Abstract

The application of ITF (Inflation Targeting Framework) and fiscal decentralization produces a challenge to ensure price stabilization. Fiscal decentralization determines price stability through the changing aggregate demand. Research ensures that the degree of fiscal decentralization in Regency/City at East Java has positive and significant effect on inflation at East Java, and has produced cross-sector variation of inflation.

Abstract

Dalam dunia informasi yang semakin mengglobal, maka dibutuhkan juga suatu media yang dapat menampilkan informasi secara cepat, tercatat dan terarah, salah satu media yang dapat dijadikan solusi adalah email. Mail server sendiri terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) macam, yaitu mail server lokal dan mail server internet, di mana prinsip kerjanya sama hanya area jangkauannya saja yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai Mail Server Lokal, metode yang digunakan adalah menentukan permasalahan yaitu domain Axxx.com tidak dapat mengirimkan email ke client-client pada domain Bxxx.com lainnya, demikian juga sebaliknya. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini maka dipersiapkan Software Daemon, 1 Komputer serta Account-account yang ingin dibuat dan client dapat mengakses email yang dikirim oleh mail server tersebut. Menggunakan web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape) maupun Outlook. Selama komputer client berada dalam 1 (satu) network dengan mail server tersebut maka pembacaan email dapat dilakukan. Untuk membuat beberapa mail server lokal dapat berdialog, maka dilakukan setting DC (Domain Controller) server sehingga memiliki DNS (Domain Name System) yang dapat dikenali oleh mail server lainnya. Setelah tergabung dalam DNS maka lakukan setting pada Forward Lookup Zone agar DNS yang satu dikendalikan untuk mengenal DNS lainnya. Apabila seluruh konfigurasi telah berhasil diimplementasikan, maka email dapat dikirimkan dari mail server manapun. Hasil akhirnya diterapkan di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja antara domain stmik-raharja.com dan domain raharja.com dapat berdialog sehingga menjadi sebuah mailing list yang efektif, karena hanya memerlukan 1 client untuk 1 account dan lebih memudahkan dalam pemeliharaan mail server.

Abstract

Rumah panjang merupakan rumah bagi masyarakat suku dayak brusu yang bermukin di kalimantan utara. dimana pada rumah panjang suku dayak brusu selalu berkembang dengan bertambah panjangnya bangunan tersebut mengikuti bertambahnya kepala keluarga dalam satu keturunan. Yang paling menarik dari rumah panjang tersebut dibandingkan dengan rumah-rumah suku dayak lainnya yaitu pada rumah panjang suku dayak brusu tidak memiliki jendela melainkan hanya menghandalkan bukaan pada atap bangunan saja sesuai dengan kebutuhan penghuninya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui perbandingan tingkat kenyamanan thermal pada interior rumah panjang suku dayak brusu.Kata kunci: Rumah Panjang, interior, kenyamanan termal

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku harga dan mengetahui pengaruh suku bunga (BI rate), produk domestik bruto (PDB) serta variabel jumlah uang beredar (JUB), kurs dan hutang luar negeri terhadap laju inflasi di indonesia pada periode 2000.1 sampai 2013.4. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengunakan  error correction model (ECM). Uji statistik yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan software eviews 6.0. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada data  time series  dengan data triwulan selama 14 tahun dari tahun 2000 sampai 2013.Dari hasil ECM menunjukan bahwa suku bunga (BI rate), produk domestic bruto (PDB), jumlah uang beredar (JUB), kurs dan hutang luar negeri mempunyai pengaruh terhadap laju inflasi di Indonesia pada periode 2000.1 sampai 2013.4. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%, semua variabel bebas yakni pengaruh suku bunga (BI  rate), produk domestik bruto (PDB) serta variabel jumlah uang beredar (JUB), kurs dan hutang luar negeri secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap laju inflasi di Indonesia sebesar  0.590347 atau sebesar 59,03% dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar model. Kata Kunci : Inflasi,  Harga, BI rate, PDB, JUB, Kurs, Hutang Luar Negeri.

Abstract: This study is titled Koba Oral Literature in Pekoba (Cik Ani) Expression in the of Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu District. The background of this research is that nowadays koba as an intangible cultural heritage is rarely performed again in the community and pekoba (koba Craftsman) has diminished its existence. The purpose of this study is to describe the expression of authors and authorship of pekoba (Cik Ani) in koba oral literature in Rokan Hulu District. This research is descriptive qualitative research that describes and describes the results of the research conducted. Based on the research, classified authors and authorship of Pekoba (Cik Ani) consisting of 8 aspects, 1) family background, 2) educational background, 3) profession, 4) role and social relations, 5) character, 6) creative process, 7) fellow profession, and 8) regeneration.Key Words: Oral literature, koba, author, authorship, pekoba

