PT. Bunitop is a national company engaged in the field of Retail Fashion, especially women's clothing located in the city of North Jakarta. Currently the sales system at PT. Bunitop is still done by manually. So it often raises the occurrence of his mistakes in data processing as well as data retrieval. To overcome the problems that occur in PT. Bunitop is required the best solution is to make an information system design using the technology that develops. Technology that develops so rapidly can be utilized well by PT. Bunitop. Utilization of the right technology will be able to improve the performance of PT. Bunitop. Long, complex and time-consuming business processes can be more efficient and can help reduce costs. E-Commerce is one of the technologies that can be applied in PT. Bunitop. E-Commerce is the answer to the demands of globalization. The implementation of E-Commerce will be able to improve the competitive advantage of PT. Bunitop. Implementation of E-Commerce requires a mature strategy that has been decided by the management of PT. Bunitop, including preparing resources of technology devices and human resources are reliable in the field of information technology. If all these things can be done well then it will be able to improve the excellence to compete.

Online shopping is the process of purchasing goods / services by consumers to realtime sellers, without services, and through the internet. The development of online business in Indonesia is now very rapid, one of them by shopping online. Online stores or we often call e-commerce is a form of change that is presented by the internet in terms of innovation in shopping by providing various facilities in the transaction process. The aim of the writer is to determine the best e-commerce, therefore the author uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method because the method is able to make a more precise assessment because it is based on the value of criteria and preference weights that have been determined, besides that the SAW method also can select the best alternative from a number of alternatives because there is a ranking process after determining the weights for each attribute.

Spam email adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan pesan yang dikirim dalam email massal atau email yang masuk diterima tanpa persetujuan. Spam Email Filtering adalah program yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi email yang tidak diinginkan dan mencegah email yang tidak diminta dan untuk masuk ke inbox pengguna email. Banyak teknik yang digunakan untuk membuat email penyaringan spam, salah satunya dengan menggunakan teknik klasifikasi. Support Vector Machine classifier adalah metode pembelajaran terawasi digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan data. Tapi Support Vector Machine memiliki kelemahan pada kesulitan memilih fitur yang tepat dan bobot atribut optimal digunakan untuk menyebabkan tingkat akurasi prediksi rendah. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini menciptakan algoritma Model dan Support Vector Machine Support Vector Machine Model algoritma berdasarkan Particle Swarm Optimization untuk mendapatkan spam email aturan dalam memprediksi akurasi dan memberikan nilai yang lebih akurat. Setelah menguji dua model, yaitu Support Vector Algoritma Mesin dan Support Vector Machine berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization, hasil yang diperoleh dengan demikian diperoleh menguji algoritma menggunakan Support Vector Machine yang merupakan nilai yang diperoleh akurasi 85,75% dan nilai AUC adalah 0,901, sedangkan Tes menggunakan Support Vector Machine berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization nilai yang diperoleh akurasi 89,24% dan nilai AUC adalah 0,935 dengan tingkat yang baik klasifikasi diagnostik. Sehingga kedua metode memiliki berbagai tingkat akurasi yaitu sebesar 03:49% dan nilai-nilai AUC 0,034 perbedaan.

Information systems can be technically defined as a set of interconnected components designed to support decision-making and drive organizational operations. PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga utilizes an information system in the form of the Takaful eCard mobile application, which facilitates registration and access to outpatient and inpatient insurance services at partner hospitals. Over time, several usability issues have emerged related to the application's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). To evaluate user satisfaction and comfort levels, usability testing was conducted using the Heuristic Evaluation method. This method assesses UI design flaws based on 10 established usability principles. The evaluation revealed design issues in (H2) question Q6, (H3) question Q7, and (H10) questions Q27 and Q28. These issues are primarily related to the absence of new feature additions, ineffective message dialog boxes, and the lack of a user guidance module. The findings highlight the need for UI/UX improvements to enhance user interaction with the Takaful eCard application.

Dunia kecantikan mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Tidak hanya berfokus pada make up, tetapi sudah berkembang pada produk untuk perawatan kulit wajah dan perawatan bibir. Bibir merupakan fitur utama wajah bagian bawah yang sangat mudah dipengaruhi oleh kondisi udara dan cuaca sehingga mengakibatkan kerusakan bibir. Untuk menjaga kesehatan bibir, diperlukan pelembab bibir. Skintific, salah satu merk produk perawatan kulit yang terkenal dengan tagline Repair Your Skin Barrier, baru saja mengeluarkan produk perawatan bibir yang diberi nama Skintific Peptide Nourishing Lip Serum. Sebagai produk baru, tentunya Skintific sebagai pemilik merk, membutuhkan ulasan dari pelanggan guna mengetahui respon pelanggan terhadap produknya. Salah satu metode untuk menganalisa ulasan pelanggan adalah dengan Analisa sentimen. SVM (Support Vector Machine) merupakan algoritma yang sering digunakan dalam Analisa sentimen. Terbukti penerapan SVM (Support Vector Machine) kali ini mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 98%, sedangkan untuk precision, recall, dan F1 score masing-masing adalah 97%, 98%, dan 97%. Selain itu, terdapat sentimen negatif terhadap Skintific Peptide Nourishing Lip Serum yang dapat menjadi masukan bagi Skintific untuk memperbaiki layanan dan kualitas produknya.

