Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of TNF-α inhibitor therapy in Bladder Pain Syndrome/Interstitial Cystitis (BPS/IC) patients compared to placebo, assessed using Global Response Assessment (GRA). Material & Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis. Subjects were patients with moderate to severe diagnosis of BPS/IC who were given TNF-α inhibitor versus placebo, with the Global Response Assessment (GRA) (patient-reported self-reported BPS/IC treatment response scale). A systematic literature search was carried out on the English databases PubMed/MEDLINE and Science Direct, published until September 2020. Data were extracted independently and assessed the bias and quality of each selected article. Results: Initially there were 124 studies. After further selection, 2 RCT studies were included in the criteria for this study. The number of samples obtained was 85 patients. There is 1 study that used 400 mg of certolizumab pegol subcutaneously and 1 study used adalimumab 80 mg subcutaneously and followed by 40 mg subcutaneously for 2 weeks. Both studies had statistically low heterogeneity with I2 = 0% (P = 0.34), so fixed effect statistical model was used to determine the result. Furthermore, there was no significant difference (P = 0.32) between the number of GRA responders from the TNF-α inhibitor and placebo therapy groups, with odds ratio of 1.61 (CI = 0.65-4.00). Conclusion: TNF-α inhibitor therapy did not increase GRA responders when compared to placebo.

Abstract

Training and Sharing Management Information System merupakan sistem pengelolaan proses training dan sharing yang terkomputerisasi dan dikembangkan di PT Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia. Saat ini, penjadwalan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi training dan sharing masih dilakukan secara manual. Training and Sharing Management Information System memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola penjadwalan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi training dan sharing. Training and Sharing Management Information System dibuat dengan tahapan requirements, analysis, design, specification, implementation dan testing. Tahapan tersebut dilakukan secara berulang (iterative). Training and Sharing Management Information System dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database management system MySQL 5.1.41, web server Apache 2.2.14, SMS Gateway, dan memiliki arsitektur client-server.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how the condition of the development of the tourist attraction of Labuhan Haji Beach, East Lombok in 2000-2022. The type of research used is historical research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method used is the observation method in the form of non-participatory observations in Labuhan Haji Beach, East Lombok, interviews with 6 informants (purposive sampling), and documentation studies. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the current condition of the development of the Labuhan Haji Beach tourist attraction is in a cycle of stagnation towards rejuvenation. Tourist visits show fluctuating numbers from 2010-2021. The development of infrastructure facilities and infrastructure at Labuhan Haji Beach in 2000 did not go well because the Labuhan Haji Beach area was still a forest with dense tickets. The construction of facilities in the form of cleaning the coastal area as well as the construction of new road access was carried out in 2004. In addition, the development of amenities such as parking lots, berugak (gazebo), rest areas, lodging, and restaurants was carried out in order to meet the needs of tourists. There are also various policies implemented, namely the revitalization of the Labuhan Haji Pier, the arrangement and dredging of the Labuhan Haji Pier harbor pool, the construction of the Ancol Mini Tourist Park and the arrangement of the coastal area. This research contributes in providing recommendations to stakeholders, especially the public sector in formulating policies for the development of Labuhan Haji Beach, East Lombok. In addition, this research is expected to be a contribution in the form of academic literature regarding the evaluation of the development of a destination attraction in the area using the life cycle of a tourist destination.
