Abstract

Currently the system to determine the location of roadworks at the Department of Public Works Highways Ogan Ilir already running properly with the working guidelines of government regulation No. 34 of 2006 on the road needs to be improved in accordance with the streets according to their status as district roads. However, the process to determine which path should be repaired first they compare with the printed document, so that problems that occur are not effective in the process of decision-making and reporting. Therefore, this study about decision support systems determining the location of roadwork that aims to speed up the decision making process regarding the location of which road to be repaired first by a ratio of specified criteria. The method used mainly in the development of the system is a Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) that can help best decision against several alternative decisions to obtain an accurate and optimal decision. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database in order to produce a support system that can provide an alternative in the decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jarak tanam dan dosis pupukkotoran ayam terbaik pada kacang tanah di lahan gambut and untuk mengetahu iapakah terjadi interaksi antara jarak tanam dan dosis pupuk kotoran ayam padakacang tanah di lahan gambut. Penelitian dimulai dari Maret sampai Mei 2017. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Bintang Mas 2 Kecamatan Rasau Jaya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan terdiri dari jarak tanam (j), dan pupuk kotoran ayam (k). Faktor jarak tanam terdiri dari tiga taraf, yaitu : j1 = 40 cm x 10 cm, j2 = 40 cm x 20 cm, j3 = 40 cm x 30 cm dan faktor pupuk kotoran ayam terdiri dari tiga taraf, yaitu : k1 = 10 ton/ha, k2 = 20 ton/ha, k3 = 30 ton/ha. Masing-masing taraf diulang sebanyak 3 kali, dengan demikian terdapat 27 petak percobaan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi, volume akar (cm3), klorofil daun(spad unit), Berat kering tanaman (g), tinggi tanaman (cm), Jumlah polong per tanaman (buah), berat polong per tanaman (g), Berat100 biji (g), Berat biji per petak (g). Perlakuan jarak tanam yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang tanah di lahan gambut adalah 40 cm x 30 cm sedangkan dosis pupuk kotoran ayam dosis 10 ton/ha merupakan dosis terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tanah di lahan gambut. Tidak terjadi interaksi antara jarak tanam dan pupuk kotoran ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tanah di lahangambutKata kunci : Jarak Tanam, Kacang Tanah, Kotoran Ayam, Tanah Gambut

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and leadership on employee work discipline at the Pompengan Jeneberang River Basin Office (BBWS) in Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, the sample used is 80 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using statistical product and service (SPSS) 25. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline at the Pompengan Jeneberang River Basin Office. Leadership also has a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline at the Pompengan Jeneberang River Basin Office. Work motivation and leadership together have a significant influence on employee productivity at the Pompengan Jeneberang River Basin Office. Thus, the implementation of an effective leadership style and strategies to increase work motivation can be a solution in improving employee discipline and performance, which in turn will improve the quality of service and work results in government agencies. This study is expected to provide insight for further research on the factors that influence work discipline in the public sector.
