Abstract

Reservoirs in Indonesia are almost inseparable from the problem of sedimentation. Sedimentation issues are important in reservoir operations, including those that affect reservoir life. One of them is in the PLTA Cirata which experienced a high amount of sedimentation, based on the results of research by BPWC in 2017 the value of sedimentation was 1.96 million m3/year. The results obtained 1,565,844.51 m3 / year so that when compared with this value has a difference between 394,155.49 m3 / year, this occurs because of differences in the sedimentation calculation method. The research method uses the MIKE 21 Module (Flow Model), this research can provide information related to the sedimentation load in the PLTA Cirata. Sediment load that occurs in the intake area of the modeling results is from the Cikundul watershed with a maximum flow value in one year in 2018 of 716.14 m3/s occurred in April. As for the thickness of sediment occurs first 1-month simulation results in the location of each estuary is between 0.01 to 0.15 m for the location of the dam area of 0.01 to 0.03 m. The thickness of sediments in the Cirata area at the location of the river mouth is around ± 1.8 m / year and at the dam around ± 0:36 m / year. Types of sediment in each river mouth obtained 21.21% sand, 78.48% silt, and 0.31% gravel, for the dam area obtained 24.49% sand, 75.08% silt, and 0.43% gravel. It can be concluded that sedimentation entering the Intake area is removing sediment from each watershed namely Cikundul, Cibalagung, Cisokan, Citarum, and Cicendo.

Abstract

AbstractImplementation of the right of immunity of DPR-RI member to date still raises several questions in the community. The number of cases of members of the DPR-RI who act in the name of immunity rights is one form of the need to be given firm and clear boundaries so that there is no misunderstanding on the part of both the community and members of the DPR-RI. This study is intended to further examine the urgency and limitations of the immunity rights of members of the DPR-RI granted by the 1945 Constitution and Law no. 2 of 2018. The granting of immunity rights for members of the DPR-RI is needed to carry out their functions and duties as representatives of the people so that it is hoped that with the right of immunity, members of the DPR-RI have a legal umbrella that brings benefits to members of the DPR-RI in carrying out their duties.. While related to the implementation of the right of immunity by members of the House of Representatives-RI then must consider the rules of the Code and Code of Ethics of the House so that no collision occurred.                                                   Key words: Limitations, Urgency, Immunity Rights, Member of DPR-RI. AbstrakPemberian hak imunitas kepada anggota DPR-RI sampai saat ini masih menimbulkan beberapa pertanyaan dimasyarakat. Banyaknya kasus anggota DPR-RI yang mengatas namakan hak imunitas menjadi salah satu bentuk perlunya diberi batasan yang tegas dan jelas supaya tidak ada kesalah fahaman baik dari pihak masyarakat maupun anggota DPR-RI. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji lebih jauh mengenai hal-hal yang menjadi urgensi dan batasan hak imunitas anggota DPR-RI yang diberikan oleh UUD 1945 maupun UU No. 2 Tahun 2018. Yang mana pemberian hak imunitas anggota DPR-RI ini diperlukan untuk menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya sebagai wakil rakyat sehingga diharapkan dengan adanya hak imunitas, anggota DPR-RI memiliki payung hukum yang membawa kemaslahatan bagi anggota DPR-RI dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Sedangkan terkait batasan hak imunitas oleh anggota DPR-RI maka harus memperhatikan peraturan Tata Tertib dan Kode Etik DPR sehingga tidak terjadi pelanggaran.Kata kunci: Batasan, Urgensi, Hak Imunitas, Anggota DPR-RI

Abstract

Pada saat ini serat yang sering digunakan  serat fiberglass, Akan tetapi limbahnya cukup sulit untuk terurai. Penggunaan serat alam merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam pembuatan komposit, salah satunya serat bambu yang memilii kekuatan mekanik yang baik. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sifat mekanis dan sifat fisis pada komposit serat bambu petung dengan filler campuran serbuk genteng sokka. Komposit dibuat menggunakan metode hand lay up dengan variasi tebal core 2 mm dan 4 mm, arah serat vertikal dan horizontal serta fraksi volume filler 10%, 20%, dan 30%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai harga impak terbesar terdapat pada variasi B4205 dengan nilai 0,0152 J/mm2. Sedangkan nilai harga impak terendah terdapat pada variasi A2303 dengan nilai 0,0018 J/mm2. Jika dilihat pada foto makro terlihan matriks rich, void, dan fiber pull out yang menyebabkan kekuatan mekanik dari komposit menjadi kurang baik.

Abstract

A motorbike is one of the secondary needs of society, therefore the performance of the machine must also be considered, especially when choosing one of the components of the machine to be repaired or replaced. To get good motor performance, it must be balanced with a good ignition system too, so that the electricity supply is sufficient to do maximum work on the engine. The purpose of this study was to determine engine performance by comparing the ignition system between the use of standard coils and standard spark plugs with racing coils and racing spark plugs with Pertamax 98 fuel. The research was carried out using experimental methods or testing with the help of a dyno. From a comparative study of standard and racing ignition components on a Yamaha RX King 132cc motorbike, by replacing the spark plugs and coils that have been done, the results show that the highest power and torque values are obtained by replacing the racing coil and spark plugs. This is because the combustion in the cylinder chamber is better by replacing the racing ignition components.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a major catalyst in business transformation, including in the oil and gas sector, which has high operational complexity. This study aims to analyze the influence of digitalization on business process innovation and organizational performance at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) Refinery Unit (RU) VI Balongan, one of the strategic refineries in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 122 employee respondents at PT KPI RU VI Balongan, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The digitalization variable was measured through indicators of digital technology adoption, improvement of employee digital culture and skills. Business process innovation was evaluated based on operational cost reduction, increased process speed, while organizational performance was measured through effectiveness and efficiency indicators. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression (MLR). MLR was chosen because of its ability to test the simultaneous and partial influence of several independent variables on one directly measurable dependent variable. The results showed a regression coefficient of 0.975 with a t-value of 19.700 and a significance level of 0.000. This shows that digitalization has a very significant and positive influence on business process innovation. Meanwhile, the results of multiple linear regression analysis show that business process innovation has a regression coefficient of 0.474, with a t value = 7.080 and significance = 0.000. The Beta value of 0.529 indicates that business process innovation makes a significant contribution to improving organizational performance. The influence of digitalization and business process innovation on organizational performance has a fairly strong level of strength because the R2 value is getting bigger (approaching one) and it is known that the influence of digitalization and business process innovation on organizational performance is 0.843 or 84.3% while the remaining 15.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as leadership and management, organizational culture, human resource competencies and so on. The three variables are interrelated and form a value chain that strengthens the competitiveness and efficiency of PT KPI RU VI Balongan. Ultimately, the contribution of this study is to provide empirical evidence on the role of digitalization in improving organizational performance in the Indonesian oil refinery industry, while providing practical guidance for the management of PT KPI RU VI Balongan.
