Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang implementasi kebijakan program pemerintah dalam penataan ruang pedagang kaki lima di Sentral Isimu Kecamatan Tibawa, Kabupaten Gorontalo; 2) mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat/pendukung implementasi kebijakan program pemerintah dalam penataan ruang pedagang kaki lima di Sentral Isimu Kecamatan Tibawa, Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) implementasi program pe-merintah terkait pemberian penyuluhan dan pembinaan terhadap Pe-dagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di Sentral Isimu merupakan kebijakan edu-katif yang tidak mencapai sasaran sehingga tidak berjalan dengan baik; 2) implementasi program pemerintah terkait pengawasan dan menga-dakan penertiban pada Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di Sentral Isimu, pemerintah telah melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya untuk melakukan pengawasan dan penertiban melalui Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Sat-pol-PP) dan dinas kesehatan terkait pengawasan kebersihan makanan; 3) implementasi program pemerintah terkait penyediaan lahan/lokasi baru Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di Sentral Isimu, pemerintah belum mampu memaksimalkan kebijakan untuk berfungsinya secara baik ter-minal dan pasar sentral Isimu sehingga para pedagang bertahan di sepu-taran tugu sentral isimu; 4) implementasi program pemerintah terkait pemberian pelatihan dan modal bagi pedagang kaki lima kurang berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan keluhan para pedagang untuk pelatihan dan pengembangan usaha yang memerlukan modal yang cukup banyak; 5) faktor pendukung kebijakan program peme-rintah dalam penaaan ruang Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) yaitu lokasi berjualan, konsumen/pembeli dan keluwesan dalam bekerja; (6) faktor penghambat kebijakan program pemerintah dalam penaaan ruang Peda-gang Kaki Lima (PKL) yaitu: modal kerja, peraturan daerah dan gang-guan keamanan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the emotional intelligence coaching in State Junior High Schools in Tilamuta Subdistrict, knowing the spiritual intelligence coaching in State Junior High Schools in Tilamuta subdistrict. The method of the research is a quantitative explanatory approach. The method of collecting data used observation, questionnaire and interview guidelines. The results of the research show that the formation of students' emotional intelligence includes implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The implementation of the training of students' emotional intelligence in-state junior high schools of Tilamuta subdistrict includes the formation of personal skills and social skills. In the implementation of the personal skills values, social skills in the state junior high schools of Tilamuta subdistrict are in a good category. Furthermore, monitoring activities are carried out through the establishment of accrual ability scores, ability to access levels of thinking, the ability to understand emotions, and ability to promote emotions. Tilamuta subdistrict includes the formation of personal skills and social skills. The activity of monitoring the establishment of accrual ability scores, the ability to access the level of thinking, the ability to understand emotions, the ability to promote emotion in the state junior high schools in Tilamuta Subdistrict are in a good category. For evaluation activities, it is carried out through fostering students' self-confidence and solidarity assessment and the results of evaluations carried out are in a good category. The development of students' spiritual intelligence includes implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The implementation activities of students' spiritual intelligence development in state Junior high schools of Tilamuta Subdistrict included the formation of values. The implementation of spiritual intelligence development included the formation of students' creative values. In the implementation of students' creative values, in-state junior high schools in Tilamuta subdistrict are in a good category. Furthermore, monitoring activities are carried out through fostering students' independence values. Monitoring activities for the formation of students' self-reliance values in state junior high school in Tilamuta subdistrict are in a good category. For evaluation activities carried out through coaching time utilization for students and assessment of time utilization for students. From the results of the evaluation, the whole groups are in a good category

