Abstract

Compensation is major factor in satffing. Employment policies are associated with the discretion to determine the compensation of employment. FES method is a process to systematically assess a position using the criteria referred positions factors which aim to obtain the base that is considered fair to rank the existing positions and as a policy-making additional provision of employee earnings. This research was conducted at the departement of revenue and financial management of the city of Surabaya. Which is a government agency in Surabaya who apply such methods. This study aims to determine how the accounting system of civil servants compensation by using FES and to investigate internal control it. The method used was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research is the organizational structure, compensation accounting system using the method FES, related parts and documents are used, the internal control system. The results showed that the organizational structure has been good, compensation accounting system with FES method has also been effective in view the relevant sections and documents that are used has been authorized. The accounting system of compensation with FES method supports internal control, authorized is done only on the part of the authorities. Keywords: Compensation, factor evaluation system, e-performance Abstrak Kompensasi merupakan faktor utama dalam kepegawaian. kebijakan kepegawaian banyak berhubungan dengan pertimbangan untuk menentukan kompensasi pegawai. Metode FES merupakan proses untuk menilai suatu jabatan secara sistematis dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria yang disebut faktor jabatan yang tujuannya untuk memperoleh dasar atau basis yang dianggap adil untuk membuat peringkat jabatan yang ada dan sebagai bahan penyusunan kebijakan pemberian tambahan penghasilan pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pendapatan dan pengelolaan keuangan kota surabaya yang merupakan instansi pemerintah di Surabaya yang menerapkan metode tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem akuntansi kompensasi PNS dengan menggunakan metode FES serta untuk mengetahui pengendalian intern didalamnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah struktur organisasi, sistem akuntansi kompensasi berdasarkan metode FES, bagian yang terkait dan dokumen yang digunakan, sistem pengendalian intern. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa struktur organisasi telah baik dengan tidak adanya perangkapan tugas, sistem akuntansi kompensasi dengan metode FES juga telah efektif dilihat pada bagian yang terkait dan dokumen yang digunakan sudah diotorisasi oleh masing-masing kepala bagian. Sistem akuntansi kompensasi dengan metode FES telah mendukung pengendalian intern, otorisasi dilakukan hanya pada bagian yang berwenang. Abstract

The challenges faced by adolescents growing up in orphanages have provided valuable life lessons and shaped their identities across physical, psychological, spiritual, and social dimensions. However, many orphaned teenagers experience a sense of meaninglessness due to the loss of hope for developing into quality individuals. This issue poses risks to their daily living necessities. Therefore, the provision of a tool, such as IKIGAI training, is essential to facilitate orphaned adolescents in finding meaning in life. The aim of this research is to assess the effectiveness of IKIGAI training in discovering life meaning among adolescents in the Salatiga orphanage. The research employs a quantitative experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Ten participants from the Salatiga orphanage were involved using purposive sampling. The study includes an IKIGAI training module and the Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ) to measure pretest and posttest values of life meaning. Data analysis involves the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results demonstrate that IKIGAI training effectively assists orphaned adolescents in finding meaning in life (Z value of 2.848 and significance of 0.000; p < 0.05). This indicates that the discovery of life's meaning is crucial for adolescents, contributing to a sense of worth, creative life values, learning from past experiences, and planning future life goals a significance attributed to the application of IKIGAI in daily life.

Abstract

The use of digital gadgets presents both opportunities and challenges for early childhood development. While gadgets can facilitate access to information, improve communication, expand social networks, and foster creativity, improper or unsupervised use may lead to adverse effects. This community service activity aimed to provide psychoeducation to parents and guardians of students at TK Kartini Banyubiru regarding the impact of gadget use on young children. The intervention was delivered in the form of a psychoeducational session, attended by 48 participants. The results indicated that participants responded positively to the session, reporting increased awareness and new insights into effective parenting practices. This activity contributed to enhancing parents' understanding of how to appropriately manage and supervise their children's gadget use, thereby helping to mitigate potential negative consequences.
