang ada di Toko Makmur 2 Tembilahan yaitu belum adanya media penjualan online, sering terjadi kesalahan pelaporan penjualan dan pengelolaan stok barang masih manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan Website E-Commerce pada toko Makmur 2 Tembilahan yang dapat menanggulangi kesalahan pelaporan dan pengelolaan stok barang dagangan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Kepustakaan, Wawancara dan Analisis. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan diimplementasikannya sistem penjualan berbasis online dapat membantu permasalahan yang selama ini terjadi pada Toko Makmur 2 Tembilahan yaitu melayani penjualan berbasis online, laporan penjualan dapat dengan cepat dan mudah serta pengelolaan stok barang juga lebih mudah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang telah mencapai era industri 4.0 mendorong terjadinya perubahan gaya hidup manusia yang lebih tergantung dengan teknologi. Untuk itu, siswa SMA harus diberikan pemahaman terkait perkembangan teknologi. Salah satu cara yang dapat ditempuh adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan terkait sistem otomasi yang dalam hal ini dapat diajarkan menggunakan microcontroller Arduino. Dalam pelatihan yang telah diselenggarakan, kami melihat minat besar yang muncul dari peserta pelatihan yang dapat dinilai dari hasil pengisian kuesioner yang diberikan ke peserta. Dari maksimum 152 responden, 61,6% peserta menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini menarik dan 30,5% menjawab sangat menarik. Kemudian, 57,9% responden menjawab pelatihan ini bermanfaat dan 40,1% menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat. Selain itu, kami juga mengadakan survei terpisah untuk melihat minat siswa dari jurusan IPS dan secara mengejutkan kami temukan bahwa 65,3% siswa IPS menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini menarik dan 29,2% menyatakan sangat menarik. Mayoritas siswa IPS juga menjawab bahwa pelatihan ini bermanfaat (58,3%) dan sangat bermanfaat (40,3%). Sehingga, kami menemukan adanya peningkatan minat siswa untuk mempejari sistem otomasi secara signifikan karena 90,7% dari total peserta belum pernah mempelajari Arduino sebelumnya.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study examines the effect of training content on trainee outcomes and the mediating role of trainees’ motivation in the relationship between training content and organisational citizenship behaviour. Design/Methodology/Approach: A cross-sectional research design was employed to collect 320 survey questionnaires from employees at the Malaysian federal government’s central agencies in Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory. The SmartPLS software programme was utilised to assess the quality of the instrument and subsequently test the hypotheses. Research Findings: The results demonstrate that training content significantly determines trainee outcomes. Trainees’ learning motivation significantly mediates the relationship between training content and organisational citizenship behaviour. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study reveals that training motivation mediates the relationship between training content and organisational citizenship behaviour in the organisational sample. This finding supports and broadens previous studies conducted in South East Asian and other countries. Managerial Implication in the South East Asian context: The study findings can assist managers in understanding different paradigms of trainees’ motivation construct and formulate employee-oriented training instructions to maintain and upgrade organisational sustainability. Research Limitation & Implications: This study has certain methodological and conceptual limitations that must be addressed in future research to strengthen its findings.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of implementing Pancasila values in dealing with student delinquency. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Pancasila values in tackling student delinquency at SMP Bina Jaya Banguntapan Bantul. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used in this study used interview, observation, documentation studies and descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this research is that the efforts of schools, teachers, in instilling Pancasila values with the aim of growing morality and good character are able to overcome student delinquency. The results of observations and interviews show that the activities of implementing Pancasila values have been maximally carried out by schools and teachers in dealing with student delinquency at Bina Jaya Banguntapan Junior High School Bantul. Civics learning is recognized as a teaching material that is able to protect students from the bondage of delinquency. Through Civics learning and practicing divine values as contained in Pancasila, it is believed to be central for students to form good, moral, character and protect students from deviant behavior.

Abstract

Abad ke-21, dikenal sebagai era keterbukaan atau globalisasi yang penuh ketidak pastian, di perlukan individu yang protean. Dalam tinjauan literatur review ini, kami meninjau penelitian yang ada untuk mengembangkan kerangka integratif untuk memahami bagaimana pengarahan diri sendiri, orientasi nilai, dan kesuksesan psikologis merupakan hal penting dalam penerapan karir yang protean.penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR)Artikel ini membahas tiga proses protean yang didukung empiris: kesadaran identitas, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan agensi, sambil menambahkan dimensi kesuksesan karir subjektif dan objektif. Asumsinya, elemen orientasi karier protean (PCO) esensial bagi pertumbuhan dan makna manusia. Selain itu, artikel ini merinci manfaat karir protean bagi organisasi.Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan holistik tentang faktor-faktor yang membentuk perilaku proaktif, adaptasi karier, dan kesuksesan karir dalam paradigma karir protean.

Abstract

In 2022, the implementation of PBG processing which has been carried out by the Padang Pariaman DPUPR in the field of Human Settlement does not comply with the time period based on the established regulations. In this regard, the author conducted research on the factors that influence its implementation, the obstacles faced, as well as potential improvements or recommendations to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. The research method used is a qualitative method by distributing questionnaires and interviews with informants. The dominant factor is timeliness in implementing PBG arrangements; facilities and infrastructure; HR; and initiative. In the Likert Scale assessment, the highest result was obtained in the Disagree assessment, namely 5.57%. The results of the identification of indicators and evaluation results have been validated with experts so that the author provides recommendations to the field of creative work of the Padang Pariaman Regency DPUPR to increase the number of human resources capable of carrying out PBG implementation in accordance with applicable regulations. The Padang Pariaman Regency DPUPR Job Creation Sector must have the facilities and infrastructure to carry out the duties of implementing PBG in serving the community. And the Cipta Karya sector must have the initiative to provide information to the public about PBG and provide licensed experts to help the community complete the PBG requirements.
