Abstract

Tidur merukapan kebutuhan fisik yang harus dipenuhi oleh semua makhluk yang hidup di dunai ini, kualitas tidur juga merupakan hal yang sangat mendasar dalam menentuka Kesehatan pada para lansia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan tentang kualitas tidur pada penderita hipertensi. Review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memeriksa literature (examine literature) apakah terdapat Gambaran Kualitas Tidur Pada Penderita Hipertensi. Peneliti melakukan review penelitian yang menggunakan desain randomized conrolled trials yang berhubungan dengan Gambaran kualitas tidur pada penderita hipertensi dengan penelitian deskriptif. Literature yang didapat menggunakan Analisa PICO. menggunakan metode elektronik Google Scholar, SINTA, GARUDA, SCIMAGO dan didapat total 10 literatur, dan diketahui bahwa kualitas tidur pada penderita hipertensi dari 10 jurnal yaitu sebanyak 28,51% kualitas tidur yang baik, dan 71,46% Peneliti mendapati bahwa kualitas tidur rata – rata penderita hipertensi buruk, dan dari itu dapat diketahui bahwa kualitas tidur pada penderita di review kali ini yaitu kualitas tidur buruk.

Abstract

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a disease that has a high mortality. Usually happens to anyone and regardless of age, both male and female. The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of acute myocardial infarction patients hospitalized. This study uses a descriptive design. The variables used in this study were the characteristics of acute myocardial infarction patients consisting of gender, age, education, history of hypertension, history of diabetes mellitus, family history of acute myocardial infarction, blood pressure and pulse frequency. The number of samples used was 35 respondents who analyzed the data using a frequency distribution. The results showed that the characteristics of 35 respondents showed that the majority of AMI patients occurred in men, namely 60%, the majority were aged 56-60, namely 34.3%, the majority had a history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and also a family history of having AMI.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of life review on the level of independence of the elderly at Panti Wredha St. Joseph Kediri. The design used in this study was a pre-experimental one group pre-post test design. The study population was the elderly at Wredha St. Yoseph Kediri who met the inclusion criteria. The results showed that the level of independence before life review therapy with mild dependence was 11 respondents (68.8%) and after being given life review therapy with mild dependence was 10 (62.5%). Based on the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test statistical test, it was obtained p 0.35 with a significance value of α <0.05. Based on the results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of life review therapy with the independence of the elderly at Panti Wredha St. Yoseph Kediri.
