Abstract

The research's main goal is to ascertain the differences between the legal protections provided to refugees and asylum seekers on Indonesian territory under international law and Indonesian national law, as well as the legal repercussions that asylum seekers will face there under international refugee law. This study employs a statutory approach and a conceptual approach in its normative juridical research methodology. The legal resources employed in this study are primary legal resources, such as laws and international conventions, and secondary legal resources, such as books and scholarly journals. In order to satisfy human rights, including the provision of legal protection and the treatment of foreign refugees and asylum seekers, the study findings are connected to Indonesian laws and regulations as well as global norms. Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, teknologi yang ada di dunia ini pun juga semakin ikut berkembang, contohnya seperti perkembangan teknologi dalam penggunaan internet. Saat ini, internet dapat dimanfaatkan untuk dapat berkomunikasi secara daring (online) melalui sosial media. Dalam penggunaan sosial media, tidak menutup kemungkinan dapat terjadi tindak kejahatan yang dapat dilakukan secara daring (online) atau yang biasanya disebut dengan kejahatan siber (cybercrime). Salah satu jenis dari kejahatan siber adalah cyberstalking yang merupakan perilaku menguntit seseorang secara daring (online) dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet yang diwujudkan dengan beberapa metode dalam melakukan tindakan tersebut. Di Indonesia sendiri belum terdapat peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur secara spesifik mengenai kejahatan cyberstalking ini. Saat ini yang menjadi acuan dari pengaturan cyberstalking adalah Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) meskipun isi dari pasal-pasal tersebut tidak secara eksplisit mengatur tentang cyberstalking. Sebagai pengguna sosial media, setiap individu wajib untuk memahami memahami kemungkinan tindak kejahatan yang dapat terjadi dalam penggunaan internet, sehingga dapat melakukan upaya preventif agar meminimalisir kemungkinan menjadi korban cyberstalking.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has a destructive impact on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME). In order to increase the income in Kare Village, Madiun Regency, various efforts have been made by the Regional Government, including providing Micro Business Productive Assistance and registering several MSME actors in the MSME Virtual Expo exhibition. The service activity of e-commerce is carried out using the method of socialization and question and answer with the Tourism Awareness Group and several MSME actors in Kare Village related to providing Contract Basics for MSME Actors, Consumer Protection Law, and the use of e-commerce in improving the economy in the future. The use of e-commerce today can no longer be arbitrary; several rules need to be understood by the public so as not to slip into legal problems. So MSME actors must understand the basics of agreement law and e-commerce. MSME actors in Kare Village can still promote and sell tourism products in the Kare Village area even though they are in the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions through website applications and social media such as Tokopedia and Instagram. Understanding the legal basics of e-commerce provides preventive efforts for MSME actors in Kare Village to minimize the occurrence of unlawful acts. Utilizing the website and social media for Kare Village tourism which is implemented based on applicable legal regulations for Kare Village MSME actors to restore the village economy so that the goal of Kare village to create Ecotourism can be realized.
