Abstract

Efforts to compensate for the increased demand of health human resources by increasing education system. Higher education is the next level study from secondary level where the resources should have the quality that can compete in the working world. Health education institutions can effectively help reduce the prevalence of health-risk behaviors among students and have a positive influence on students' academic performance. Quality of education contains three important components of quality outcomes, quality way or delivery process, and the special attraction or general institutional image, the third dimension can be translated into many dimensions of quality grain. BAN- PT accreditation of STIKES S1 PHI based on Department of Public Health Decree No. BAN-PT: 031/BAN-PT/Ak-XIV/S1/X/2011 received a grade of C with score of 250 (BAN-PT, 2011). Diploma of Nursing major has not been accredited by BAN-PT and only has accreditation from the Ministry of Health with grade of B. This is due to the quality management system has not been integrated where there is no data communication and coordination between unit, therefore the internal monitoring and evaluation (Monevin) is pacing slowly. The purpose of this study was to establish a quality management information system model (SIMM) based on academic administration. The study used a qualitative approach of SDLC development method with the RAD approach of system prototyping. The study was conducted in STIKES PHI that involve students, lecturers, STIKES Chairman, Academic Unit, Student Affairs Unit, Finance and Personnel Unit, Quality Assurance Unit. The result of this study consist of an analysis on problem input, process and output. Human resources, facilities and equipment, and inadequate information systems has contributed to the delays in quality management.

Abstract

Student Orientation (Ospek) implementation always filled by a series of violations in the form of violence is not only contrary to human rights, but also deny the noble goals of education to shape the nation's youth and leaders who are intelligent, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual. On this basis STIKes PHI and several other colleges make a paradigm shift in the implementation ospek to Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) training through an emotional and spiritual intelligence training. ESQ training Implementation Ospek during new student this would require an evaluation to assess the sustainability of the program and provide inputs for the following year. With this goal needs to be done customer satisfaction survey, which will measure the level of student satisfaction on the implementation of the ESQ training. This study uses customer satisfaction surveying through direct measurement of reported satisfaction, to elicit a response and feedback directly from customers. Research conducted by measuring the total sampling variables into 4 variables ESQ 165 training, namely: material, trainer, public facilities, and impact. The results showed that all student participants were satisfied , and religious differences do not affect the satisfaction of the participants, so it is advisable to continue the training program. Research also suggests several variables and factors that need to be maintained and continually improved service/performance, ie the variable material and training facilities, especially useful material and support of team ESQ 165.

Abstract

IT developments grows more rapidly, signed by the integration of IT in various aspects of our life, one of them is education. One of the application of IT and IS in education is Academic Information System (SIAK). SIAK is a system that manages all academic activities. SIAK in STIKes PHI is still manual and not integrated, so there are many problems to the academic process. In the registration process at STIKes PHI, students may choose courses according Semester Credit Units (SKS) taken in the beginning of semester, but often there are problems such as schedules clash, or taking credits more than the incompatible with the IPS without checked by Lecturer. There are many mistaken happened of student’s attendance printing by the Academic Unit, for example the student take the course but the name are not listed on the attendance list, and vice versa. Process of KHS and transcripts is fairly slow, even is still commonly error in inputting courses and grades. This study was performed using the system development methodology Rapid Application Development (RAD) System Prototyping is to develop and implement information systems. RAD is one of the methods of system development with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). There are four basic steps in developing of information system that are planning, analysis, design, and implementation. In doing analysis and design of application program systems, the author use the tool of Unified Modeling Language (UML). The presence of this SIAK application program speed up the process and minimize errors that occur in the system as well as data storage process becomes more effective and efficient in database form, so it is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in the management of academic data.

Abstract

Health is very important in life and also very expensive. In theera of globalization, many people hasbegun to increase their awareness in order to stay healthy at the direction of the Health Act 2009. One of themeasures taken by the government in financing health care is to establish health insurance through Maternity Insurance (Jampersal). The purpose of this study is to identify the inpatient care system with Jampersal (Jaminan Persalinan). This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that obtained from in-depth interviews, observation and documentations studies. Number of respondents are six people. The results shows that the services for inpatient’s health care is still not optimal due to interrelated factors but health care coverage has been well-characterized by the number of patients. The results suggested the need to improve services related to a variety of factors, including the human resources, facilities, and procedures.

Abstract

This research addresses the issue of AIDS disease which is a collection of symptoms caused bydecreased immune system from HIV virus. This disease cause the world unrest, due to the rapid spread likegeometrical progression, undetected patients as an iceberg phenomenon and means of prevention and effective treatment has not been found. DKI Jakarta has a large number of HIV AIDS patients in Indonesia, and East Jakarta District has the highest number compared with other district in Jakarta. The objective of this study is to determine the factors associated with health workers in the prevention of HIV/AIDS at Puskesmas Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors of health workers activity in the prevention of HIV-AIDS. The research method is a nonexperimental study of quantitative research and the data collected by cross sectional method. The research location, Puskesmas Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta. The research sample is taken from the health workers (doctors, nurses, midwives, SKM) who work for Puskesmas Pasar Rebo. The data collected by interview using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate.

