Abstract

The background of the research is about ability of variation media which is not yet done with the real material at SMA PGRI 3 Padang. Variation media includes listener media, seeing media, audio visual media. The purpose of the research is 1) to express the ability of teacher uses variation media in teaching learning process at SMA PGRI 3 Padang. 2) to state challenge whatever the teacher is happened by using variation media in teaching learning process at SMA PGRI 3 Padang. Kinds of the research are about evaluative study with qualitative analysis where location at SMA PGRI 3 Padang. Meanwhile, informant in this research includes history teacher which is taught at class X and XII amount 2 persons. Some students and headmasters toward observation technique, interview, and documentation study using RPP. The data analysis is examined by using triangulation data and from data is collected and analyzed with interactive that are data collection, reduction data, showing data and conclusion. From the result of research show that 1) Variation media in teaching learning process is still low and almost does not use media at class. 2) Least the teachers’ understanding about function of media in lesson. 3) Least prepare the tools and things from the school and teacher which does not effort self media that is needed in teaching. Based the result of research can be concluded that 1) least the teachers’ understanding is about important of using media in teaching learning process especially history lesson. 2) There are not effort to search or make self media that is needed. 3) Least prepare something from school with media which is needed by the teacher in learning activity.

Abstract

This study aims to solve the research problem, namely whether there is an increase in Science Learning Outcomes of Animal Life Cycle Materials by Using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Model for Class IV Students at SDN No. 20107 Padangsidimpuan, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City Regency. The research design used the classroom action research method which contained two cycles. The subjects of this study were students in class IV SDN No. 200107 Padangsidimpuan. Class IV students totaled 20 people. Based on the results of the analysis of the average science value in the Animal Life Cycle material before using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model, an average of 67.75 was in the "Enough" category. After using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model, the average in the first cycle was 72.5 in the "High" category, and in the second cycle the average score was 83 in the "Very High" category. From the comparison of the learning outcomes of fourth graders at SD No. 20107 Padangsidimpuan, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City Regency, in the first cycle it was 40% and in the second cycle it was 95%. The results showed that the application of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model could improve science learning outcomes for Animal Life Cycle material.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan terhadappenggunaan tes StifIn terhadap penentuan minat dan bakat siswa SMP IT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Ex Post Facto, sedangkan instrumennya adalah angket. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 siswa dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 26 siswa. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan tes StifIn terhadap penentuan minat dan bakat siswa SMP IT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan, maka data yang diperolah diolah dan dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus Uji F. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh dari pengaruh penggunaantes StifIn terhadap penentuan minat dan bakat siswa tergolong baik, yaitu pada perhitungan uji F diperoleh bahwa thitung > ttabel3,644>3,42), maka  ditolak dan sebaliknya  diterima. Dengan demikian diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan tes StifIn terhadap penentuan minat dan bakat siswa SMP IT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

This type of research is a type of RD by applying the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). This research was conducted at MTsS Nurul Ilmi Padangsidimpuan with 19 students of product trial subjects in class VIII. The data collection instruments used were validation sheets, lesson plans, questionnaires and LAS and used validity and practicality analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1) The lesson plan using a contextual approach was declared very valid with a value of 95, 2) the lesson plan using a contextual approach was stated as very practical with a value of 87. Thus the development of a contextual based lesson plan (lesson plan) on the cubes and blocks, fulfilling aspects of validity and practicality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 64 kelas yang terdiri dari 129 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang yang diambil 25% dari jumlah populasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dengan Tes. Angket bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran ekonomi orangtua siswa dan prestasi belajar siswa. Sebelum instrumen digunakan terlebih dahulu tes diuji cobakan untuk melihat tingkat validitas dan reabilitas intrumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment, koefisien determinasi, uji signifikan dan uji tingkat pencapaian. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan terhadap data untuk melihat hubungan variabel X dengan variabel Y diperoleh r hitung sebesar 0,097, sehingga diperoleh ada hubungan keadaan ekonomi orangtua dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII MTsN 2 Padangsidimpuan, tetapi dengan tingkat hubungan sangat rendah sebesar 0,9 %. Hal ini terbukti dari koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar rxy= 0,097 sedangkan rtabel= 0,029 pada taraf signifikan  5% Pada keadaan ekonomi orangtua tergolong baik yakni dengan persentase 61% yang berada pada interval 57 % - 61 %. Prestasi belajar tergolong sangat baik dengan nilai rata rata 84,5 yang berada pada interval 85-87. Dengan demikian diperoleh thitung ttabel, yaitu 0,097 1,697, dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara variabel X dengan variabel Y tetapi dengan tingkat hubungan yang sangat rendah. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ditolak, yaitu tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keadaan ekonomi orangtua dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII DI MTs N 2Padangsidimpuan

Abstract

The purpose of learning in the millennial era is the development and improvement of students' high-level thinking skills. High-level abilities or often referred to as higher order thingking skills (HOTS) are the level of thinking of students with stages of analysis, evaluation and creation. The indicators of HOTS can be derived from the ability to think critically and think creatively. In order for students' mathematical HOTS abilities to be known, a HOTS assessment instrument is needed. The purpose of this study is the development of a mathematical HOTS assessment instrument for MTs class VII students. The type of research is a development adapted from the development of Borg and Gall. Analysis of research data using quantitative and quality analysis to determine the quality of the mathematical HOTS assessment instrument conducted a review based on the criteria of validity, reliability, difficulty index and differentiating power of the problem. The result of this development is that the HOTS assessment instrument with the form of a description of 15 questions and is suitable for use. The HOTS assessment instrument is included in a valid category that is based on expert assessment with an average score of 36.5 and an excellent category. The difficulty level of the question is moderate with an average difficulty index of 0.5 in the medium category and the differentiating power of the question is good with an average differentiating power index of 0.33 in the good category. The developed mathematical HOTS instrument also meets the reliable criteria with a reliability coefficient of 0.733.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the Realistic Mathematics Approach on student interest in learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental) conducted at the Padangsidimpuan State Islamic Institute, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Tadris/Mathematics Education Study Program T.A 2019/2020. The conclusion from the questionnaire results obtained from students, the average score of student interest in learning who was treated with the Realistic Mathematics Approach was better than the average score of student interest in learning who was treated with the Conventional Approach. The average score of students who were treated with a realistic mathematical approach was 50.03, while the average score of students who were treated with the Conventional Approach was 41.73. In the calculation of the t test, the t value was obtained at a significance level of 0.151 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of a realistic mathematical approach on the learning interest of Tadris/Mathematics Education students during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Children generally go through distinct stages along the milestones of their language development, from crying, cooing, groping to mature speech. However, children with special conditions usually have difficulty passing through each phase of their development, such as those with expressive language disorders. These children usually have problems communicating their needs and ideas verbally and non-verbally. Through this research, the writer tries to present a narrative about the journey of the first three years of Sam, a child who has speech delays (late talker).  Through interviews, observation, and documentation, this research informs that Sam experienced speech delays at the early stages of his language development and had difficulty constructing sentences with good grammatical arrangements.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to analyze the effectiveness of the Crowdfunding System in Improving the Economic Welfare of the Community. The method of this research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. Therefore, the author can comprehensively outline how the Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Crowdfunding System in Improving the Economic Welfare of the Community. In this study, the author optimally uses two data sources related to this research, namely. Primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of this research are that the crowdfunding system has been proven to be effective in providing alternative funding for MSMEs in Indonesia. With stronger regulatory support, increased financial literacy, and good risk management, crowdfunding has great potential to support the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in Indonesia.
