Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each accountability evaluation model, in order to make counseling programs easier for counselors to carry out. The method used was qualitative research, which focuses on meanings, definitions, characteristics, symbols and explanations of the concepts learned. The research data was collected through literature reviews and document analysis. In this study, descriptive document analysis methods were also used in data measurement. Descriptive analysis method aims to test the facts and meanings of a research systematically. This model was formed based on different initial goals in the implementation of counseling services. Moreover, Accountability Evaluation Models of School Counseling Program has each of its advantages and disadvantages. The counselor should choose part of the models which is appropriate to the situation and easy to implement in the school, in order for the implementation processes of the institution counseling program to be measured and planned in the future.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana efektivitas teknik konseling shalat bahagia untuk meningkatkan penerimaan diri (self awareness) klien. Penelitian ini membahas tentang cara Teknik T2Q (tawakal, tuma’ninah, dan Qonaah) di dalam Teknik konseling yang diberikan langsung kepada klien yang sedang memiliki permasalahan terhadap penerimaan dirinya. Metode pelaksanaan terapi shalat Bahagia yang di gunakan adalah SUBHAN TURUT HADIR di MASJID Untuk AKSI SOSIAL yang di adaptasi dari therapi solat Bahagia Prof. Ali Aziz. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang dalam penelitian ini yakni purposive samping yakni pengambilan sampel yang didasarkan oleh suatu alasan tertentu. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian Eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Data penelitian yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji-wilcoxon dan Kolmogorov smirnov.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide guidance and counseling teacher understanding and knowledge and skills in preparing and evaluating comprehensive guidance and counseling programs in schools. The methods used to achieve these objectives, namely: (1) presentation of the material; presents an analysis of various programming concepts and how to evaluate them; (2) brainstorming; dig up information related to participants' understanding and efforts that have been made and (3) practice; improve the ability of participants in preparing and evaluating programs. The training activities were carried out for 2 days at SMKN 1 Kota Agung Barat with 40 guidance and counseling teachers participating in the Guidance and Counseling Teacher Consultation (MGBK) for SMA and SMK in Tanggamus Regency. The results of this community service activity show that the level of understanding of the guidance and counseling teachers on the concepts and praxis of the guidance and counseling assessment has increased with an average capacity improvement score of 24.11% from before the training was carried out. The percentage increase shows that the training is beneficial to participants in preparing and evaluating programs.
