Abstract

Ketersediaan material sekam limbah hasil pertanian yang sangat melimpah di Kabupaten Merauke sebagai lumbung pangan yang belum maksimal penggunaannya mendorong peneliti untuk memanfaatkannya sebagai beton ringan bahan pengisi dinding bangunan. Pemanfaatan sekam sebagai bahan bangunan yang dianggap sebagai limbah menjadi solusi dibidang konstruksi terutama konstruksi yang menghendaki beban ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan sekam terhadap kekuatan beton dan berat beton. Pelaksanaan penelitian dengan membuat benda uji kubus ukuran panjang 20 cm , lebar 10 cm dan tinggi 6,3 cm dengan jumlah 36 benda uji dengan perbandingan beton normal (BN) 1Pc : 4 Ps, Beton Sekam (BS1) 1 Pc : 3 Ps : 1Sk, BS2, 1Pc : 2Ps : 2Sk, BS3 1Pc : 1Ps : 3Sk, dengan penggunaan air masing masing 0,4 dari berat semen. Digunakan mesin kuat tekan untuk menguji kuat tekannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemakaian sekam 25% dari agregat (BS1) menghasilkan kuat tekan rata –rata 159,1 kg/cm2 dan berat rata –rata 1721,2 kg,, pemakaian sekam 50% dari agregat (BS2) menghasilkan kuat tekan 138,27 kg/cm2, berat 1425,3 kg dan pemakaian sekam 75% dari agregat (BS3) menghasilkan kuat tekan 85,7 kg/cm2 dengan berat 936,0 kg.

Abstract

One of water quality parameters is the degree of water. For most of people, water quality is considered important because it is not only about aesthetic. A good water for consumption to governmentissued regulation through Indonesian Minister of Health is has a pH 6.5 - 8.5 value ( Regulation of Minister of Healty No 907, 2002, about Term and Supervision of Water Quality Drinking, and Regulation of Minister of Healty No 416, 1990 about Term and Supervision of Water Quality). Although most of people in Bukittinggi still do not know whether the water from drill water used is worth consuming or not. Therefore, writer planned to build a device to measure the acidity (pH) of water to make it easier to identify the water to be used. Device made by author has same function as water pH device or pH meter that has been traded in general. This device uses a liquid acidity sensor circuit as a pH sensor. The processing of sensor result is carried out by sensors by using Arduino Uno, display the measurement results using LCD. This device is relatively accurate with the power supply using 9 V battery that available in the market so this device can be taken everywhere to make it easier to use when researching or field surveys.

Abstract

 Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone (SEZ) have been designed by Government of Indonesia as industrial cluster for palm oil derivative product industries. In many cases, selected areas for industrial cluster developed into an industrial aglomeration than industrial clustering. To ensure industrial cluster accomplishment, sustainability and integration analysis should be done. The aim of paper was to conduct management strategic, sustainability and integration analysis of Sei Mangkei SEZ cluster development.  Multicriteria Decision Making (MDM) analithycal  hierarchy processs (AHP) was used to determine the value of strategic priority index. There considered for measuring the index categorized in 5 dimensions : economic, social, enviromental/ecological, laws regulations and institutional, industrial and technology. The index score of sustainability priority index of Sei Mangkei SEZ that showing that the industrial cluster development categorized as sufficient category. The lowest index was found for industrial and technology (0.195) and the highest was environment/ecological dimension and economic dimension (0.236). From the leverage analysis, some critical attributes in each dimensions were found and need improvement to increase the management strategic of Sei Mangkei SEZ into sustainability and integration. Institutional strengthening and accelerated development of infrastructure are the crucial factor should be prioritized for the development of palm oil based industrial cluster at Sei Mangkei SEZ. This could be a significant reference for the decision makers, in this case is Government (PTPN III State-Owned Enterprises and Administrator) in cooperation with private sectors (tenant) to develop Sei Mangkei SEZ

