Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pelaksanaan Tugas dan Fungsi Camat berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 dalam Rangka Otonomi Daerah di Kabupaten Maros dan Fungsi Camat berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 dalam Rangka Otonomi Daerah. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian adalah, pelaksanaan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yakni Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pemerintahan Derah yang mengatur mengenai pelaksanaan Otonomi Daerah dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas dan Fungsi Camat di Kabupaten Maros, kurang optimal. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kurang optimalnya pelaksanaan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yaitu Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah Khusus mengenai kualitas sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, serta faktor partisipasi masyarakat. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of the Camat's Duties and Functions based on Law Number 23 of 2014 in the Framework of Regional Autonomy in Maros Regency and the Camat's Functions based on Law Number 23 of 2014 in the Framework of Regional Autonomy. The research method uses empirical legal research. The result of the research is that the implementation of the provisions of the laws and regulations, namely Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government which regulates the implementation of Regional Autonomy in the context of implementing the duties and functions of the Head of Sub-district in Maros Regency, is not optimal. Factors that affect the less than optimal implementation of the provisions of laws and regulations, namely Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Special Regional Government regarding the quality of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as community participation factors.
