Abstract

Pre eklamsi adalah hipertensi yang terjadi pada ibu hamil dalam usia kehamilan ≥20 minggu atau sesudah persalinan yang ditandani dengan meningkatnya tekanan darah ≥140/90 MmHg, proteinurin positif dan edema. Ibu hamil dengan pre eklamsi memiliki kerentanan fisik dan psikologis lebih tinggi dibanding ibu dengan kehamilan normal karena memiliki resiko kegagalan dalam kehamilan dan persalinan yang lebih besar sehingga dapat mengakibatkan kecemasan. Kecemasan dapat diturunkan dengan art drawing therapy, art drawing therapy merupakan kegiatan yang menggunakan alat gambar dan warna sebagai media dengan tujuan agar dapat mengekspresikan emosinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre and post test without control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil pre eklamsi yang berada di kecamatan Jati, pengambilan sample menggunakan tekhnik total sampling. Jumlah sampel 31 responden. Instrument untuk mengukur kecemasan ibu hamil pre eklamsi adalah Hamilton Rating Scale (HARS). Art drawing therapy dilakukan sebanyak 3 sesi dan setiap sesi dilakukan sau kali pertemuan selama 60 menit. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada pengaruh pemberian art drawing therapy terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil pre eklamsi dengan dengan nilai p<0,000 (p value < 0,05). Kesimpulan, terdapat pengaruh art drawing therapy terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil pre eklamsi. Pre-eclampsia is hypertension that occurs in pregnant women at gestational age 20 weeks or after delivery which is characterized by increased blood pressure 140/90 MmHg, positive proteinuria and edema. Pregnant women with pre-eclampsia have higher physical and psychological vulnerabilities than mothers with normal pregnancies because they have a greater risk of failure in pregnancy and childbirth so that it can cause anxiety. Anxiety can be reduced by art drawing therapy, art drawing therapy is an activity that uses drawing and color tools as a medium in order to express emotions. This study uses a quasi-experimental research design with a pre and post test approach without a control group design. The population in this study were pre-eclampsia pregnant women who were in Jati sub-district, the sample was taken using a total sampling technique. The number of samples is 31 respondents. The instrument to measure the anxiety of pre-eclampsia pregnant women is the Hamilton Rating Scale (HARS). Art drawing therapy was carried out in 3 sessions and each session was held once for 60 minutes. Analysis of the data using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study showed that there was an effect of giving art drawing therapy on the level of anxiety in pre-eclampsia pregnant women with a p value < 0.000 (p value < 0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of art drawing therapy on the anxiety level of pre-eclampsia pregnant women

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease, most of which is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The psychological effect that is often experienced by TB patients is anxiety. There factors that cause anxiety, predisposition and precipitation. One of the factors that influence someone in dealing with anxiety is family support. Especially in emotional support, which can promote feelings of comfort and emotional control in TB patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family emotional support and anxiety levels in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients. This research was conducted in the Wonogiri District area. The research design used cross-sectional. The total sampling was (n = 59) in TB patients who are undergoing treatment. The research tool uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi Square Test. Date were retrieved by questionnaire then analyzed using chi square with degree of meaning ?<0.05. Result and analyze, obtained p value 0.034 (p-value 0.034 <? (0.05), it means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results a relationship between family emotional support and the anxiety level of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients in Wonogiri District. And TB patients with less family emotional support are at risk of having a high level of anxiety 9.5, compared to good family support (OR: 1.909- 2,346). Suggestions for further researcher to research recommends empowering family in providing emotional support to help TB patient in emotional mastery, so as not to experience an increase in anxiety levels

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by an increase in glucose levels in the blood. Efforts can be done to maintain glucose levels within normal limits, namely by dietary patterns. The success of managing diabetes mellitus is very dependent on the patient's efforts in changing his behavior from knowledge, attitudes, and practices. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of respondents and describe the level of knowledge of diabetes mellitus dietary patterns in the working area of the Gambirsari Public Health Center in Surakarta. The type of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The population was typed 2 DM patients with 30 samples taken using a purposive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion selection criteria. The research instrument used a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed the characteristics of the respondents were in the early age of 46-55 years was 23 (76.7%), female sex was 21 (70.0%), and respondents who had a high school education of 21 (70.0%). The description of the level of respondents' knowledge regarding diabetes dietary patterns was sufficient (86.7%). In the description of knowledge about diabetes mellitus dietary patterns in the working area of Gambirsari Public Health Center can be concluded insufficient criteria.