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and career development on the Performance of the Auditor and P2UPD Regional Inspectorate of Pohuwato Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population and sample in this study were the staff of the Regional Inspectorate of Pohuwato Regency. Data analysis used multiple regressions. The results show that compensation has a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance, career development has a significant effect on performance and compensation, job satisfaction and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to identify and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the new student admission policy through the zoning system at the Education and Culture Office of Gorontalo Regency, (2) to find out and analyze what factors influence the effectiveness of the implementation of the new student admission policy through the zoning system at the Education and Culture Office of Gorontalo Regency. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the Education and Culture Office of Gorontalo Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The primary data for this research is data obtained directly from research objects and processed by researchers themselves. The informants in this study were: Head of The Education and Culture Office of Gorontalo Regency, Secretary, Head of Basic Education, Head of Student section and Curriculum, and parents of students. Meanwhile, secondary data for this research comes from related data sourced from previous research data and from agencies related to the variables studied. Data collection techniques both primary and secondary data are carried out through in-depth interviews. The results showed that: The effectiveness of implementing a policy is fulfilled if (1) there is clarity of strategy for achieving goals, the policy is a decision taken by an institution to solve a problem or to achieve a certain goal. In implementing this policy, it is based on the implementation goal of admitting students through the zoning system, namely providing opportunities for school-age citizens to obtain quality education services and encouraging increased access to education services. (2) Well-prepared planning, planning is finding, developing, and analyzing possible directions of action. With a well-structured and coordinated plan, the objectives of the policy are easy to fulfill. (3) The Effective Implementation, and (4) supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and to determine the effectiveness of financial administration services at PPs STIA Bina Taruna Gorontalo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The informants of this study were students and employees at PPs STIA Bina Taruna Gorontalo. Data collection through interviews. The results showed that the administrative services at the Postgraduate Campus of STIA Bina Taruna Gorantalo were running effectively. This can be seen from the five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible or very good physical appearance of employees, employee reliability is very reliable, employee responsiveness is very fast, assurance or assurance is running well and empathy is well manifested.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1) to find out and analyze the Evaluation of teacher’s pedagogical competence in improving education quality at the Education and Culture Office of Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency; 2) to find out and analyze the factors that affect teacher’s pedagogical competence in improving education quality at the Education and Culture Office of Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency. This research uses a descriptive approach through qualitative research methods. The results showed that: 1) teacher’s pedagogical competence in improving education quality at the Education and Culture Office of Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency is good, however, several indicators need improvement; 2) the factors that influence the pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers are individual and environmental factors.

Abstract

The research was conducted to ascertain and analyze (1) the Ethics of Bureaucracy in Oublic Services in Tilango Sub-district Office (2) the inhibiting factors of the ethics of Bureaucracy in Public Service in Tilango Sub-district Office. The research used a qualitative research method. Data collected by using interview, documentation and observation method. Fifteen informants consisted of Tilango Sub-district Chief, Sub-district Secretary, Head of Goverment Section, Head of Social Welfare Section, Head of PMD Section, civil servants, and service recipient communities in Tilango Sub-district Office were determined purposively to be the source of data and information needed. The results of the research indicated that in general the Ethics of Bureaucratic in Tilango Sub-district Office was quite good. This can be seen based on aspects that were indicators of the Ethical Assesment of the Bureaucracy of the state civil apparatus in aspects of discipline, empathy, loyalty, responsibility and obedience and honesty. The results of the interviews indicated that these inditaors were consisdered quite good, only constrained by minor violations commited by state civil apparatus in the form of violations of working hours detremined by the Government. In addition, violations in the form of absences were also carried out by small portion of the state civil apparatus caused by personal problems. The aspect of loyalty and obedience was a very important indicator in the world of work with the level of violations commited, the aspect of loyalty was an absolute thing to be believed and carried out by state civil apparatus loyalty to their work. These things caused the level of loyalty and obedience from state civil apparatus to be very good. Aspects of responsibility and honesty, according to the results of the study found a positive response to the responsibility of state civil apparatus for their work. It can be used as an indicator to show that the Ethics of Bureaucratic in Tilango Sub-district Office was very good, with the high level of honesty of state civil apparatus showed that they had a great sense of responsibility towards their assigned tasks.

Abstract

This study aims to find how are the factors that influencing Indomaret Consumer Behavior in Potanga Village, Kota Barat District, Gorontalo City. The research method used is the primary data approach with reference to quantitative research. The pupolation and sample in this study were 100 consumers at one of the Indomaret Sub-Districts of techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. Obtained from the calculation of the questionnaire that will the carried out which relates to research problems with the analytical method using simple regression. The results of the study are that consumers (X) have a significant effect on consumer behavior (Y) with the result that the t-count value for the variable factors is 30, 705 with a significance value of 0.000. this significance value is still smaller than the alpha value (0,05) so that Ho is rejected. In other words, at the 95% confidence level, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of these factors on consumer behavior in Indomaret, Potanga Village, Kota Barat Distict, Gorontalo City.

Abstract

Health Admintrasion is a planing , implementation, and service and supervision activity that is responsible for organizing goood helath service development. Healt Service ia an effort to help prepare( take care of) what is needed by pantients who come for treatment at the suwawa selatan healt center. In connection with the flow of healt services, there are still many people who do not understand the rules at the suswawa selatan puskesmas, such as patients who come without a BPJS/KIS treatment guarantee card. With the implementation of existing rules in 2023 until now, people seeking treatment if they do not bring BPJS can Simply show their identity ( KTP). This Research aims at investigating the quality of the Relationship between healt service procedures at the south suwawa healt center so that patient satisfaction in complying with procedures can run with applicable regulations.