Abstract

The landscape changed of palm oil plantation PTPN III (Persero) Afdeling I became The Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone (SEZ), it gaves essential impact to the basic problems divided the households livelihood of casual workers (BHL)  palm oil plantation in the Sei Mangkei village. This study was illustrated the resilience of the BHL households livelihood in the Sei Mangkei village. This paper aims to measured community resilience of a landscape changed afdeling I PTPN III (Persero) to divided Sei Mangkei SEZ. Analysis of livelihood resilience used a concept of rules is called an index, resilience indicators and households resilience were then collected through questionnaires. The respondent are many 30 BHL households,  the sampling located at Sei Mangkei Village. From the calculation of the index has been obtained that result households resilience index a value of 0,35. That means livelihood resilience of BHL household is low when there has been a landscape change at afdeling I divided Sei Mangkei SEZ

Abstract

Sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is a leading commodity of Indonesian freshwater fishery. Production continues to increase in 2016 reached 22%. cultivators experience constraints on seeding and enlargement due to ectoparasites Trichodina sp. this parasite attacks the outer part of the body marked by the spots on the body. Prevention and treatment of many usses of chemicals that can adversely affect the human body and environtment, so it takes another alternative to replace these chemicals that can adversely affect the human body and environment, so it takes another alternative to replace these chemicals. Cherry Leaf contain compounds Flavonoid, Tannin, Triterpenoid, Saponin and Polifenol as antioxidants, Cherry Leaf useful as an antibacterial. The method used in this research is the experimental method and using Completely Randomized Design (RAL). Concentrations of cherry leaf extract (Muntingia calabura) given include 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% there were 5 treatments and 4 replications. The data obtained were analyzed by ANAVA method (variance analysis) followed by LSD test. The results showed that the use of cherry leaf extract (Muntingia calabura) in treating Trichodina sp parasite has a very real effect with the best value on the presentation of Leukocrit is 2% concentration that produces Leukocrit percentage of 2.68% and percentage of Hematocrit 2% with Hematocrit yield of 11.83%. The clinical symptoms are white spots in all body, pale color, decreased appetite of the mucus that comes out, often rubbing the body to the wall. The result of water quality measurement shows temperature: 24 - 27,2oC, DO: 4,1 - 6,9 and pH: 6 - 8.KEY WORDS: Muntingia calabura, Trichodiniasis, Sangkuriang Catfish, Leukocrit, Hematocrit.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada proses pembelajaran online di SD Negeri 53 Kampung Jambak, Kota Padang . (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kinerja guru di SD Negeri 53 Kampung Jambak, Kota Padang . (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. (4) Untuk mendeskripsikansolusi dalam mengatasi hambatan yang terjadi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, serta verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada proses pembelajaran secara online telahterlaksana dengan baik, meskipun ada beberapa hambatan. (2) Kinerja guru sudah menerapkan tiga indicatoryaitu kepribadian dan dedikasi, proses seperti pengembangan profesi, hasil seperti kemampuan mengajar. (3) Penghambat kurangnya keahlian guru dalam penggunaan media internet untuk pembelajaran online, peserta didik yang tidak memiliki android, dan kurangnya perhatian orangtua. 4. Solusinya guru wajib mengikuti pelatihan, pembinaan, sosialisasi terhadap wali murid dan kunjungan guru kerumah peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru, Pembelajaran Online

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in agricultural education in developing countries has become very important in improving the quality and productivity of agriculture, as well as addressing the problems faced by farmers in developing countries. The aim of this research is to describe the experience of using ICT in agricultural education in developing countries, as well as to identify the advantages and disadvantages of using ICT. The method used in this study is a literature review by collecting data from various sources such as articles, books, and research reports. The results of the study show that the use of ICT in agricultural education in developing countries has been done in various ways, such as the development of agricultural applications, distance learning, and the use of simulation software. Although there are some obstacles such as limited access and dependence on technology, the use of ICT in agricultural education in developing countries can provide advantages in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of learning, as well as expanding social networks and collaboration among students. However, to optimize the advantages and overcome the limitations of using ICT in agricultural education in developing countries, cooperation between the government, educational institutions, and technology industry is needed in building adequate ICT infrastructure, providing affordable ICT access, as well as providing training and technical support for ICT users in agricultural education.
