Abstract

ABSTRAK Keterlambatan diagnosis dan penanganan biasanya terjadi pada dua puluh empat jam pertama setelah serangan terutama pada fase prehospital. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengeksplorasi pengalaman prehospital pasien dengan STEMI pertama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif fenomenologi dengan pendekatan interpretif. Partisipan yang ikut dalam penelitian ini delapan pasien dengan STEMI pertama yang pernah dirawat di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Analisis data dengan pendekatan Braun and Clarke menghasilkan delapan tema yaitu ketidaknyamanan fisik, ketidaktepatan menafsirkan gejala, keputusan mencari pertolongan, perilaku terhadap keluhan, ungkapan penolakan, reaksi psikologis, penanganan awal, dan perjalanan mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Secara umum keluhan yang dirasakan pasien dengan STEMI pertama berupa ketidaknyamanan fisik yang dirasakan bervariasi oleh masing-masing partisipan. Munculnya ketidaktepatan menafsirkan keluhan dapat disebabkan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan pasien terkait keluhan dan gejala STEMI sehingga mampu menunda keputusan pasien dalam mencari pelayanan kesehatan. Pasien STEMI pertama cenderung menunggu keluhan semakin memberat untuk memutuskan mencari pelayanan kesehatan. Dibutuhkan health education kepada masyarakat mengenai tanda dan gejala STEMI, penanganan prehospital, dan kebutuhan mencari tenaga kesehatan segera.Kata kunci: pasien, prehospital, STEMI ABSTRACT Delay in diagnosis and treatment usually occurs in the first twenty-four hours after the attack, especially in the Prehospital phase. The purpose of this study is to explore the Prehospital experience patients with first STEMI. Qualitative methods in this study using the approach interpretive phenomenological design. Participants in this study were eight patients with a first STEMI who ever cared for in hospitals Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. The data analysis approach Braun and Clarke (2006) resulted in eight themes, namely physical discomfort, inaccuracies interpret symptoms, the decision to help seek, the behavior of the complaint, the expression of rejection, psychological reactions, initial treatment, and the journey to get health care. The conclusion obtained is the appearance of inappropriateness interpret complaints can be caused due to lack of knowledge related to the patient’s complaints and symptoms of STEMI patients so as to delay the decision to seek health care. Needed health education to the public about the signs and symptoms of STEMI, Prehospital treatment, and the need to find medical personnel immediately.Keywords: client, prehospital, STEMI

Abstract

ABSTRAKKemajuan ilmu pengetahuan di segala bidang serta tuntutan era globalisasi menuntut setiap orangmampu bersaing sesuai kompetensi yang dimiliki. Diperlukan adanya upaya peningkatan prestasibelajar mahasiswa dengan memperbaharui metode pembelajaran dari klasikal menjadi Student CenterLearning (SCL) yang menempatkan peserta didik sebagai pusat kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satu bentukSCL adalah metode Seven Jump. Pembelajaran dimulai dari pemunculan suatu masalah, kemudianmahasiswa bersama dosen akan menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan tujuh langkah yangdisebut Seven Jump Method. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengalaman mahasiswa menggunakanmetode pembelajaran Seven Jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif fenomenologi denganpendekatan interpretif. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan mahasiswaTingkat II Prodi D III Keperawatan STIKes Kusuma Husada Surkarta. Analisa data menggunakanBraun and Clarke yang menghasilkan sembilan tema yaitu ciri khas pembelajaran seven jump, dosensebagai pendamping, mahasiswa sebagai pusat pembelajaran, sarana peningkatan soft skill mahasiswa,hal-hal yang menghambat seven jump, perbedaan ekspresi mengikuti seven jump, tidak ada feed back,curah pendapat, dan harapan dalam pembelajaran seven jump. Seven Jump memiliki ciri khas dimanamahasiswa sebagai pusat pembelajaran dan dosen hanya sebagai pendamping. Terdapat kelebihan dankekurangan yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa selama mengikuti kegiatan seven jump dan hal ini akanmempengaruhi penerimaan mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci: mahasiswa, SCL, seven jump ABSTRACTThe progress of science in all fi elds as well as the demands of globalization requires every person isable to compete in accordance with their competence. There needs to be an effort to improve studentachievement by renewing teaching methods from classical to Student Center Learning (SCL) that putsthe learner at the center of learning activities. One form of SCL is method Seven Jump Learning startsfrom the appearance of a problem, then students with lecturers will solve the problem with the sevensteps are known as the Seven Jump Method. This study investigates the learning experience of studentsusing seven jump. This study used a qualitative design interpretive phenomenological approach.Coleccted data with indepth interview used eight students Level II Prodi D III Nursing STIKes KusumaHusada Surkarta as a participants. Analysis of the data in this study used Braun and Clarke aproachwhich resulted in nine theme that is characteristic of seven jump learning, as an assistant professor, astudent as a center of learning, means of increasing student soft skills, things that inhibit seven jump, differences in expression following the jump seven, not No feed back, brainstorm, and expectations inseven jump learning. Seven Jump characterized as a learning center where students and faculty only asa companion. There are advantages and disadvantages perceived by the students during the activities ofseven jump and this will affect the admission of students in the learning process.Keywords: students, SCL, seven jump
