Abstract

One of the most severe forms of sanctions in criminal law is the death penalty. The death penalty issue has been debated for hundreds of years by experts in criminal law and criminology until now. Debate the pros and cons of the death penalty, it's a debate that will never end until whenever. Many of the cons, but not a few who expressed kesetujuannya. The group agreed reasoned, if consciously convicted criminal action and show a grave violation of the right to life each other then the state is not obligated to protect and respect the right to life of the convicted person. The perpetrators of serious crimes should face the death penalty so that it becomes a deterrent effect. While rejecting the death penalty argue that this one sentence is a dark shadow in the application of human rights, namely the right to life form. Moreover, many people who consider the death penalty in Islam is very cruel and only an impingement "revenge" only. For a more clear and compelling of these problems the author tried to describe some of the issues related to capital punishment, namely what is the difference between the death penalty in the positive law of Indonesia and the Islamic criminal law and how the death penalty in the view of Islamic law.

Abstract

Human rights for respect must be upheld, respected and respected, there should be no SARA differences or violence with each other, instead those who are classified as weak must be protected from any actions that are contrary to their human rights. As explained in Article 1 of Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights that human rights are a set of rights inherent in the nature and existence of humans as God's creatures and are His gifts that must be respected, highly respected and protected by the State, Law, and Government and everyone for the sake of honor and protection human dignity and dignity. In this case women and children are very vulnerable to violence and discrimination so that their rights are ignored, because women and children are considered as the weakest creatures. This phenomenon often occurs in social life due to the knowledge and understanding of people who do not understand the rights of women and children. Therefore, efforts from various parties need to be strengthened on how to provide protection and implement the rights of women and children, especially in state law and Islamic law

Abstract

Islamic law reflects a set of divine rules or norms that govern the relationship between humans and other humans in social life, with objects and their natural environment. Divine norms that govern the relationship system are rules in a special sense or rules of pure worship that regulate the way or direct relationship between humans and their God, and muamlah regulates humans and others and other creatures in their environment. At the next level, divine norms are constructed in the form of binding rules for Muslims called Islamic Law. Islamic law has universal characteristics and applies to all Muslims in a place or country at one time. Respect human dignity as a unit of body and soul and honor human beings as a whole, and its implementation is driven by faith and morals. Thus the existence of Islamic law will create a conducive, peaceful and orderly situation (Rahmatan Lil'alamiin) which touches both the outer and inner aspects. Liberalism or liberal is an ideology, a philosophical viewpoint and a political tradition based on the understanding that freedom is the main political value. Freedom is a separate goal for liberalists, without human freedom cannot live and society cannot function, therefore the idea of freedom in every time and place always plays a role. The term liberal Islam was not well known and paid attention to by people in Indonesia, especially since the number of supporters was only a minority, but recently it has become very popular.

Abstract

Law No. 22 of 1999, Law No. 25 of 1999, as well as Government Regulation No. 25 of 2000 gave enormous powers to local governments (cities and districts) to manage city / regional development, particularly in government administration and finance. The city / regency government has a very strategic role and function in the context of implementing development in all fields, which aims to increase the role of the city / district as a regional growth center, development driver, service center in all fields, as well as a center for information and innovation including in terms of technology. development. In this case, it is inseparable from the role of women as people who have an attraction for thinkers,Therefore, in this study the author will describe the role of women in the survivor community in terms of Islamic law (strategy of the new normal era phase). Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai edukasi antikorupsi melalui penggunaan media sosial. Melalui media sosial, masyarakat akan berpartisipasi aktif dalam memberantas tindak pidana melalui kampanye antikorupsi. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran tentang bahaya dan perilaku anti-korupsi di kalangan masyarakat saat ini. Dengan demikian, mereka dapat mengubah persepsi dan sikap mereka terhadap korupsi dan secara aktif menolaknya. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang telah yang telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan media sosial dalam pendidikan antikorupsi di kalangan masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat telah secara efektif menyerap pengetahuan dan dapat merumuskan kampanye antikorupsi melalui media sosial yang sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.
