Abstract

Kelelahan kerja adalah suatu keadaan yang individu rasa ketika mengalami kinerja menurun, motivasi menurun, dan prestasi menurun yang diakibatkan dari aktivitas kerja setiap harinya. Kelelahan kerja menjadi perhatian utama dalam pekerjaan yang berorientasi pada manusia karena adanya tekanan yang dirasakan setiap harinya oleh pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik individu, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pegawai non medis di RSU Hasanah Graha Afiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai non medis di RSU Hasanah Graha Afiah sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, dengan analisis uji statistik yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan program SPSS melalui uji statistik Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja (p=0,000) dan lingkungan kerja (p=0,000) dengan kelelahan kerja yang memiliki bentuk hubungan yang searah (positif). Sedangkan, umur (p=0,425) dan jenis kelamin (p=0,127) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kelelahan kerja. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas bahasan tentang kelelahan kerja pada pegawai non medis dengan meneliti diluar variabel yang sudah diteliti.

Abstract

Introduction: Hospital as a health service institution for thecommunity is a workplace that has a high risk to the safety andhealth of hospital human resources, patients, patient companions,visitors, and hospital environment so that the hospital is obliged toimplement the Republic of Indonesia Ministerial Regulation No. 66of 2016 concerning Hospital Work Safety and Health Standards.Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine theImplementation of Occupational Safety and Health Standards at theJagakarsa Regional Hospital in 2019.Method: This type of research is qualitative using 5 informants.Result: From the results of research Jagakarsa Hospital hasimplemented the application of occupational safety and healthstandards of the hospital which include risk management, safetyand security, occupational health services, Management ofhazardous and toxic materials (B3) from aspects of occupationalsafety and health, fire prevention and control, management hospitalinfrastructure from aspects of occupational safety and health,management of medical equipment from aspects of occupationalsafety and health, preparedness to deal with emergencies ordisasters have been implemented well by Jagakarsa RegionalHospital but in reality there are still some elements that have notbeen carried out according to the Occupational Safety and HealthStandards diseases including risk management, fire control andprevention as well as hospital infrastructure.Conclution: Jagakarsa Regional Hospital should complement theshortcomings in the field so that it can realize the dream of thehospital becoming a favorite and perfect hospital

Abstract

Background: The implementation of K3 is often seen as a cost or a cost burden, not as an investment to prevent work accidents. It is undeniable that work accidents can occur in office areas. Objectives: This study aims to determine the implementation of compliance with office safety and health standards based on the Minister of Health No. 48 of 2016 at the office of the fire prevention and rescue agency of DKI Jakarta province in 2022 Method: The type of research used is descriptive research using qualitative methods that rely on observations or interviews in collecting data in the field. This study conducted in-depth interviews with three informants by referring to the research source. The instrument in this research is the researcher himself which can then be developed to finalize the data and compare it with the data obtained through observations and interviews. Data validation used in this study was the triangulation method, where the triangulation used as data source triangulation and method triangulation. Result: The results of the implementation of the fulfillment of office safety and health standards at the fire prevention and rescue office of the DKI Jakarta province found that the implementation of the fulfillment of work safety standards from 43 points checked was 24 points or 57.1% not by the standards for implementing office work safety based on Minister of Health Regulation No. 48 of 2016. Conclusion: To reduce the risk of accidents and diseases caused by office work, it is necessary to establish an office K3 unit, training K3 offices, measure, assess, and map risks in the event of a disaster and fire, conduct simulations or training on emergency response to office buildings, completing the provision of first aid boxes in case of content accidents. and usage information.

Abstract

Iklim keselamatan (safety climate) adalah persepsi pekerja terhadap sikap manajemen seperti kebijakan, prosedur dan praktik pekerjaan terkait pelaksanaan keselamatan kerja di dalam lingkungan kerja. PT Andalan Nusa Pratama merupakan suatu perusahaan dibidang jasa transportasi logistic dan belum pernah menganalisis iklim keselamatan kerja (safety climate). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis iklim keselamatan kerja (safety climate) di PT Andalan Nusa Pratama. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden berjumlah 52 karyawan PT Andalan Nusa Pratama. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner yaitu kuesioner Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50). Penelitian menunjukkan nilai iklim keselamatan kerja pada 7 dimensi yaitu 3,70; 3,63; 3,72; 3,70; 2,91; 3,47 dan 3,37 dan memiliki nilai rata – rata 3,50 yang merupakan kategori baik dalam sekala nilai ≥ 3,30. Dari 7 dimensi iklim keselamatan kerja terdapat satu dimensi yaitu dimensi 5 yang memiliki kategori cukup rendah dengan nilai 2,91. Rencana tindak lanjut dari penilaian iklim keselamatan yang memiliki kategori baik yaitu perusahaan harus tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan secara berkelanjutan, sedangkan untuk kategori cukup rendah rencana tindak lanjut dari perusahaan yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran diri para pekerja dengan cara memberikan reward pada karyawan yang menaati aturan keselamatan dan memberikan punishment pada karyawan yang melanggar aturan keselamatan.