Abstract

Dengue fever is an infection caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through mosquito Aedes Aegypti bite. This type of research is qualitative research. Research informant are Head of P2DBD Department of Health Bekasi City, Head of P2P Department of Health Bekasi City, the field officer Department of Health Bekasi City, Head of RT 02 RW 09 Kranji Village, RT 02 RW 09 Kranji Villagecommunitywho never exposed to dengue fever, Chief of RT 03 RW 09 Village Kranji, and RT 03 RW 09 Kranji Village people who never exposed to dengue fever. The dengue eradication program in the working area of Department of Health Bekasi City include: Research Epidemiology, Fogging Focus, Larva Monitoring Periodic and Mosquito eradication nest. The results showed that the results of the implementation of P2DBD program which includes PE, FF, PJB and PSN already meets the effectiveness criteriaindicators, whereasbased on program effectiveness criteria indicators set by the central government or national indicators there are several criteria that are lacking such as the implementation of PE and FF. Barriers to implementation on P2DBD program i.e. delays from hospitals and communities in reporting cases of dengue fever, difficulty obtaining fuel (diesel), the lack of tools or ULV fogging, and public awareness to anticipate the spread of dengue is still missing. In summary the impact of the dengue disease eradication programs in Bekasi have not contributed on decreasing dengue cases annually.

Abstract

On 1st January 2014 primary-care BPJS began to be applied to support the implementation of BPJS services at Community Health Centers. This system is implemented by all community health centers in Indonesia, inclusive of the 32 community health centers in the Sumedang District. Based on the observation results at the community health centers in the city area in the implementation of the of the primary-care system, there were several problems among others, lack of facilities liked computers, printers and internet network, also frequent system errors. The purpose of this study is to find out primary-care system implementation overviews at Sumedang City District community health centers. Method used in the study was qualitative with phenomenology approach and used HIPO analysis model. There were 3 informant groups in this study, i.e. informant group of 6 primary-care users, key informant group of 5 community health center Heads and 1 Head of administration, and support informant group being the Primary Services Head Management of Sumedang District BPJS. Data collection process comprised of in-depth interviews and observations. Study results showed that input factors made up of knowledge was good, good users’ skill, very minimized communication, inadequate resources comprised of human, facilities, budget and minimal information, acceptable users’ attitude and inadequate bureaucratic structure due to unavailability of SOP. Process comprised of data collection still inaccurate, process undone, data presentation accommodated to Community Health Centers needs and data analysis accommodating number of visitations. Output in the system implementation in the form of community health centers visitation reports for BPJS still need to be expanded for the sake of supporting primary-care system implementation optimization at community health centers.

Abstract

According to Stoner (1996) motivation is the cause and support the person's behavior. Robin (1989), stated motivation is the ability to struggle or strive to a higher level, provided they are not ignoring its ability to obtain satisfaction in the form of personal fulfillment. Job satisfaction is an assessment of how far the workers that the overall job or satisfy their needs and generally can be defined as a person's feelings towards their job. Job satisfaction is closely linked to the attitude of employees towards their own work, the work situation, cooperation between the leadership and with fellow employees. (As, ad, 2000). This study design is a research plan drafted in such a way, so that the study can obtain answers to questions (Setiadi, 2007). This research is quantitative. This research uses analytic survey research methods. Characteristics of respondents who most nation points in this study is the beginning of adult respondents age group (20-30 years) 11 (61.1%). Based on the gender of the most respondents were male as many as 13 (72.2%). The education level of most of the largest higher education as many as 11 (61.1%). Based on the educational background of the respondents it was found that non medical record as many as 17 (94.4%). Based on the long work of the most respondents was the same between the new work with old works as many as nine (50%). Based on the intrinsic motivation that most respondents was that as many as 10 (55.6%). Based on extrinsic motivation is a good majority of respondents ie 13 (72.2%). Based on job satisfaction of the most respondents are satisfied with 11 (61.1%). From the results of statistical test by using t-test is a statistical test two samples are independent (independent sample t-test) there is no difference between each variable.

Abstract

Stress is a form of a person's response, both physically and mentally, to a change in his environment that is perceived as disturbing and resulting in threat (flame or flaight). So actually stress is something natural. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of work load with work stress of nurse at Bhakti Kartini Hospital of Bekasi. The place of research is Bakti Kartini Hospital of Bekasi. This research is an analytic research using quantitative approach and using questionnaire. Population in this research is nurse who work in Bhakti Kartini Hospital of Bekasi. Independent variable of work load and dependent variable of work stress. Univariate analysis is used to obtain a picture of the frequency distribution of independent variables (characteristics), (workload) and bivariate used to find the workload relation with nurse work stress. The results obtained from this study is a significant relationship between the length of work (p-value = 0,007), workload (p-value 0,000), with nursing work stress in Bhakti Kartini Hospital Bekasi. From the results of this study can be concluded weight of workload, the higher the work stress, as well as the nurses at Bhakti Kartini Hospital in Bekasi.

Abstract

Excessive or low workload can cause work stress. Job stress is an individual psychological response to workplace demands that, according to one adapt, to overcome it. Stress work is a response of a person to the demands of the work of RSUD Budhi Asih is a health care agency under the auspices of DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office. Consisting Of One Of The RSUD Budhi Asih East Jakarta. This research is aimed to find out the relationship between stress burden and work of nurses in the inpatient unit of RSUD Budhi Asih East Jakarta. The type of quantitative research with overwhelming Katan cross sectional conducted on 60 nurses at Inpatient Hospital of Budhi Asih Hospital in east jakarta on June until July 2017. The result showed that the work load was not heavy 21 respondents (35, O%) than the heavy 39 Responses (65.0%). From result of chi-square statistic test obtained value equal to p-value (0.000) p-value which mean value relation Between work load with work stress is smaller than p = <0.05. This proves that there is a significant relationship between the workload of nurses on the incidence of stress work in hospitals Budhi Asih East Jakarta. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Nurses
