<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis implementasi partisipasi masyarakat terhadap penerapan Peraturan daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 tentang Peternakan dan Penertibannya di Kota Palopo dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi partisipasi masyarakat dalam Pelaksanaan Peraturan daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2009 tentang Peternakan dan Penertibannya di Kota Palopo belum optimal karena sosialisasi dalam pembentukan maupun pelaksanaan peraturan daerah belum menyeluruh dan peternak belum sepenuhnya mengetahui dan mamahami peraturan daerah tersebut. Penegak peraturan daerah juga belum sepenuhnya optimal serta penyediaan fasilitas hewan ternak belum memadai. The research objective to analyze the implementation of community participation in the application of Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2019 concerning Livestock and Its Control in Palopo City and the factors that influence it. The research method used in this research is empirical legal research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of community participation in the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2009 concerning Livestock and Its Control in Palopo City has not been optimal because socialization in the formation and implementation of regional regulations has not been comprehensive and farmers do not fully know and understand these regional regulations. Enforcement of regional regulations is also not fully optimal and the provision of livestock facilities is not adequate.]]>
