Abstract

ABSTRACT Maternal Morality Rate (MMR) is still high in the Banyumas district when compared as decreased as MDG’s target’s. The aim’s of this study was to evaluate the variables that affect the complete visit (K4) coverage and described of trends K4 on the working are health centers in the Banyumas district. The study use a descriptive study with qualitative approach and design of the study was evaluating study. Informans selection used purposive sampling technique. Informans have selected as many as 12 people that consisting of 6 people midewife coordinator, 5 health center head, and a person working at field of maternal and child health in Banyumas county health departemen. Based on these results, 4 variables affected K4 coverage are man, money, material, and method. The quality of antenatal care visith from man (health worker/midwife) is influenced by the competence, skill and responsibility for their work. Implementation of maternal and child health program sourced from the state budget, district budget, and society. Owned facilities and infrastructure have been sufficient to support the ANC but less complete. The method used to increase the K4 coverage are others formed pertnership, set policy, and conduct evaluation scheduled and continuous. Trend of K4 coverage can describe that coverage varies widely, some health centers are always reach the target or even never reach the target or as well as those fluctuated experiencing from year to year on the working are health centers in Banyumas district. The competence and skill are improving for midwife can be done by providing training and continuous evenly. Increased responsibility for thei work can be done with regular and scheduled supervision. Abstract

ABSTRACTMaternal and Child Health ( MCH ) as a means of recording maternal and child health services since pregnant women, childbirth and during the postpartum infants born to 5 years old, including service family planning, immunization, nutrition and child development. Some issues related to the use of the MCH book are: completeness of data entry in the MCH book, the quality of the data recorded in the book of MCH, and the level of compliance of the mother carrying the MCH book . The purpose of this activity is to improve maternal compliance in carrying the book when visiting post integrated community.This study is to monitor compliance with the mother in bringing continuous MCH book every month for about 2 months . This indicator is observed / checked to the mother during a visit to a neighborhood health center before the intervention and after implementation of the intervention on each posyandu organizing activities that serve as research sites / partners . From the observation of no increased adherence posyandu Puspitasari toddler 's mother after giving intervention IEC, from 56.6 % to 60 % ( increase of 3.4 % ). Increased compliance posyandu watugede toddler 's mother after giving IEC intervention is of 33.3 % to 50 % ( an increase of 16.7 % ) . Suggested to always deliver IEC moms toddlers in posyandu so bring a book MCH compliance is maintained. Abstract

Pernikahan usia muda menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Faktor keluarga menjadi pengaruh terhadap perilaku reproduksi remaja. Hasil analisis situasi permasalahan yang ada pada ibu hamil Desa Petahunan Puskesmas Pekuncen adalah kasus Ibu Hamil Risiko Tinggi di Desa Petahunan terjadi pada remaja hamil diusia muda. Kehamilan tersebut sebagian besar disebabkan oleh pergaulan bebas remaja Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre test post test design. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling pada orang tua yang memiliki remaja usia 10 -19 tahun. Sampel penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang memiliki remaja di desa Petahunan dengan jumlah 33 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian nilai p value pengetahuan 0,095>0,05, berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh antara pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan orang tua remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja di desa Petahunan. Sedangkan nilai p value sikap 0,018 <0,05, berarti terdapat pengaruh antara pendidikan kesehatan terhadap sikap orang tua tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja di desa Petahunan. Saran bagi puskesmas adalah perlu adanya monitoring pada orang tua remaja dalam melakukan pendampingan kesehatan reproduksi remaja.
