<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Efektivitas Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan menurut Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan PTSL di Prov. Sulsel belum terlaksana secara efektif. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap efektifnya PTSL di Prov. Sulsel adalah pengumuman data fisik dan data yuridis, penerapan asas kontradiktur delimitasi, biaya pajak (BPHTB), tanah ulayat dan Sumber Daya Manusia. Sebaiknya Pemerintah melakukan sinkronisasi/harmonisasi antara PP dengan Permen atau Peraturan mengenai PTSL diatur dalam PP sehingga mempuyai derajat yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Permen, melakukan sosialisasi/penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya penempatan, penetapan dan pemeliharaan batas tanah. The research objective to analyze the Effectiveness of Complete Systematic Land Registration in South Sulawesi Province according to the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 of 2018 and the factors that influence it. The type of research used is empirical normative legal research. The results showed that the implementation of PTSL in Prov. South Sulawesi has not been implemented effectively. Factors that influence the effectiveness of PTSL in Prov. South Sulawesi is the announcement of physical data and juridical data, application of the delimitation contradiction principle, tax costs (BPHTB), ulayat land and human resources. It is recommended that the Government synchronize/harmonize the PP with the Ministerial Regulation or the Regulation regarding PTSL is regulated in the PP so that it has a higher degree than the Ministerial Regulation, conduct socialization/education to the community about the importance of placing, determining and maintaining land boundaries.]]>
