Abstract

The information system for purchases and cash disbursements is one of the entire information systems. In retail sales companies need control of purchases and cash disbursements that are precise and fast. In an effort to minimize sudden out-of-stock inventory, it is necessary to secure an inventory to cope with a sudden out of stock due to delays in purchasing goods that occur at CV. New Space. This is what encourages the author to conduct research on CV. Angkasa Baru and choose the title "Purchasing Information System and Cash Distribution at CV. New Space. In writing this research systemin formation, the author uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 application, the research writing method uses the Research and Development (R&D) model, while the stages of this research model go through the stages of observation or interviews with parties related to the data required in writing this thesis, stages of designing the application system, designing specifications, validation test stages, revision of validation until the system passes. The development method used by the author is the prototype method, where the system created will be tailored to the needs of the user, if there is a change in the system it will be repaired until the user is satisfied with the system.

Abstract

The development of smartphones today is very rapid and can not be separated in everyday life in finding information or making information and in all fields of work requires communication tools to access data and information, it is no wonder in terms of smartphone work being an inseparable part separate, this research I use smartphone especially Android which is currently one of the operational systems that are commonly used by the public especially Indonesia so that it can be used to help team performance in the field in this case Merchandiser in conducting Data Processing Asset Material Promotion Using Qr Code to monitor and control the allocation of promotional material assets in the field to facilitate reporting of promotional material assets. QR Code is a two-dimensional matrix code or barcode that comes from the word "Quick Response", where the contents of the code can be deciphered quickly and precisely, Optimizing the use of applications in this case QR code to facilitate monitoring and control of promotional materials in the field which will help merchandiser to help make it easier to do work in the field and directly connected to the admin computer at the head office, so it will be easy, fast, and accurate.

Abstract

TPDK Disdukcapil Kecamatan Genuk, Kota Semarang menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap prosedur layanan administrasi kependudukan. Berdasarkan observasi awal, sekitar 67% pertanyaan di loket bersifat repetitif terkait persyaratan dokumen, sehingga memperpanjang waktu tunggu dan menurunkan efisiensi pelayanan. Masyarakat juga belum memiliki akses terhadap media informasi digital yang memadai mengenai prosedur dan persyaratan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan website panduan mandiri berbasis QR Code menggunakan metode User-Centered Design (UCD) sesuai standar ISO 9241-210 yang diterapkan melalui empat tahapan: identifikasi konteks penggunaan, analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan solusi desain, dan evaluasi usability. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap 5, dan library PHP QR Code, serta dimodelkan menggunakan diagram UML dan ERD. Pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan Black Box Testing terhadap 20 skenario menunjukkan hasil 100% berhasil. Pengujian usability menggunakan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan 30 responden menghasilkan skor rata-rata 82,5 yang termasuk dalam kategori Excellent (Grade A), melampaui target minimal 70. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa website panduan mandiri berbasis QR Code yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan kemudahan akses informasi dan efisiensi pelayanan publik.
