Abstract

Kabupaten Sampang yang dilalui sungai Kamoning sepanjang + 30 Km dengan kecamatan kota sebagai daerah hilir yang seringkali meluap. Oleh karena itu Analisa pengumpulan data dan analisa hidrologi merupakan pijakan awal yang sangat menentukan efektifitas dari langkah perencanaan dan rekayasa di bidang keairan pada DAS Kamoning. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan analisa hidrologi dengan berbasis data spasial, khususnya dalam menghitung debit limpasan akibat banjir. Metode yang dipakai dalam menghtiung debit limpasan akibat hujan menggunakan metode Rasional, dengan data awal yang dipergunakan berupa peta tata guna lahan, topografi, peta batas administrasi, dan data hidrologi berupa data curah hujan harian. SIG digunakan  untuk menghitung variabel-variabel dalam persamaan metode rasional dengan analisa overlay, dan analisa proximity yang telah tersedia dalam ArcGis 10.1. perhitungan dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu dengan SIG dan cara manual, dengan maksud untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perbedaan proses dan hasil perhitungan dengan kedua cara tersebut. Pengolahan SIG memperoleh hasil perhitungan berupa luas DAS sebesar + 397,8 Km2, sedangkan dengan cara manual sebesar + 391 Km2. Besar debit rancangan akibat hujan hasil pengolahan SIG untuk periode ulang 2, 5, dan 10 tahun berurutan sebesar 372,913 m3/d, 443,993 m3/d, dan 485,725 m3/d. Sedangkan besar debit rancangan akibat hujan hasil pengolahan dengan cara manual untuk periode ulang 2, 5, dan 10 tahun berurutan sebesar 348,034 M3/d, 413,263 M3/d, dan 452,106 M3/d Kata kunci           : DAS Kamonig, SIG, Debit limpasan, ArcGis 10.1, Metode Rasional

Abstract

Building energy analysis is rarely carried out due to the complexity of building shape and materials. On the other hand, the urgency of environmentally friendly construction is increasing through the vision of the SDGs and Architecture 2030. The development of BIM technology is expected to provide accurate estimates of building energy consumption for projects undertaken, as well as recommendations for alternative designs and specifications to increase the energy efficiency of a building. The use of BIM technology for energy analysis during building design helps to implement green building sustainable design based on the analysis of BIM energy simulation software. Data of three-dimensional BIM model with the attributes of materials, project schedule and location are used in building energy consumption simulation analysis. Several scenarios of different materials and layout are carried out to determine the most efficient scenario for energy consumption and followed by its cost estimation. The results of this study are expected to be able to provide the energy value that can be saved through predetermined scenarios as well as the value of the costs required to run a more energy-friendly design scenario in a comprehensive manner.

Abstract

The high level of public interest in using the Solo-Jogja commuter needs to be accompanied by an effort to improve the services and reliability of facilities, one of which is the establishment of a Commuter Depot located at Solojebres Station. In the 18th month of work, the construction of the Commuter Depot experienced delays in work performance with a deviation between plan progress and actual progress of -3.5415%. This research aims to evaluate project performance, including the project's cost and schedule performances, and estimate the cost and schedule of the project at completion due to delays that occur using the Earned Value Method with a fuzzy approach. The required data are the Budget Plan, Weekly Project Report, S-curve, and Actual Cost data. Based on the analysis result, until the 18th month of work, obtained the total Planned Value of IDR 64,581,925,585 (simplified to IDR 6,458.2), the total Actual Cost of IDR 63,954,955,399 (simplified to IDR 6,395.5), the total Fuzzy Earned Value of IDR 62,740,381,379.42 (simplified to IDR 6,274.0), the Cost Performance Index indicates that the project is ahead of budget condition, the Schedule Performance Index indicates that the project is behind schedule condition, the Cost Estimate at Completion of IDR 96,048,508,686 with the cost needed to complete the rest of work of IDR 32,093,553,287 and the Schedule Estimate at Completion of 27.03 months with the time required to complete the rest of work of 9.03 months.
