Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the effect of mung bean sprout concentration on the physical and chemical properties of taro flour. The method used in this research was experimental method and was designed using Completely Randomized Design with a single factor experiment (the concentration of mung bean sprouts). There were 5 treatments (0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of mung bean sprouts), and each treatment were made into 4 replications. Data from the observations were analyzed using analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at 5% significant level using Co-Stat software. If there was significant difference, the data were further tested using the Honest Real Difference test at 5% significant level too. The results showed that the addition of mung bean sprout extract significantly affected the moisture content, protein content, ash content and oxalate content of taro flour. The treatment of 40% mung bean sprout extract is recommended as the best treatment for moisture content (10.53%), ash content (5.24%), protein content (3.84%), calcium oxalate content (0.0268%), water absorption (87.42%), and L value (88.14) of modified taro flour. Keywords: flour, taro, enzymes, mung bean sprouts ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi kecambah kacang hijau terhadap sifat fisik dan kimia tepung talas kimpul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dan dirancang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor tunggal (konsentrasi kecambah kacang hijau). Terdapat 5 perlakuan (konsentrasi 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% dan 40% kecambah kacang hijau), dan tiap perlakuan dibuat 4 ulangan. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis keragaman pada taraf nyata 5% dengan menggunakan software Co-Stat. Apabila terdapat beda nyata, maka akan diuji lanjut menggunakan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) pada taraf 5% juga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan ekstrak kecambah kacang hijau berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air, kadar protein, kadar abu dan kadar oksalat tepung talas. Perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak kecambah kacang hijau 40% direkomendasikan sebagai perlakuan terbaik, yang menghasilkan tepung talas dengan karakteristik sebagai berikut: kadar air (10,53%), kadar abu (5,24%), kadar protein (3,84%), kadar kalsium oksalat (0,0268%), daya serap air (87,42%), dan nilai L (88,14) tepung talas termodifikasi. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini pertama untuk mengetahui kesesuaian materi buku teks bahasa Indonesia mahasiswa bahasa dan sastra Indonesia berdasarkan aspek kelayakan isi, dan kedua untuk mengetahui kesesuaian materi buku teks bahasa Indonesia mahasiswa bahasa dan sastra Indonesia berdasarkan aspek kelayakan Bahasa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif berbentuk deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kesesuaian materi buku teks bahasa Indonesia mahasiswa berdasarkan aspek kelayakan isi sudah layak. Materi yang disajikan dalam buku tersebut cukup singkat, padat, dan jelas untuk diketahui secara garis besar. kesesuaian materi buku teks bahasa Indonesia mahasiswa berdasarkan aspek kelayakan bahasa sudah layak. Bahasa yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan intelektual sosial emosional siswa SMA. Pesan yang ada dalam materi juga mudah dipahami, dalam bacaan yang ada di buku tersebut sebagian besar menggunakan kalimat efektif dan komunikatif sehingga mempermudah membaca pesan yang ada. Namun untuk indikator kesesuaian dengan kaidah bahasa masih ditemukan kata yang kurang tepat.

Abstract

Organic farming was an agricultural farming techniques that rely on natural in without using of synthetic chemicals and organic agricultural farming was have provided health agricultural products, especially food that was safed for the health and consumers does not damage the environment. Based conventional farming systems such as the high energy input of chemical fertilizers and pesticides can damage and lower productivity of the soil. Soil degradation and environment damage destruction is the massive impact of the green revolution program in the 1980s. A combination of Internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE) matrix produces IE (Internal-External). SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) of the organic farming water spinach in Bogor regency. Learning the best strategies in the analysis with Matrix QSP (Quantitative Strategic Planning). Based on the analysis of the activity of farming and the analysis of income from 500 m2 in 1 year only farmers have sold water spinach in market organic until 1,728 kg price of products 6.000 IDR and 2,472 kg had sold in traditional market at a price of 2.500 IDR. However, this shows that the farming of organic water spinach has financially profitable enough and will be more profitable when the entire water spinachcan hade been sold to the organic market. The results of the analysis of strategies using IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QPS Matrix acquired three most important strategies to be implemented: 1) "Strengthen and improve farm management institutions" (TAS value = 6.87); 2) Developing of human resources in the post-harvest handling (TAS value = 5.85); and 3) Extend the market network (TAS value = 5.63).

Abstract

Field experience shows that, when two or more oils have different densities mixtures and transported throughthe pipeline at the same time, the mixtures will form a new characteristics of oils that different than oilsinitially, then the volume of the oil mixture is delivered from the SP ( Gathering Station), as the transferpoint, the volume will be different on the tank received. Differences between the sending and receiving ofthese so-called oil losses. One factor is the shrinkage volume of oil that caused the process of mixing two ormore of oils which have different characteristics in the pipeline or tank .Laboratory testing use to calculateshrinkage of oil, but the other use the American Petroleum Institute method.In a case study conducted in theoil field 'X' in South Sumatra there are some groups that have different characteristics of petroleum, andfrom laboratory experiments and mathematical calculations showed that the shrinkage in the Group 1 isequal to 0.115% or 2.386 BOPD, shrinkage in the Group 2 is equal to 0131% or 3.931 BOPD. The amountof shrinkage in Group 3 of 0.476% which is equivalent to 6.748 BOPD and for Group 4 seen that shrinkageof this group amounted to 0.189% or 2.082 BOPD and shrinkage for Group 5 amounted to 5% or 38.507BOPD. While the total shrinkage in the network system from upstream to downstream (group 1- 5) isapproximately 0.257%, or approximately 54.37 BPOD