Abstract

This article discusses the community service activities that have been carried out in the PKK RT / RW 005/005 Manukan Kulon group, Surabaya. This community service activity is held with the consideration that the author as an academic feels the need to participate in parsing the economic problems in society caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which created many unemployment clusters due to layoffs from closed businesses, as well as macroeconomic impacts that affect the economic conditions of the Indonesian State, require the contribution of solutions from all parties, including academics who have the dharma of community service. Business management literacy andlegality are e-commerce implemented as a means of providing understanding to the community and building PKK groups that are legally aware and smart in managing their business by utilizing information technology media. Abstract

The phenomenon of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has become a global and national agenda in almost all countries of the world. The leadership style strategy and innovation strategy are expected to be able to create competitive advantage and Industry 4.0 implementation. This study aims to analyze the influence of variables to answer the question of how the leadership style strategy and innovation strategy can create competitive advantage and the implementation of Industry 4.0 in the manufacturing industry. This research provides theoretical implications as well as managerial implications regarding the strategic steps that Industry needs to take to implement Industry 4.0 through a leadership style strategy and an innovation strategy to create competitive advantage. The population in this study is the Medium and Large Industries engaged in the automotive, electronic and food and beverage industries which are spread in the districts of Bekasi, Karawang and Purwakarta, West Java Province of Indonesia.The result show there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership style strategy on innovation strategy, leadership style strategy on competitive advantage, innovation strategy on competitive advantage and leadership style strategy, innovation strategy as well as competitive advantage on Industry 4.0 implementation.

Abstract

Abstract The concept of a restorative justice approach focuses on the approach to conditions for creating justice and balance for the perpetrators of criminal acts and the victims themselves. On the crime of defamation through social media implementation of the principle of ultimum remedium needs to be maximized, because basically lies in the loss of reputation, so that with the approach of restorative justice can be formulated damages suffered by the victim's dignity recovery is good andright. This research is a normative research that uses legal and non-legal materials as a source of data and the approach taken is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. To find out how positive Indonesian law regulates restorative justice , a comprehensive study of related regulations is needed. The results of this study confirm that the restorative justice approach can balance the protection of a person's dignity and the protection of freedom of opinion or prevent the criminalization of defamation cases. Keyword: Restorative Justice, Defamation, Ultimum Remedium Abstrak Konsep pendekatan restorative justice menitikberatkan pendekatan terhadap kondisi terciptanya keadilan dan keseimbangan bagi pelaku tindak pidana serta korbannya sendiri. Pada tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik melalui media sosial implementasi asas ultimum remedium perlu dimaksimalkan, karena pada dasarnya kerugiannya terletak pada reputasi, sehingga dengan adanya pendekatan restorative justice dapat diformulasikan ganti rugi yang diderita korban dengan pemulihan harkat dan martabat secara baik dan benar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif yang menggunakan bahan hukum dan non hukum sebagai sumber data serta pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana hukum positif Indonesia mengatur restorative justice maka diperlukan kajian secara komprehensif terhadap regulasi terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan restorative justice dapat menyeimbangkan antara perlindungan terhadap harkat dan martabat seseorang dan perlindungan terhadap kebebasan berpendapat atau mencegah adanya kriminalisasi perkara pencemaran nama baik. Abstract

The development of television media in Indonesia is increasingly creative. This is inseparable from the problems faced by the country and its people. One of the interesting television programs to watch is a talk show that discusses current issues wrapped in formal or informal concepts. Formal are those who attend speakers or guest stars to discuss serious issues such as political disputes. While informal is a discussion that contains many elements of entertainment or jokes. However, from these two concepts, the Mata Najwa talk show program presents an educational and entertaining spectacle. The host, Najwa Shihab, asks smart questions and sometimes comes with comedy. The concept in the Mata Najwa program is also a means of connecting the voices of the Indonesian people, as is the issue of the health minister which is difficult to ask for clarification regarding the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. The Mata Najwa program provides awareness with satire in the form of an empty seat interview in the episode "Waiting for Terawan", This inspires the people to realize how important the case is, as well as an insinuation to the government. The purpose of this study is to find out the satire messages contained in the process of interviewing the "empty seat" in the episode of mata najwa "waiting for the terawan". The method used is content analysis in order to conclude the results of the discussion in the form of interviews conducted at the najwa eye event, not imaginary. Abstract

The research's main goal is to ascertain the differences between the legal protections provided to refugees and asylum seekers on Indonesian territory under international law and Indonesian national law, as well as the legal repercussions that asylum seekers will face there under international refugee law. This study employs a statutory approach and a conceptual approach in its normative juridical research methodology. The legal resources employed in this study are primary legal resources, such as laws and international conventions, and secondary legal resources, such as books and scholarly journals. In order to satisfy human rights, including the provision of legal protection and the treatment of foreign refugees and asylum seekers, the study findings are connected to Indonesian laws and regulations as well as global norms.
