Abstract

Defending the state is a patriotic form, both from attitude and behavior, as a form of love for the motherland based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, as well as Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The application of state defense, among others, can be applied through outdoor media, such as messages inside banners. This study discusses the third principle of unity and integrity that the actions of Habib Rizieq Shihab's sympathizers want to echo through the media of banners. The purpose of this study is to examine three related elements in the concept of state defense, namely, people, regions, and government. This research uses a qualitative method with a communication approach, especially in the encoding process. The results showed that the message of defending the country under the banner of sympathizer Habib Rizieq Shihab was able to represent the value of unity of the third precept of Pancasila. This research is expected to be an academic reference in conveying the message of defending the country in communicative and informative outdoor media.

Abstract

In the beginning, a high sense of curiosity, drug abuse usually occurs, especially in Indonesia, drug abuse is still very important to be discussed, especially in adolescents. Youth is the young generation of the nation's hope. However, we are still worried about the behavior of adolescents whose associations tend to lead to things that violate social and religious norms and violate the rule of law. Even to the emergence of negative behavior among adolescents such as student fights, free sex and consuming drugs. By taking drugs means they are endangering their lives and their future and destroying all hopes. Lack of parental supervision and the failure of their parental relationships causes adolescents to become trapped in deviant behavior, using drugs as a way out for them. The healing condition is on the other hand; the role of the family is very important. The research method used is an observational and descriptive analytical method using differential association theory which is used to explain criminal behavior, namely evil behavior as a person's way of life.

Abstract

Pengamatan ini berdasarkan karya seni lukis jalanan yang berada di bawah jembatan penyebarangan, tembok-tembok di beberapa daerah, dengan bahasa dan gambar yang lugas menerangkan ideologi dari si pembuat karya seni tersebut. Karya seni mural yang dibuat bertujuan mengambarkan situasi dan kondisi saat ini dalam mewujudkan cita-cita bangsa dan juga mempertahankan kedaulatan bangsa. Dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis media pendidikan karakter yang efektif tentunya dilakukan melalui seni mural yang menjadikan salah satu seni gambar di mana tembok sebagai medianya. Seni ini menjadikan media komunikasi antara para seniman dan publik, juga merupakan pilihan penyampaian pesan dari nilai estetika dan etika. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan interaktif. Seni mural sebagai sarana komunikasi secara visual tidak hanya mampu memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang timbul, namun visual juga mampu menjadi media yang tepat dan relevan untuk membangun komunikasi dengan masyarakat dan tentunya sebagai penguat pertahanan bangsa yang terintegrasi
