Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of financial performance (Current Ratio, Leverage, Working Capital Turnover, and Return On Assets on corporate value (Price to Book value). The data analysis models used in this sudy are descriptive statistical analysis and inference. The population in this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2016 to 2020. The sample is chosen by using purposive sampling, and there are 23 companies in which the sample collection of companies with criteria of having financial reports during the years of the study period. The result shows that the variables of CR, WCT, and ROA have significant positive effect corporate value. The result also shows that variables of LEV have a significant negative effect on corporate value.

Abstract

The effect of capital structure on the profitability of the case study of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the aim of this study for the 2019-2021 research period, the company's financial reports which become the data in this study are called secondary data. There were 29 samples in this study where the sample was selected based on the criteria of having complete financial report data during the study period. Analysis of financial report data produces a Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable that has a positive and significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

The existence of educational institutions in an area has various influences on the economic activities of the surrounding community. The existence of the Keling Kumang Vocational School which is located in Sekadau Regency influences the interest of the surrounding community, especially the people in the Sekadau City area. After conducting research and analysis, the results obtained show that there is a relationship that shows there is an interrelationship between the existence of Keling Kumang Vocational School and changes in people's interest in investing. The existence of Keling Kumang Vocational School is able to encourage the community to carry out various types of investment activities. The more advanced the Keling Kumang Vocational School, the more students of the Keling Kumang Vocational School, the more people who are interested in investing around the Keling Kumang Vocational School. The more people who invest shows more people are entrepreneurship so that they are able to create jobs for the surrounding community. This research examines how the existence of Keling Kumang Vocational School is able to influence the interest of the Sekadau community to invest in the environment around Keling Kumang Vocational School.

Abstract

The Keling Kumang Institute of Technology (ITKK) is dedicated to fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, encompassing the domains of teaching, research, and community service. In the 2022/2023 academic year, the Entrepreneurship study program within the ITKK (Institute of Technology and Knowledge Creation) undertakes community service initiatives under the guidance of faculty members, aligning with the institution's overarching vision and goal. The primary objective of this service program is to enhance the knowledge of young individuals on the need of saving. To effectively promote financial literacy among young individuals, it is imperative that they possess adequate knowledge and skills in financial management. This is crucial as each person possesses varying capacities in addressing their respective needs. We engage in community service initiatives aimed at promoting awareness among young individuals regarding the significance of saving, accomplished through the process of socializing this concept. The introduction of effective financial management strategies is expected to encourage young individuals to allocate a portion of their income towards savings, thereby optimizing the utility of their funds. This practice aims to cultivate a sense of self-control and promote the practice of frugality in financial matters

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan membentuk mindset kewirausahaan pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kabupaten Sekadau sebagai upaya mempersiapkan generasi entrepreneur muda yang mandiri, kreatif, dan produktif. Rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan serta masih terbatasnya minat berwirausaha di kalangan pelajar menjadi dasar penting dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif partisipatif melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan diawali dengan koordinasi bersama pihak sekolah, identifikasi kebutuhan peserta, serta penyusunan materi pelatihan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, simulasi pengelolaan keuangan, studi kasus, praktik penyusunan anggaran sederhana, identifikasi peluang usaha, serta penyusunan mini business plan secara berkelompok. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi partisipasi peserta, serta refleksi akhir kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai pengelolaan keuangan pribadi, pentingnya menabung, perencanaan keuangan, serta meningkatnya motivasi dan minat siswa terhadap kewirausahaan. Selain itu, siswa mampu mengembangkan ide usaha sederhana berdasarkan potensi lingkungan sekitar. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam membentuk karakter mandiri, kreatif, dan inovatif pada siswa sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah strategis dalam menciptakan generasi entrepreneur muda di Kabupaten Sekadau melalui sinergi antara sekolah, perguruan tinggi, dan pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi keluarga petani padi di Desa Engkersik melalui pelatihan manajemen keuangan keluarga berbasis kewirausahaan. Sebagian besar petani di desa ini masih menerapkan pola pertanian subsisten dan belum memiliki kebiasaan menyusun perencanaan keuangan rumah tangga. Pelatihan dilakukan satu hari dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik langsung. Peserta belajar membuat pencatatan keuangan sederhana, mengelompokkan pengeluaran, serta menyusun rencana keuangan keluarga. Kegiatan juga menanamkan nilai kewirausahaan agar peserta mampu melihat peluang ekonomi dari aktivitas pertanian yang selama ini hanya untuk konsumsi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai literasi keuangan dan kemampuan menyusun buku kas sederhana. Peserta mulai mampu mengenali potensi ekonomi dari hasil pertanian serta memahami pentingnya tabungan, dana darurat, dan pengeluaran produktif. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak awal berupa meningkatnya kesadaran finansial dan kemampuan mengelola pendapatan rumah tangga secara lebih terarah sebagai fondasi kemandirian ekonomi keluarga petani.
