Abstract

The cassava husk is solid waste of production process of cassava, the cassava husk have big enough potency of amount side. This study aimed to exploit the solid waste of cassava husk become compost, so that can improve economic value of the waste and to know the starter concentration of Aspergillus niger sp and the appropriate time of incubation so that get quality compost of cassava husk, and for the eligibility of small industrial scale cassava husk compostThe process of composting Windrow open system uses starter of Aspergillus niger sp 10, 20 and 30 % with time of incubation during 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30 days. Elections of the best treatment pursuant to compost parameter standard show that treatment of K7 that is addition of starter rate 0% with time of incubation 24 days are the best treatment. The best treatment result have rate of C 22.87%, Total N 11.23%, C/N 18.60%, P2O5 0.82%, K2O 0.92%, KA 18.50%, pH 7.05, yield 41.04%, temperature 27 0C and amount of spores 144.543 (x104)/g. From the result analyses eligibility of effort making of competent cassava husk compost to be run calculation of criterion eligibility of effort, mount advantage of investment is competent. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax administration, services to taxpayers, tax sanctions and tax incentives on land and building tax compliance. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were taxpayers for Land and Building Tax in Kartoharjo District, Madiun City, determining the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula with a maximum tolerable error rate of 10% so that 100 primary data can be obtained in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service to taxpayers and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while tax administration and tax incentives do not have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Suggestions in further research are that it is necessary to hold counseling about the importance of paying taxes and the government creates a mobile application that contains information about land and building taxes, the government collaborates with minimarkets, postal or virtual payment applications to open land and building tax payment services so that it can make it easier for taxpayers to make payments, the government increases fines for taxpayers who violate it so that there is a more deterrent effect.

Abstract

Nilai karakter masih menjadi prioritas dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia, yang salah satu medianya adalah novel. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai karakter, seperti nilai religius, toleransi, cinta tanah air, rasa ingin tahu, jujur, menghargai prestasi, cinta damai, dan nasionalis di dalam novel Tanah Surga Merah karya Arafat Nur. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis) sebab penelitian ini berupaya mengungkap dan menganalisis teks yang tertuang di dalam novel secara mendalam. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik baca-catat, artinya mendata teks-teks yang ditemukan lalu mendeskripsikannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel ini mengandung nilai-nilai karakter yang tergambarkan melalui tokoh-tokohnya. Pada nilai religius, novel ini banyak menggambarkan bentuk taat kewajiban sebagai manusia untuk beribadah dan menjalankan syariat Islam. Pada nilai nasionalis, novel ini menggambarkan apresiasi budaya, menjaga budaya, dan cinta tanah air. Pada nilai mandiri, novel ini menggambarkan keberanian tokoh-tokohnya dalam menggapai tujuan. Pada nilai gotong royong, novel ini menggambarkan tolong-menolong, solidaritas, dan empati. Pada nilai integritas, novel ini menggambarkan nilai keteladanan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, novel ini banyak memberikan gambaran nilai karakter dan sebagaimana mestinya karya sastra, novel ini dapat dijadikan salah satu media untuk menanamkan nilai karakter kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Lansia banyak yang mengalami penurunan kemampuan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan Activity Daily Living (ADL). Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mempelajari Penerapan Fungsi Afektif Keluarga pada Lansia dalam Pemenuhan Activity Daily Living. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif. Populasi adalah semua keluarga lansia yang pernah periksa di Puskesmas Pesantren II Kota Kediri dengan besar subyek 61 responden yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive  Sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini ada 2 yaitu Fungsi Afektif keluarga dan kebutuhan Activity Daily Living (ADL). Data fungsi afektif keluarga kebutuhan Activity Daily Living (ADL) dan diolah dengan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil diperoleh bahwa Fungsi Afektif Keluarga Kurang kebutuhan Activity Daily Living (ADL) Lansia Bergantung. Kesimpulan fungsi afektif keluarga dan kebutuhan Activity Daily Living (ADL) kurang sehingga lansia banyak yang bergantung.
