Abstract

Abstract: Knowledge of the assessment is very important in conducting assessments of early childhood development in order gather information and assess the needs and potential of children, it also used to ability and weaknesses of the child. Educators backgrounds S1 must have pedagogic competence in carrying out the assessment, and therefore the need for teachers to have a broad knowledge of the assessment. But the phenomenon that there are still shortcomings in terms of teacher knowledge and assessment of the implementation of early childhood development. Therefore, this study was conducted in order to describe how the description of kindergarten teacher’s assessment knowledge in bukit raya distridct, pekanbaru.. The results show: 1) Teacher's assessment knowledge on the implementation of the principle of assessment is low when compared with other aspects that are included in the category of less well with the percentage of 58.05%. 2) The overall indicator teacher's assessment knowledge in kindergarten District Bukit Raya Pekanbaru are in low category with a total percentage of 56-65%. Based on finding the solution to the teacher’s ass knowledge are construction through supervision from kindergarten headmaster and conducting ass training for teacher’s to increase assessment knowledge and implementation.Keywords: Assessment, knowledge, teacher’s, kindergarten.

Abstract

Abstract: Research aims to understand the influence of the provision of green bean porridge and milk powder about the status of child nutrition age 5-6 years in kindergarten coaching land kecamatan sungai apit siak district. Population sizes in this research some 76 children and sample in this research was 26 children. Technique data collection in use the observation. Technique analysis the data in use in this research was analysis uji-t. The research that has been done, it can be in some attraction conclusion which as follows: 1). After in give treatment the provision of green bean porridge and milk powder, the average children healthy increased to 83 % which means the provision of green bean porridge and milk powder successfully salubrious children. 2). Through skills treatment the provision of green bean porridge and milk powder, the average healthy child rose to 77 % which means the granting of green bean porridge and milk powder managed to improve liveliness children as much as 29 % . 3).Once treated giving green bean porridge and milk powder,the average activity of children increased to 77%.which means giving the green bean porridge and milk powder managed to increase activationof children about 29%. Good Nutritionis important for children, because it helps the development of children in the future.Keywords: green bean porridge and milk powder , nutrition status

Abstract

Abstract: The research is to know of a role-playing method to 5-6 years old children’s interpersonal intelligence in pembina kindergarten pangean distric in kuansing regency. The sample of population in this research is 5-6 years old to amount to 21 person’s. To collect the data is observasion technics. To analysis data used in this research is test-t. The result of research is obtained from the sample results of hypothesis test correlations, with the before and after values of r = 0,718 and the value of significance is 0.000. Because p<0.05 ( 0,718<0.05) then ho rejected. The means of research is role-playing method to 5-6 years old children’s interpersonal intelligence. To receive or reject hypotesis based on SPSS data windows for version 17 then can be seen from a comparison t value and t table is calculation of the test-t, seen that result t value -12,451 from the parties of absolutely price, so the minus (-) price cannot be used (Sugiyono, 2010). Thent value (12,451). DK=40 and the fault stage 5 %=2,021, it can be seen the t price count greater than t table the first fault 5% (12,451>2,021). The mean Ho= were rejected and Ha= accepted. From the research i have conclussion thats the role-playing method is be alternatif to the teacher interpersenol intelligence.Key Words: interpersonal intelligence , role-playing method

Abstract

Abstract. Phenomenon which occurs in the majority of kindergarten principal in district Tampan Pekanbaru City aresome headmasters arelessin motivatingthe teachers so that teachers can not give maximum performance, there is still difficultyof kindergarten headmasterif they are requested direction and advice, and there is still kindergarten principal less firmly in giving warning for errors made by the teachers. The purpose of this study is to describe the soft skills and leadership of the principal, and determine the relationship between soft skills by kindergarten school leadership in District of Tampan Pekanbaru City. Respondents in this study amounted to 42 people. Data collection techniques used by questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative statistical data processing (SPSS). From the research results obtained are positive and significant relationship between soft skills by kindergarten school leadership inDistrict Of Tampan Pekanbaru. It can be seen from rhit value = 0.811 and p = 0.000. Therefore p <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then Ho is rejected. In addition, the hypothesis test "t test", the result thit = 8.843 and the value ttab (5%) (df = n - 2 = 42-2 = 40) = 2.000. Because thit> ttab (8.843> 2.000), it means that there is a positive and significant relationship between soft skills with school leadership. The resulting determinant coefficient is r2 (0.8112) = 0.657, it can be seen that the influence of soft skills for 65.7% of the kindergarten school leadership. The level of correlation between the soft skills and school leadership is in very highcategory with a correlation coefficient 0.811. Keyword : soft skills, school leadership

Abstract

Abstrct: The research is to know the influence of learning model centers to learning motivation of Children 5-6 years children Annisah Husnah kindergarten District of Tambusai Utara Rokan Hulu Regency. The sample of population in this is 5-6 years children at Annisah Husnah kindergarten to 30 amount persons. To collect observtion and skala likert in interview seacion. Analysis data use corelation and analysis statistic method with SPSS for windows version 16. The technich analysis data used the pearson product moment formula. The result used Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis there is a positive relationship between learning model centers on learning motivation of 5-6 years children at Annisah Husnah kindergarten District of Tambusai Utara Rokan Hulu Regency. It can be seen from the acquisition value of the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.608 with probability is 0,001. There fore p<0.05 (0.001<0.05). The level of relationship between the of learning model centers with learning motivation of children in the strong category with determinant coefficient value is generated is equal KP = r² x 100% = 37% means is the learning model centers accounted for 37% child motivation learn and the reminder 63% is affected by other variables.Key words : Learning model centers , Learning motivation
