Abstract

The global competition in this era requires readiness, in particlar in this Covid-19 pandemic condition that is still surging in the world, including in Indonesia health sector. This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employees’ performance of the employee of a hospital in Indonesia. Survey was done in one of the bussiets hosptial in greater Jakarta area using simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 154 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employees’ performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness to change. Findings aslo revealed that readiness to change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employees’ performance. This study also confrimed that readiness to change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employees’ performance among the employee of a hospital in Indonesia through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness to change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan paruh waktu pada salah satu industri alas kaki di Tangerang, yang dimediasi oleh mentalitas siap berubah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik simple random samplingdan hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid adalah 149 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan juga bahwa kesiapan untuk perubahan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Mentalitas siap berubah sebagai mediator sepenuhnya. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kinerja pegawai di antara karyawan paruh waktu dari industri alas kaki di Tangerang melalui peningkatan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dengan mentalitas siap berubah sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan paruh waktu dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance of the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 143 participants. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have negative and significant effect on the employee performance, but work-family conflict have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. Also, this research found that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship work-family conflict and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang through enhancing work-family conflict management practice with readiness for change as a mediator. Abstract

Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 201 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh modal psikologis dan kreativitas individu terhadap perilaku inovasi individu pada dosen wanita di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Tangerang. Dalam penelitian ini, kreativitas individu merupakan variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 89 kuesioner yang dikembalikan dari sampel yang diambil secara random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas individu, modal psikologis dan kreativitas individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi individu, kreativitas individu memdiasi hubungan antara modal psikologis dan perilaku inovasi individu. Kreativitas individu berfungsi sebagai mediator parsial. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan suatu model untuk mengelola perilaku inovasi individu pada dosen perempuan pada unit analisis perguruan tinggi swasta di Tangerang melalui pengembangan modal psikologis dengan kreativitas individu sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dosen dalam menghadapi era education 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leaders coaching terhadap kinerja dan modal psikologis guru serta untuk menyelidiki efek mediasi modal psikologis pada populasi guru dari tujuh SMP Swasta di Tangerang.Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode simple random sampling dengan 59 sampel guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leaders coaching memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerjadan modal psikologis guru. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara leaders coaching dan kiner jaguru secara signifikan dimediasi oleh modal psikologis. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era education 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan karismatik terhadap motivasi intrinsic dan tacit knowledge sharing. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode simple random sampling dengan 85 sampel karyawan dari lima perusahaan UMKM di Banten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan karismatik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi intrinsic dan tacit knowledge sharing. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan UMKM dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

Abstract – The purpose of this study is to analyze an information system that is necessary for logical decision-making, so it requires an understanding of the problem and knowledge of alternative solutions. This study report was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method by reviewing scientific articles taken from Google Scholar by taking notes. The results of the study, that more precise information results in better decisions. The quality of information depends on 3 (three) things, namely, the information must be accurate, timely, and relevant. The elements in decision-making that must be considered are the purpose of decision-making, identification of decision alternatives to solve problems, calculations of factors that cannot be known beforehand or are beyond human reach, and the means or tools used to evaluate or measure the result of a decision.Keywords: Information Systems, Decision Making.

Abstract

Millennial workers have the characteristic of not feeling tied to their work and this can have an impact on the organizations/companies that employ them. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence that learning agility has on work engagement through the mediation of psychological empowerment and resilience. This research uses a quantitative causality design. The respondents were 100 millennial workers born between 1981 and 1996. Sampling was carried out using convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out via Google form which was distributed to the worker community via social media Facebook, Linkedin and Whatsapp. The results of this research found that learning agility has no direct effect on work engagement of millennial workers. Psychological empowerment and mediating resilience are some of the effects of learning agility on work engagement. This research contributes to efforts to increase work engagement in millennial generation workers through factors such as learning agility, psychological empowerment and resilience.
