Abstract

Siswa SD 6-12 tahun membutuhkan makanan yang cukup secara kuantitas dan kualitas agar tercapai status gizi yang baik. Anak sering membeli jajan  menarik dengan kualitas yang rendah serta bahan makanan yang kurang baik.  Permasalahan yang  dihadapi Anak SD mempunyai banyak aktivitas sehingga sering melupakan waktu makan. Anak yang tidak sarapan cenderung memiliki asupan energi dan zat gizi lebih sedikit dari pada anak yang sarapan pagi. Hal ini akan meningkatkan perilaku mengkomsumsi jajanan di lingkungan  sekolah,  kebiasaan memberikan uang jajan kepada anak sekolah juga merupakan salah satu faktor pencetus munculnya perilaku jajan di sekolah. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan makanan jajanan yang baik untuk kesehatan Anak SD di desa Perigi Kabupaten Lahat yang  dilaksanakan secara tiga Tahap , yaitu ; Perencanaan ,Pelaksanaan , Evaluasi  Monitoring.  Kegiatan ini  dilaksanakan di Desa Perigi Kecamatan Pulau Pinang Kabupaten Lahat, tanggal 25 September 2020 dan 02 Oktober 2020 dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen dan Mahasiswa  Dihadiri oleh peserta , Jumlah anak SD yang hadir  50 orang, mitra yang hadir 6 orang yang berasal dari perangkat desa, petugas puskesmas dan kader

Abstract

The high number of PTM problems in Indonesia requires adequate and comprehensive control through health promotion, early detection, and appropriate and accurate information. This study uses the Correlation Study research method, which is research that aims to reveal the correlation relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of statistical tests with Fisher's exact obtained p value = 0.02% (p <α = 0.05). This shows that there is a significant relationship between age and the activity of the elderly in participating in Posbindu activities. Test results with Fisher's exact results obtained p value = 0.02% (p <α = 0.05). This shows that there is a significant relationship between education and the activeness of the elderly in participating in Posbindu activities.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the perceptions of clients with diabetes mellitus towards fulfilling sexual needs in the internal medicine polyclinic at Lahat Hospital. The research method used was a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach and focused on this study, male clients with diabetes mellitus. This activity was carried out by distributing questionnaires at the Lahat Hospital in South Sumatra Province on 22 - 24 September 2022 with the appropriate respondent criteria. From the results of the study, it was found that people with diabetes mellitus were in the age range of 51-59 years. The results of the study showed that 93% of the respondents perceived sexual function disorders, the respondents who supported sexual function were quite large, namely 75%. Respondents who perceive no interference with sexual function, namely 40%, are due to a counter culture or deviation from cultures. The conclusion of this study is that meeting the sexual needs of people with diabetes mellitus cannot be ignored and to prevent erectile dysfunction in people with diabetes mellitus, it is necessary to pay attention to regular blood sugar control and dietary adjustments. Abstract

Elementary school children are important human resources in the nation's success, biologically a group that is prone to food and nutritional deficiencies because they are at a level of growth and development, there are various conditions of unsatisfactory school children such as underweight, anemia of iodine deficiency , lack of appetite, irregular eating patterns. School children are a group that easily receives nutrition education through their schools. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of booklet media on respondents' balanced nutrition knowledge. The study design was a quantitative Quasy-experimental one group Pre-test post-test. The research sample with a total sampling technique is all children of grade V 23 Lahat state primary school. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire.
