Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran kurang maksimal karena kurang variatifnya guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran sehingga menurunnya daya ingat siswa alam mengikuti pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan alat peraga tiga dimensi dalam meningkatkan daya ingat siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas VI-A MI Al-Khoiriyyah I Karangpawitan Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen Pre-Experiental Desain One Grup Pretest-Posttest. Penelitian ini mengadakan pretest dan posttest supaya hasil yang didapatkan lebih akurat. Berdasarkan  hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai rata-rata 83 pottest dan 42 pretest. Setelah diadakan uji t didapatkan nilai Thitung lebih besar dari Ttabel yaitu 45,33>2,70 berada di daerah penerimaan Ha. Uji N-Gain sebesar 0,71 dengan iterpretasi tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan penggunaan alat peraga tiga dimensi dapat meningkatkan daya ingat siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA.

Abstract

Permasalahan pasca panen komoditas holtikultura di Kabupaten Garut masih menjadi persoalan yang harus dicari solusinya. Terlebih banyaknya hasil panen yang melimpah dan harga pasar yang rendah mengakibatkan hasil panen tersebut terbuang dan tidak bernilai. Bawang merah merupakan salah satu produk holtikura yang banyak diminati petani di Kabupaten Garut dengan permasalahan yang sama, yaitu terkait pemanfaatan bawang yang tidak terjual pasca panen. kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan bawang merah yang tidak terjual menjadi produk olahan yang praktis dan bernilai lebih.Diawali dengan kajian masalah, pengumpulan data, perencanaan kegiatan sampai dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan pengolahan bawang merah bagi petani. Agenda pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan mengundang narasumber dan instruktur ahli dalam pengolahan dan pemasaran bawang goreng yang dilaksanakan kepada 10 (Sepuluh) Orang ibu-ibu petani. Hasil olahan dari kegiatan ini berupa bawang goreng aneka rasa, yaitu rasa original, rasa pedas, rasa terasi dan rasa teri. Tim berkodinasi bersama kelurahan setempat agar kegiatan ini dibina untuk dapat dikembangkan menjadi usaha yang berkelanjutan dan menjadi olahan alternatif pasca panen tiba.

Abstract

Character education is a crucial aspect in shaping young generations with noble morals to face the challenges of globalization and technological advancements. Ta’lim al-Muta’allim, a book by Sheikh Burhanuddin Al-Zarnuji, presents personal values that can be applied in Islamic education, particularly in shaping the personality of knowledge seekers as a blessing for the universe. This study aims to determine the extent to which the values in student education align with the character of students who exhibit compassion, sympathy, and care for others. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) with stages including formulating research questions, searching, selecting, analyzing, and interpreting literature. The results show that student education emphasizes values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and respect for knowledge and teachers. These values align with the Rahmatan lil ‘Alamin Student Profile, which is based on tolerance, commitment to goodness, and social care. This study contributes to formulating strategies for implementing moral values in the Islamic education curriculum to produce students who are not only academically excellent but also possess noble character and can make a positive contribution to society

Abstract

Dance learning in elementary schools helps students develop aesthetic expression and gross and fine motor skills. Appropriate evaluation is essential during this learning process. This evaluation is crucial for teachers to accurately and continuously track student progress. Therefore, this study aims to examine how teachers use assessment strategies in dance learning in fifth-grade students at Garut Islamic School Prima Insani Elementary School. This study examines these assessment strategies, particularly those related to student motor development. The objectives of this study are to identify assessment strategies used by teachers to improve students' motor skills, assess whether students' motor skills have improved during dance learning, and explain the difficulties teachers face when using these assessment strategies. The focus of this study is on the use of formative assessment during the learning process, not at the final evaluation stage. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology, collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of dance teachers, the principal, and fifth-grade students. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of assessment strategies and the impact of dance learning on students' motor development. The results of the study indicate that teachers used formative and diagnostic assessment strategies with a differential approach and direct observation. Rubrics were used to assess motor coordination, flexibility, rhythm, and manual dexterity. The motor skills of most students were categorized from "good" to "very good" out of 28 students assessed, with details of 57.14% being in the good category with a score of 75–79 and 42.86% being in the very good category with a score of 80–100. Teachers faced problems such as limited time, resources, and differences in student abilities.
