<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Penanganan dugaan Pelanggaran Netralitas Aparatur Sipil negara oleh Bawaslu Kabupaten Maros dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Tahun 2020 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian Empiris, yakni penelitian yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan pada realitas hukum dalam masyarakat. Lokasi penelitian Bawaslu Kabupaten Maros. Populasi penelitian Bawaslu Kabupaten Maros, Komisi ASN, ASN Kabupaten Maros, Akademisi, dan Masyarakat Kabupaten Maros. Responden ditentukan sebanyak 50 orang.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penanganan dugaan Pelanggaran Netralitas Aparatur Sipil negara oleh Bawaslu Kabupaten Maros dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Tahun 2020 kurang terlaksana dengan baik; dan 2) Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada Penanganan dugaan Pelanggaran Netralitas Aparatur Sipil negara oleh Bawaslu Kabupaten Maros dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Tahun 2020 adalah faktor Substansi Hukum, faktor Sumber Daya Aparat Penyelenggara, dan faktor Masyarakat itu sendiri. The Research objective to analyze the handling of alleged violations of the neutrality of the state civil apparatus by the Bawaslu of Maros Regency in the Implementation of the 2020 Regional Head Election and the factors that influence it. Empirical research type, namely research conducted with an approach to the legal reality in society. The research location of Bawaslu in Maros Regency. The research population of Maros Regency Bawaslu, ASN Commission, Maros Regency ASN, Academics, and Maros Regency Community. The respondents were determined as 50 people. The results showed that the handling of alleged violations of the neutrality of the state civil apparatus by the Bawaslu of Maros Regency in the Implementation of the 2020 Regional Head Election was not carried out properly; and 2) The factors that influence the handling of alleged violations of the neutrality of the state civil apparatus by the Maros Regency Bawaslu in the Implementation of the 2020 Regional Head Election are the Legal Substance factor, the Organizing Apparatus Resource factor, and the Community factor itself.]]>
