Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini apakah teknik pemodelan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa membaca nyaring di kelas IV SDN 2 Malomba. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca nyaring melalui teknik pemodelan. Untuk mengkaji masaalah di atas, peneliti melakukan penelitian deskritif. Rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model siklus yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan prosedur PTK yaitu suatu siklus yang terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes hasil belajar yang dilakukan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, kemudian disimpulkan dan diinterpretasikan. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan teknik pemodelan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca nyaring siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Malomba Kec. Dondo Kab. Tolitoli. Hal ini dapat dilihat dan nilai yang dicapai oleh siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Pada siklus I diperoleh nilai ketuntasan klasikal yaitu sebesar 12,90 %. Kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 96,77 %. Jadi, taraf nilai ketuntasan klasikal yang disajikan naik 83,87%. Dengan demikian hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan paruh waktu pada salah satu industri alas kaki di Tangerang, yang dimediasi oleh mentalitas siap berubah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik simple random samplingdan hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid adalah 149 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan juga bahwa kesiapan untuk perubahan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Mentalitas siap berubah sebagai mediator sepenuhnya. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kinerja pegawai di antara karyawan paruh waktu dari industri alas kaki di Tangerang melalui peningkatan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dengan mentalitas siap berubah sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan paruh waktu dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0.

Sign language is used as a communication tool for deaf children. It is also used by non-disabled as a way of communicating with them. However, not all non-disabled understand sign language since knowledge of sign language is required. Based on interviews among non-disabled and deaf people, including relatives and teachers, they experience miscommunication due to the lack of communication skills using sign language and rely only on lip movements. Sign language is applied to a subject in the State Special School of Banjar City, consisting of BISINDO and SIBI with conventional learning. This research to produce game products for learning sign language can help deaf children learn sign language in schools, especially non-disabled who want to learn sign language. The method used for developing games sign language education uses the SCRUM-Game approach, UML models, BlackBox testing, and usability testing. The sprint iteration consists of two sprints that produce educational sign language games: Alphabet SIBI and BISINDO. Educational game testing uses BlackBox testing with the conclusion that all functionality valid. Usability testing of student deaf responders and non-disabled respondents for efficiency, memorability, and errors is categorized as good. Aspect satisfaction and learnability get an excellent score. Overall, the resulting educational games get a good score. Therefore it is proper to be used.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Pedagang Kaki Lima di Pamekasan Madura. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pedagang Kaki Lima di Pamekasan Madura. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil adalah para Pedagang Kaki Lima yang telah memulai usahanya lebih daria satu tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel karena faktor kemudahan. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa innovativeness, risk taking dan proactiveness berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM.

This study aims to determine the effect of Intelligence Quotients (IQ) and Emotional Quotients (EQ) on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Culture. This research uses a quantitative approach and the type of research is explanatory research. The research sample amounted to 90 employees of PT. Mas Agung Sejahtera in Madura, with the method used is saturated sampling. The type of data used in the form of primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is Path Analysis with SPSS tools. The results showed that Intelligence Quotients (IQ) had no direct effect on employee performance. Intelligence Quotients (IQ) have an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Culture. Emotional Quotients (EQ) have a direct effect on employee performance. Emotional Quotients (EQ) have an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Culture. Organizational Culture is able to mediate Intelligence Quotients (IQ) and Emotional Quotients (EQ) on Employee Performance.

In the Iptek era, the use of medsos could hardly be restricted because it crossed space, time, and place, so that the Islamic community was increasingly confronted with various issues, whether directly touching the doctrine of Islam or other problems that still had to do with Islam, and the issue needed instruments of solution, and one of those instruments was Islamic law. One of the issues that is currently happening is the free association of young people who not only meet in person but have spread to social media such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, and so on that is increasingly facilitating meetings. So many things are emerging that should not happen in the Islamic generation, just say, for example, dating and up to having pre-marriage sex that causes pregnancy outside the marriage, which the impact is not good for the personal and society, so become a material gunjing because of marriage due to the occurrence of pregnancies outside the wedding, and the problem does not stop there; it continues until the status of the child is born. This study aims to explain in depth the relationship between the law of marriage in pregnancy and the status of the child born, taking into account the different opinions among scholars and based on the fatwa of the scholar's assembly contained in the Book of Compilation of Islamic Law.

This study aims to improve students' understanding of faith in Prophets and Messengers through the singing method (Joyful Learning). The background of the research is based on the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 07 Padang Matinggi, where only 45% of students were able to achieve completeness on the daily test of memorizing material 25 Prophets and Messengers. This happens because learning is still dominated by the lecture method which makes students quickly bored and less motivated. This study used a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach which was carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were 34 students, consisting of 14 boys and 20 girls. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed a significant improvement. In the pre-cycle learning completeness was only 45%, increased to 79% in cycle I, and reached 91% in cycle II. This proves that the singing method is effective in creating a fun learning atmosphere, increasing motivation, and making it easier for students to memorize 25 Prophets and Messengers. Thus, the Joyful Learning method is worth applying in PAI learning, especially in the material of faith in Prophets and Messengers.

This article explains the Bakaua ritual at sacred graves, a tradition of the Nagari Sungai Limau community that has deep theological value. This research aims to analyze the meaning of theological values in the Bakaua ritual and how its practice can strengthen people's spiritual relationships. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research examines the spiritual, social, and cultural aspects inherent in the Bakaua tradition. The research results indicate that this ritual serves not only as a means of prayer and respect for ancestors but also as a medium for strengthening social relations and preserving local wisdom. Apart from that, the Bakaua ritual is seen as a form of asking for protection, expressing gratitude, and fulfilling vows, which reflects the close relationship between culture and theology in the life of Minangkabau society. The method used in this research is qualitative, encouraging a different approach from previous research, which only discussed Bakaua dramaturgy in the Minangkabau society. However, this paper places more emphasis on aspects of theological values in the Bakaua ritual tradition at sacred graves. This study highlights how theological meaning is embodied through symbolic practices, offerings, and communal prayers that represent submission to divine will. It also reveals how the ritual facilitates intergenerational transmission of spiritual values, maintaining continuity of belief systems in modern contexts. By analyzing community participation and oral narratives, the research uncovers deep spiritual motives rooted in Islamic beliefs intertwined with local cultural expressions. In addition, the findings underscore the community’s resilience in preserving traditional theology-based rituals despite the influence of modernization and shifts in religious interpretations. The Bakaua ritual thus becomes a cultural-theological bridge that binds generations and sustains spiritual identity within the dynamic life of the Minangkabau people.
