Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh biaya produksi (biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, dan biaya overhead pabrik) secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap hasil penjualan pupuk petroganik pada CV Ijo Ngawi. Populasi penelitianinisejumlah 36 bulan dan sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh jumlah populasi. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi.Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya bahan baku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil penjualan pupuk petroganik pada CV Ijo Ngawi. Biaya tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil penjualan pupuk petroganik pada CV Ijo Ngawi. Biaya overhead pabrik secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil penjualan pupuk petroganik pada CV Ijo Ngawi. Secara bersama-sama variabel biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, dan biaya overhead pabrik berpengaruh terhadap hasil penjualan pupuk petroganik pada CV Ijo Ngawi.   Kata Kunci : Biaya Produksi (biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, dan biaya overhead pabrik) dan  Hasil Penjualan.

Abstract

Conflict is a universal phenomenon that affects various spheres of life, ranging from interpersonal relationships and educational organizations to socio-political dynamics. The complexity of its causes and impacts requires a comprehensive understanding to formulate effective resolution strategies. This study aims to systematically review the causes of conflict across different contexts while addressing two research questions: (1) What are the main factors that trigger conflict identified in academic literature between 2020–2024? and (2) How do contextual variations influence the understanding of conflict causes? The method employed is a literature review with article searches conducted via Google Scholar and Publish or Perish using the keyword “conflict causes.” From 20 open-access articles retrieved, a screening process based on topic relevance and publication year resulted in 6 articles for analysis. The synthesis reveals three main themes: (a) intrapersonal conflict, predominantly discussed in literary and psychological studies; (b) socio-economic conflicts, including land disputes and interethnic tensions; and (c) conflict management and resolution within educational institutions and organizations.

Abstract

Conflict is a phenomenon that cannot be separated from organizational life, including in educational institutions. Differences in individual backgrounds, interests, leadership styles, and communication patterns often become factors that trigger the emergence of conflict within organizations. Therefore, understanding the sources of conflict and the levels of conflict is important to create a conducive organizational environment that supports the performance of organizational members. This study aims to examine and analyze previous studies related to the sources and levels of conflict in educational organizations using a literature review approach. The research method used is a systematic literature review by examining scientific articles relevant to the research topic. The search for articles was conducted through the Google Scholar database and the Publish or Perish (PoP) application by entering keywords related to the research topic. The criteria for the selected articles include scientific articles published in journals and conference proceedings within the last five years (2020–2025) and openly accessible to the public. Based on the initial search results, 50 articles were obtained. After the screening and selection process based on topic relevance, 5 scientific articles were selected for further analysis. The results of the review indicate that the sources of conflict in educational organizations generally originate from differences in interests, cultural backgrounds, leadership styles, ineffective communication, and work motivation. Conflicts can occur at various levels, namely intrapersonal conflict, interpersonal conflict, group conflict, and organizational conflict. Furthermore, psychological management and organizational leadership approaches play an important role in managing conflicts so that they do not hinder organizational performance and can even be utilized as a means to improve performance and the quality of working relationships within educational organizations.
