Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the SISKEUDES application and the inhibiting factors in the application of the SISKUDES application in village financial management in Bangio Village, Pinogu District, Bone Bolango Regency. The research methodology in writing this final report is a descriptive qualitative method with the type of field research. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation which are primary data, which comes from eight informants who provide information directly related to the implementation of the SISKEUDES application. From this research, it can be concluded that the SISKEUDES application in Bangio village financial management plays an important role in assisting village officials because it facilitates and is useful in preparing village financial reports accurately. The SISKEUDES application is also useful and effective in generating financial reports for villages for security and helping improve the performance of village officials.

Abstract

This study aims to find how are the factors that influencing Indomaret Consumer Behavior in Potanga Village, Kota Barat District, Gorontalo City. The research method used is the primary data approach with reference to quantitative research. The pupolation and sample in this study were 100 consumers at one of the Indomaret Sub-Districts of techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. Obtained from the calculation of the questionnaire that will the carried out which relates to research problems with the analytical method using simple regression. The results of the study are that consumers (X) have a significant effect on consumer behavior (Y) with the result that the t-count value for the variable factors is 30, 705 with a significance value of 0.000. this significance value is still smaller than the alpha value (0,05) so that Ho is rejected. In other words, at the 95% confidence level, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of these factors on consumer behavior in Indomaret, Potanga Village, Kota Barat Distict, Gorontalo City.

Abstract

The objectives of this community service activity are: 1) to help BUMDes Luwo'o Posiga Subdistrict and develop a savings and loan unit based on an accounting information system with computer applications in making financial reports, 2) to improve the ability of BUMDes devices to operate accounting information systems with computer applications for making financial reporting. The method used is to provide training in the form of an introduction to the creation of a system in the savings and loan unit based on a technology-based accounting information system. Furthermore, the mentoring method is carried out on the implementation of a computer application-based accounting information system at the BUMDes Luwo'o savings and loan unit, Posigadan District, until the accounting information system can be run. The implementation of training and mentoring activities for the development of accounting information systems at BUMDes Luwo'o, Posigadan District has been running smoothly, both training activities and assistance in developing accounting information systems. The manager of BUMDes Luwo'o, Posigadan District, enthusiastically welcomed the implementation of community service activities, namely training and assistance in developing the accounting information system that had been designed.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of prince and consumer income on product purchasing decisions at the Aning Shop. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used a probability sanmpling technique where the number of samples obtained was 30 respondents.The date analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that product prices have a positive and significant affect on product purchasing decicions at the Aning Shop.this is indicated by the caculated t of 2.880 which is greater than the t table value of 2.052. the consumer income variable has a positive and in significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Aning Shop. This indicated by the calcuted t value of 1.757 which is smaller than the t table value of 2.052

Abstract

The research aims at investigating the formance of village officials in bongoime village. 2) to find out the inhibiting factors in improving the pormance of bongoime village apparatus The method in this research used qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation.The research results show that 1) The performance of Bongoime village officials has many jobs that are in accordance with their respective main duties and functions and have good jobs. Apart from that, complete and be accountable for every task that originates from local government regulations regarding what work must be done in the village with the amount of work that can be completed within the predetermined time, namely starting work at 08.00 in the morning until 04.00 in the afternoon. Each village apparatus is always controlled and evaluated by the leadership based on their respective fields/expertise. Each village apparatus is always controlled and evaluated by the leadership based on their respective fields/expertise. 2) The inhibiting factor in improving the performance of Bongoime village officials is having maximum effort to complete the work with organizational support, the organization provides facilities for its employees including training and development, equipment and technology, performance standards and management as well as good coworkers. This can be seen from efforts to approach the community, outreach to the youth in the community so that every work that will be planned by the village is in accordance with proposals made by the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the quality and performance of Civil Servants at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bone Bolango Regency. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with observational data collection techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) The performance of civil servants in the service of the Population and Civil Registration Service in 2016-2021 in the service of population documents has greatly increased, both in terms of ownership of Identity Cards, Family Cards, birth certificates, Child Identity Cards and Death Certificates and Indexes Community Satisfaction (IKM). However, in terms of completing service tasks in managing various paperwork such as making ownership of an Identity Card or Family Card, the NIK is out of sync with the date, month and year of birth of the population. In terms of the quality of employees, the population and civil registration service for Bone Bolango Regency still has deficiencies, namely the problem of timeliness, for time discipline carried out by civil servants for the population and civil registration service for Bone Bolango Regency there are still several employees who violate these regulations. 2) In accordance with the results of interviews with researchers with informants at the Dukcapil Office, in improving performance and quality, the Head of Service strongly urges employees to take part in Bimtek, Training and Workshops in order to motivate and increase competence for regional apparatus for service improvement. Not only that, as a form of appreciation the head of the service gives rewards to employees who excel or who successfully complete their duties properly.

Abstract

This internship was carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing community self-help in development planning in Bakida Village, Helumo District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research uses qualitative methods so that it can provide an understanding of a phenomenon by using data collection techniques carried out using observation techniques, interviews and documents. The results showed that the potential for self-help in development planning in bakid a village,Helumo District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency has been running well but thereare several focuses that need improvement, including quality in development planning in Bakida village.

Abstract

This article discusses the quality of service in the context of the digital era, identifying the challenges and opportunities faced by the organization. With the advancement of technology, the interaction between service providers and customers is becoming easier, but it also brings new challenges such as data security and ever-increasing expectations. This study examines various strategies that can be applied to improve service quality, including the use of artificial intelligence and data analytics to understand customer needs. Additionally, this article emphasizes the importance of employee training in dealing with these changes, as well as innovative approaches to creating a better customer experience. The results show that despite the challenges, the digital era also offers significant opportunities for companies to improve service and build stronger relationships with customers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of service quality and price on the decision to use Grab services in Gorontalo. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling by determining 50 respondents. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results of this research show that Service Quality and Price significantly influence the Decision to Use Grab Services with an F value of 22.528, with a total influence of 0.484 or 48.4%. Service Quality has a significant effect on the Decision to Use Grab Services with a t-value of 4.021, Price has a significant effect on the Decision to Use Grab Services with a t-value of 3.415.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of village funds in Potugu village, Momunu District, Buol Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative method with case studies or field studies. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that planning in potugu village is carried out through village deliberations involving various elements of society. In this process, it is hoped that every proposal from residents can be considered, community participation in planning is still low. This is due to the lack of public understanding of the importance of village fund planning, so that some of the proposed programs do not fully reflect the urgent needs.