Abstract The Indonesian Decree No 32 / 2004 related to the Local Authority justified the coastal region management to the province and or region. The Government law related to the coastline determination is not yet defined. Due to the problem, the international procedure of the coastline determination were descriptively analyzed base on the sea law, geomorphology and plan mapping.Key-words : regional coast line, maritime line, international sea law

Abstract

Abstract  Live Environment Mining and Energy Duty Kabupaten Jepara (2006) said Teluk Awur shore is potential area occurred erosion. Reliable attempted to use preventing the problem is protecting with making hard struktur, therefore investigated with modeling shoreline changed use protection structure added three scenarios. The purpose of this study to known shoreline changed and the smallest effect in the scenario of protection structure added. For the efficiency time and price, so that prediction and simulation is done with using numeric model method with GENESIS (GENEralized model for SImulating Shoreline change). GENESIS is the one of subprogram in the NEMOS(Nearshore Evolution MOdeling System) at the CEDAS (Coastal Engineering Design and Analisys System) software. Long of the model simulation area is 8720 meters. Model simulation use three scenarios are Detached Breakwater, Non Diffracting Groin, and Detached Breakwater and combination of Non Diffracting Groin. and Detached Breakwater. Shoreline changed can consider based on simulation result is sediment transport volume, erosion wide, sedimentation and long shoreline changed. Based on result simulation, shoreline changed in existing condition is the most if compared with the other scenario with values-93.5942 meters, the smallest values occurred at the combination scenario from Detached Breakwater and Non Diffracting Groin with -54.3157 meters. Abstract

This paper describes the development of a portable microcontroller-based data acquisition system suitable for field balancing. The prototype was designed to have three channels. Channel 0 was designed to receive a DC signal and therefore suitable for reference signal, such as generated by optical sensor. In contrast, channels 1 and 2 were designed to receive AC signals and therefore suitable for vibration signals. In the design, the acquisition process was performed by three ADCs which sample data simultaneously, thus minimizing the phase difference between channels. The data obtained by ADC are then stored within memory, capable to store data as many as 8192 for each channel. The hardware is also equipped with a keypad modul as an input medium, an LCD modul as an output medium, and a rechargeable battery as a power supply. The software of this data acquitition system is classified into data-acquitition program and interface program. The performance of the prototype was tested using unbalance demontration setup and the results of measurement are compared to those obtained by MSA HP 35650 as a reference instrument. The measurement shows that results of measurement obtained by theprototype are relatively similar to those obtained by MSA.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai bentuk peduli akan keluhan yang disampaikan oleh pihak SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Kakap khususnya dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia terkait dengan keterampilan menulis puisi di sekolah tersebut. Keterampilan menulis puisi di sekolah tersebut masih tergolong rendah, hal ini dibuktikan dengan penugasan yang pernah diberikan guru bahwa banyak siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang diuraikan sebelumnya tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan yang dicapai oleh siswa. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut tim pelaksana mengadakan pelatihan menulis puisi dengan tujuan (1) siswa dapat menentukan jenis-jenis puisi, dan (2) siswa dapat menulis puisi secara kreatif dengan tema religius. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan project based learning dengan memanfaatkan media gambar sebagai wujud citraan dalam memperoleh inspirasi untuk menulis puisi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini siswa dapat membedakan jenis-jenis puisi lama dan puisi baru. Selain itu siswa menjadi antusias dalam menulis puisi dan dari nilai menulis yang dilakukan siswa meningkat hingga 80%.

Abstract

Pada elemen struktur beton bertulang, kuat lekat antara tulangan baja dan beton sama pentingnya dengan kuat tekan beton. Lekatan antara tulangan baja dan beton adalah salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi perilaku elemen beton bertulang terutama pada saat mengalami keretakan. Kajian-kajian secara ekperimen dan numerik dengan program komputer berbasis metode elemen hingga (FEM) telah banyak dilakukan oleh peneliti sebelumnya, namun kajian-kajian yang telah dilakukan masih menggunakan satu jenis variasi diameter, sedangkan pemodelan secara numerik dengan variasi diameter tulangan belum pernah dilakukan. Pada simulasi numerik dengan ABAQUS SE ini benda uji pengujian pull out dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya yaitu benda uji beton berbentuk silinder dengan dimensi 150 mm x 300 mm dan diameter tulangan (d) 10 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm dengan panjang penyaluran (l =10d) berturut turut 100 mm, 130 mm, 160 mm, 190 mm. Benda uji dimodelkan dengan 2 dimensi (2D) satu perempat lingkaran (Asymetric), interaksi tulangan baja dan beton dimodekan sebagai cohesive behavior. Hasil simulasi numerik menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar diameter tulangan baja yang digunakan, nilai kuat lekat antara tulangan baja dan beton semakin menurun, model asymetric dan cohesive behavior dapat digunakan untuk memodelkan interaksi tulangan baja dan beton, dengan tingkat keakuratan cukup baik, dimana selisih nilai kuat lekat hasil pemodelan dan eksperimen yaitu antara 0.35% - 2.231%.
