Abstract

Urban landscape design is an approach in designing cities that has a positive impact on city residents by providing a livable environment. Urban landscapes come in various forms, one of which is city parks. A city park is one of the facilities provided by a city and its residents can carry out several activities in it. A city park also serves as a city landmark. The city of Salatiga has several parks with recreational functions but not many city parks are available to function as public spaces. One of them is a park located in Tingkir District, Salatiga City, namely Tingkir Park. The purpose of this study was to apply 3D computer technology in the redesign of Tingkir park with the concept of Urban landscape design. A city park that is functional, aesthetically pleasing, can be a better public space and can become a landmark in the area. The method of developing a Virtual 3D City Park Design product uses 5 steps ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluation). In academic interest, this research results in the experimentation of computer graphics technology in the development of urban park design.

Abstract

The research aims to assess entrepreneurial mindset’s effect on entrepreneurial intention through psychological capital dimensions, i.e., resilience, optimism, hope, and self-efficacy. The paper develops the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) concept. This is a quantitative type of research using an explanatory approach. The specified population was final students of Universities at Semarang City. The sample was randomly selected by 200 respondents using Google Forms. Then, the method of data analysis applied was SEM-PLS with SmartPLS. The authors pointed out that entrepreneurial mindset significantly affects resilience, optimism, hope, and self-efficacy. Next, resilience also affects entrepreneurial intentions. Otherwise, optimism, hope, and self-efficacy do not significantly affect entrepreneurial intentions. This theoretical study’s contribution is expected to help extend the TPB concept and solve the problems related to student’s entrepreneurial intentions. Abstract

This research examines the potential for leadership development through the creation of comprehensive leadershipchannels within organizations. By highlighting training elements that focus on the skills required for success in aleadership role) and succession planning (i.e., the creation and implementation of long-term plans that addresschanges in top leadership roles) as two distinct organizational initiatives. The method in this research is to combinethe concept of Real Option Reasoning (ROR) with a skill-based leadership model. An in-depth study of theimplementation of Comprehensive Leadership Pipelines (CLP) as an alternative to developing a leadership modelis also reviewed in this study. The conclusion of this study is that by adjusting succession planning policies tooutreach organizations according to the ROR pillars, it is possible to create CLPs that simultaneously lowerturnover, increase the likelihood that employees will be in the right place at the right time, and reduce the risksassociated with large investments. on employees. Given the need for organizations and individuals to assist in theselection of employees for appropriate leadership skills-based training, companies can make better and less riskydecisions when selecting organizational leaders.

Abstract

Key Problem: the development of artificial intelligence technology has increased in the last five years, but testing of the impact of its application to curricula in higher education has been poorly considered and very limited. Objective: to know the interrelationship between the impact of the application of artificial intelligence in contributing to improving student academic achievement. Originality: testing the effectiveness and linkage of the impact of artificial intelligence on the curriculum in higher education with increased student achievement is still very limited. Method: quantitative design with secondary data taken from literature and previous research as many as 50 examples of cases in universities with Koesioner Method. Result: there is an influence of the impact of the application of artificial intelligence on curriculum development in universities. The impact value brought by artificial intelligence is 0.7 which is classified as the Good category. There was a low association of 0.05 between the application of artificial intelligence in the curriculum at 50 universities and the increase in student academic achievement. Novelty: not always the application of artificial intelligence has a bad impact as long as it is balanced with wise use. Suggestion: it is expected that future research will use a wider scope and methods to deepen understanding related to the application of artificial intelligence in the development of higher education systems.
