Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Cerme sudah cukup banyak yang mendirikan usaha kecil-kecilan yaitu mereka terutama mendirikan warung makan, warung/toko kelontong, jasa angkut, pedagang pasar, pedagang hasil bumi, dan usaha lainnya sebagai penambah pendapatan sehari-hari. Usaha kecil dan menengah ini adalah merupakan sokongan kekuatan perekonomian terutama peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat khususnya di Desa Cerme, Kecamatan Juwangi, Kabupaten Boyolali. Dan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) inilah salah satu yang menjadi sorotan Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat untuk membina lebih jauh dan terarah untuk menjadikan UKM yang lebih dapat diandalkan guna peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat khususnya bagi masyarakat Desa Cerme dan sekitarnya. Berdasarkan pada hasil ceramah yang menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan materi Problematik Praktek Akuntansi pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) serta Keterkaitannya terhadap Akses Kredit bagi Masyarakat di Desa Cerme, Kecamatan Juwangi, Kabupaten Boyolali cukup antusias diterima oleh para peserta pelatihan terutama para UKM-UKM, pemuda, tokoh masyarakat dan perangkat Desa Cerme, Kecamatan Juwangi, Kabupaten Boyolali.

Abstract

Since the establishment of the COVID-19 pandemic, the mining industry has had a declining stock performance. This is especially the case for demand from the largest segment for the mining industry in Indonesia, namely China, India, and the Philippines, which has decreased due to the lockdown. In connection with this, it becomes an urgency to test the factors that can affect stock prices. Based on this, this study aims to examine the effect of the current ratio and return on equity on stock prices. The population in this study are mining industry companies listed on the IDX during 2016-2020. The research was conducted using purposive sampling method, as many as 15 companies that met the criteria. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the least square method. The results showed that partially the current ratio and return on equity had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The specific objective of this study is to identify the dominant transformational leadership style applied by the management of Koperasi BMT Kota Semarang and to provide recommendations for implementing transformational leadership to improve organizational performance through strengthened leadership and collaboration. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through a literature review (examining theories of transformational leadership and its impact on organizational performance), interviews with leaders and team members to gain insights into the implementation of transformational leadership within Koperasi BMT Kota Semarang, and case studies of organizations that have successfully implemented transformational and collaborative leadership to illustrate best practices and their positive impacts. The targeted outcomes include improved effectiveness and efficiency in operations, leaders of Koperasi BMT Kota Semarang being able to inspire and motivate employees and members to achieve the organization’s vision, the establishment of an energetic and synergistic collaborative work culture, improved member welfare, as well as publication and dissemination of research findings to stakeholders. This study is expected to provide a clear overview of how transformational leadership can build a more energetic and collaborative team while driving overall organizational performance improvement.