Perkembangan teknologi yang cukup pesat dari waktu ke waktu membuat pekerjaan yang dilakukan manusia pada umumnya dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat. Terutama untuk persediaan barang didalam suatu usaha menjadi hal yang penting bagi suatu perusahaan, karena dari sistem tersebut bisa mengelola stok barang di gudang yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk keperluan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan pembuatan sistem persediaan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk berbasis website agar memudahkan dalam melakukan pencatatan persediaan barang. Sistem persediaan dapat diartikan sebagai barang-barang yang disimpan untuk digunakan atau dijual pada masa atau periode yang akan datang dimana persediaan adalah stok dari suatu item atau sumber daya yang digunakan dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan. Sistem persediaan dapat menghilangkan resiko keterlambatan dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan serta menjaga agar perusahaan tidak mengalami kehabisan persediaan. Penulis melakukan persediaan berbasis web menggunakan framework PHP dengan database MySQL. Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) adalah kode atau script yang akan dieksekusi pada server side dimana PHP akan membuat suatu aplikasi dapat diintegrasi ke dalam HTML, sehingga suatu halaman web tidak lagi bersifat statis, namun jadi bersifat dinamis.Kata Kunci : Persediaan barang, Website, PHP The rapid development of technology from time to time makes the work done by humans in general can be completed quickly. Especially for the inventory of goods in a business becomes important for a company, because the system can manage the stock of goods in the warehouse which will later be used for company purposes. Therefore, the author made an inventory system at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is based on a website to make it easier to record inventory. Inventory system can be interpreted as goods that are stored for use or sale in the future or period where inventory is the stock of an item or resource used in a company organization. Inventory systems can eliminate the risk of delays and can meet needs and keep companies from running out of inventory. The author performs web-based inventory using PHP framework with MySQL database. Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) is code or script that will be executed on the server side where PHP will make an application can be integrated into HTML, so that a web page is no longer static, but becomes dynamic. Karang Taruna RW.04 kelurahan Tegal Parang memiliki salah satu misi untuk mengembangkan dan menggali potensi baik di organisasi, maupun dibidang keahlian kerja melalui pelatihan kerja. Pada Kesempatan ini Universitas Nusa Mandiri melirik kesempatan untuk memberikan workshop pengenalan AI pada remaja Karang Taruna RW.04. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dasar tentang konsep-konsep dasar kecerdasan buatan kepada unit kerja Karang Taruna RW04 agar mereka dapat memahami teknologi yang semakin merambah ke berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. Workshop ini dilaksanakan agar unit kerja Karang Taruna RW04 memiliki pengetahuan tentang aplikasi praktis artificial intelligence yang digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan diri, program-program, prestasi dan kegiatan komunitas mereka kepada anggota komunitas dan masyarakat luas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pemaparan workshop yang dihadiri oleh 18 peserta. Hasil survey kegiatan menunjukan seluruh peserta merasa puas dengan workshop yang telah diberikan.

The Covid pandemic has had a major impact on the way people live. This includes community activities. In the era of the pandemic, activities that were initially carried out face-to-face must be limited online. The internet is a solution to avoid direct contact. Activities carried out face to face are assisted by the use of information technology. This service activity aims to improve the skills of the Indonesian Mosque Youth and Youth Network community in utilizing information technology to facilitate work, recording, reporting, and maintaining the health of both community administrators and other community members. The low ability to utilize the Google Form application is a separate obstacle, so that there are still many public services that use manual recording and are not well documented and there is no routine reporting as monitoring and evaluation material. The implementation method consists of six stages, including the partner determination stage, the problem determination stage, the data collection stage, the implementation stage, the monitoring and evaluation stage, and the reporting stage. The form of activity carried out is to provide education about the basic use of Google Forms by holding workshops on community service activities so that participants consisting of administrators who will process data will be more familiar with the use of the Google Form Application to help process data so that it is neater and easier to understand. This activity resulted in the JPRMI community being better prepared to face technological challenges during the pandemic, as well as providing provisions in improving JPRMI community services. In conclusion, JPRMI community officers are able to practice well in making Google Forms that can be used during member registration without using paper/manual recording.

In the current era, the use of computer applications almost all office work requires it. The development of technology, especially computer applications at this time is very helpful in processing administrative data, so that the data obtained can be arranged neatly and easily understood. One of them is administrative data processing at the Kopia Raya Insani Foundation which requires applications that support so that the data displayed can be understood because at this time some of the administrative data displayed is still fairly manual, the use of Microsoft Office applications in Foundation data processing is still not optimally used due to several reasons. Foundation administrators still do not understand the use of the application used. Microsoft office itself is a software application that is used to process, store, and combine data in the form of documents. The data that can be processed are digital data in the form of letters, pictures and numbers. This software has a special role in the office sector. Matters related to office data will be processed and stored briefly and in detail in Microsoft Office. The method used in providing education regarding the basic use of Microsoft Office is carried out by holding workshops on community service activities so that participants consisting of foundation administrators who will process the foundation's administrative data will be more familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications to help process administrative data to make it more neat and tidy. easy to understand.

The use of computer applications almost all office work requires it.The development of technology, especially computer applications today is very helpful in administrative data processing, so that the data obtained can be arranged neatly and easy to understand. One of them is administrative data processing at UKKT RW.06 which requires an application that supports so that the data displayed can be understood because currently some of the administrative data displayed is still fairly manual, use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Ms. Excel on Coral data processing. The cadets are still not being used optimally because some of the Karang Taruna administrators still do not understand the use of the application used. Microsoft Excel itself is a software application that is used to process, store, and combine data in the form of formulas. Data that can be processed, namely, digital data in the form of calculation results and diagrams. This software has a special role in office area. Matters related to office data will be processed as well stored briefly and in detail in Microsoft Excel. The method used in provide education about the basic use of formulas in Microsoft Excel carried out by holding workshops on community service activities so that participants consisting of Karang Taruna administrators who will process administrative data UKKT RW.06 will be more familiar with the use of the Microsoft Excel Application for help process administrative data to make it more neat and easy to understand.
