Abstract

Metode inversi Impedansi Elastik atau Elastic Impedance (EI) merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi litologi reservoir batupasir di Lapangan "D", Formasi Talang Akar, Cekungan Jawa Barat Utara. Zona target yang berada pada Formasi Talang Akar ini, merupakan lapisan TAF-3-1 yang berada pada kedalaman 2780 m - 2805 m dengan litologi perselingan antara batupasir dan batulempung. Prinsip dasar log Gamma Ray (GR) adalah perekaman intensitas zat radioaktif yang secara alami dan kontinu dipancarkan oleh batuan yang mengandung zat radioaktif (Thorium-Th, Uranium-U, dan Potassium-K). Oleh karena itu, fungsi utama log GR dalam aplikasi stratigrafi dan geologi minyak bumi yaitu untuk membedakan antara lapisan permeabel dan lapisan impermeabel. Analisis yang dilakukan pada data sumur adalah analisis sensitivitas yang digunakan untuk memisahkan antara litologi batupasir dan batulempung yang dilakukan dengan cara melakukan crossplot antara log turunan EI pada sudut 0º-30º dengan log GR dilakukan di sekitar zona target TAF-3-1 dengan kedalaman 2192 m - 2202 m. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa sudut EI yang paling sensitif dalam memisahkan antara litologi batupasir dan batulempung adalah sudut 30º.

Abstract

Directives are utterances intended for the listeners or readers to do something as desired by the speaker or the author. Poem as one of the literary works is the expression of the author delivered to the readers. As an expression of the author's, poems probably contain more expressive utterances than the directive ones. This paper attempts to examine poems written by Lanang Setiawan, a local writer from Tegal who wrote lots of poems in the Javanese dialect of Tegal. The poems written by Lanang will be used as data to be analyzed by using pragmatic theory.Keywords: directive speech acts, Javanese  language of Tegal, Tegal literature

Abstract

Strategic Planning in organizations is the structured process of setting long-term goals and choosing the best strategies to achieve them, with the aim of improving organizational performance. Strategic planning is important because it covers various aspects in the long term, provides a basic framework for the organization's activities, and allows the achievement of desired performance.. The purpose of this study describes the role of strategic planning in improving organizational performance by using literature studies as a method of collecting data with libraries, reading and recording and processing research materials. Data collection techniques involve gathering information from written or printed sources, such as books, journals, articles, reports, and other documents. The results of this study concluded that strategic planning is identified as a comprehensive long-term plan, strategic planning is not just a static document, but an active guide in carrying out activities in accordance with organizational functions. Strategic planning is seen as an orderly and continuous process. This process includes anticipatory knowledge-based decision making, organizing activities to implement decisions, and measuring results through systematic feedback. For the purpose of strategic planning, which is the main element in building organizational performance, providing comprehensive guidance to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the organization.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic role of teachers in education and society and the challenges they face in integrating technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study analyzed four relevant articles. The findings show that teachers have a multifaceted role, including as educators, mentors, motivators, and agents of social change. Teachers are expected to be able to adapt to technological developments to create relevant learning for generation Z, such as through the implementation of the flipped classroom method and project-based learning. However, limited infrastructure and technology training are major challenges. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous training and policy support to support teacher professionalism in meeting the demands of modern education. This study also identifies the need for further research to address gaps in technology training, especially in areas with limited access..

Abstract

Conflicts occur in the school environment not only cause obstacles, but also provide solutions in the implementation of school policies. This article discusses the sources and resolution of conflict in the implementation of conflict management policies in schools. This research aims to identify the sources of obstacles in implementing conflict management policies in schools and provide solutions in the form of policy-based solutions that can be implemented effectively. This research is a qualitative approach, descriptive research, and literature study data collection method. Previous research that discussed the same issue showed a lack of training for educators and limited resources. The findings show that: First, the conflict management policy implemented in schools is done by identifying the sources of conflict. Second, conflict resolution in schools can be done by avoidance, accommodation, confrontational approach, compromise, and collaborative problem solving

Abstract

This article explores the impact of social stratification on Islamic education through a comprehensive literature review and a historical perspective. It identifies key themes such as access to education, socio-economic disparities, and the role of cultural norms within Islamic societies. The historical context is essential for understanding how various socio-economic classes have influenced educational practices and structures over time. The findings indicate that social stratification has significantly shaped educational opportunities, curriculum development, and the overall effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions. This article aims to highlight the complex interplay between social hierarchy and educational access, providing recommendations for enhancing equity in Islamic education.

Abstract

This article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a review of the literature related to definitions, objectives, sources, and models of conflict management. Conflict in organizations is unavoidable and can have positive or negative impacts depending on how the conflict is managed. This research uses the literature study method to analyze various conflict management concepts that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict management aims to minimize the negative impact of conflict and maximize positive outcomes through fair and constructive resolution. Sources of conflict in organizations can come from differences in interests, and differences in values and perceptions between individuals or groups. Various conflict management models such as collaboration, transformational, and mediation are identified as approaches that can be applied in different situations to achieve effective resolution. With a deeper understanding of conflict management, organizations can be better equipped to manage internal tensions and improve productivity and working relationships among members.

Abstract

Conflicts within community organizations are common, particularly in multicultural environments. This article explores conflict management approaches rooted in Islamic values such as syura (consultation), ishlah (reconciliation), and afw (forgiveness) through a literature review. The findings reveal that Islamic principles are effective in resolving conflicts and fostering social harmony, supported by Islamic leadership characterized by shiddiq (integrity) and amanah (trustworthiness). While these approaches are highly relevant, challenges such as limited understanding and leadership capacity highlight the need for further strengthening and development.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the role of Islamic educational sociology in shaping the character of students through a systematic literature review. The results show that Islamic educational sociology offers a rich conceptual framework, including the paradigm of multicultural Islamic education, the integration of spiritual and social values, and a holistic approach to character building. The implementation of the concepts of Islamic educational sociology in character education practice covers aspects of management, the role of teachers, and specific strategies. The effectiveness of this approach is seen in its significant contribution to character development, both at the individual and institutional levels. The synergy between local culture and Islamic education also demonstrates the potential of the Islamic educational sociology approach in shaping a strong national character. However, further research is needed to explore the adaptation of this approach in addressing contemporary challenges.

Abstract

Conflict is a universal phenomenon that affects various spheres of life, ranging from interpersonal relationships and educational organizations to socio-political dynamics. The complexity of its causes and impacts requires a comprehensive understanding to formulate effective resolution strategies. This study aims to systematically review the causes of conflict across different contexts while addressing two research questions: (1) What are the main factors that trigger conflict identified in academic literature between 2020–2024? and (2) How do contextual variations influence the understanding of conflict causes? The method employed is a literature review with article searches conducted via Google Scholar and Publish or Perish using the keyword “conflict causes.” From 20 open-access articles retrieved, a screening process based on topic relevance and publication year resulted in 6 articles for analysis. The synthesis reveals three main themes: (a) intrapersonal conflict, predominantly discussed in literary and psychological studies; (b) socio-economic conflicts, including land disputes and interethnic tensions; and (c) conflict management and resolution within educational institutions and organizations.
