Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the effect of students perceptions about the teaching skills of teachers on the student achievement motivation, (2) the effect of the learning environ-ment on the student achievement motivation, and (3) the interaction of effects between the students per-ceptions of teaching skills of teachers and learning environment on the student achievement motivation. The method is used quantitative causal relationship. Its population was all class XI student of Accounting Program in the academic year 2016. The samples of the research were determined through the saturated sampling technique. The data are collected through questionnaire and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with the computer program of SPSS at the significance level of 5%.The results of re-search are as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of the students perceptions about the teaching skills of teachers on the student achievement motivation (tstat > tcrit or 4.662 > 1.986) at the signif-icance value of 0.000 (2) There is a positive and significant effect of the environment learning on the stu-dent achievement motivation (tstat > tcrit or 5.478 > 1.986) at the significance value of 0.000 (3) there is a positive and significant interaction of effects between the students perceptions about the teaching skills of teachers and learning environment on the student achievement motivation (Fstat> Fcrit or 33.976 ≥ 3.094) at the significance value 0,000. The regression equation Y = -5.365 + 0,248X1 + 0,223X2. The relative contribution of students’ perceptions of teaching skills of teachers was 42.35%. The relative contribution of the learning environment was 57.65%. The effective contribution of students’ perceptions of teaching skills of teachers was 19.90%. Effective contribution to the learning environment was 27.10%.Keyword :perceptions of teachers’ teaching skills, learning environment, student achievement motivationABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya: (1) pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang ket-erampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa, (2) pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa, dan (3) pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan ling-kungan belajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif hubungan kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis re-gresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil dari penelitian: (1) Ter-dapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa (thitung > ttabel atau 4,662 > 1,986) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa (thitung > ttabel atau 5,478 > 1,986) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan per-sepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa (Fhitung > Ftabel atau 33,976 ≥ 3,094) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Persamaan regresi Y = -5,365 + 0,248X1 + 0,223X2. Sumbangan relatif persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru sebesar 42,35%. Sumbangan relatif lingkungan belajar sebesar 57,65%. Sumbangan efektif persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru sebesar 19,90%. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: penguasaan rumus lebih rendah atau lebih tinggi dari 65, penggunaan rumus lebih rendah atau lebih tinggi dari 65, hubungan antara penguasaan rumus dengan penggunaannya. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes.  Pengolahan data menggunakan t-test dan korelasi Kendal Tau. Dari pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) penguasaan rumus lebih rendah dari 65 (2) penggunaan rumus lebih rendah dari 65 (3) adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan rumus dengan penggunaannya pada materi luas bangun datar dan volume bangun ruang. Abstract

ABSTRAK The background of this research is as a solution to the problems experienced by the author when teaching material Human Activities in meeting needs. Students are still having difficulty mastering a lot of material. This paper aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the jigsaw cooperative method in improving the learning outcomes of students of Class VIIA Begeri 3 Bontang Middle School in social studies subjects. The problems examined are, (1) improvement of student learning outcomes in social studies subject KD Human Activities in meeting the needs (2) the effectiveness of the application of the Jigsaw Cooperative Method to Improve Student Learning Outcomes Class VII A This type of research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles. The subjects of this study were 35 grade VII A students of SMP Negeri 3 Bontang. Researchers obtained data from test and non-test techniques. The test technique in the form of competency tests Human Activity in meeting the needs of non-technical techniques obtained from teacher observation. Data analysis was performed with quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Jigsaw cooperative method in Social Studies learning for Class VII A students changes from cycle I to cycle II. The increase is indicated by an increase in value in each aspect. The average value of the Social Studies KD Student Learning Outcomes test in meeting the needs of the first cycle in the first meeting of the class average of 59.9 and increased at the second meeting to 68 or still in the poor category. The class average in the second cycle of 74.7 in the first meeting was enough to increase to 80.2 (good category) in the second meeting. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends that IPS subject teachers apply the jigsaw cooperative method in KD Human Activity learning in meeting needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hospital readiness in handling COVID-19 on the incidence of COVID-19 at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan Sidoarjo, to optimize the ability to deal with the COVID-19 disaster. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional analytic observational design. The results showed that most of the employees of Aisyiyah Fatimah Hospital in Tulangan Sidoarjo were aged between 21-30 years, namely 109 people (61.2%). Based on gender, most of the respondents were women, namely 156 people (87.6%). Based on education, most of the respondents have D3 education as many as 81 people (45.5%). Meanwhile, based on years of service, most respondents worked for 1 – 5 years as many as 87 people (48.9%). Bivariate analysis showed that staff had a positive and significant effect on the number of suspected Covid-19 patients. In conclusion, the team is the more dominant factor or variable in influencing the handling of Covid-19 in the Covid-19 incident at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan Sidoarjo.
