Abstract

AbstrakPengawas madrasah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.Pengawas dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas kependidikan bukan hanya sebagai seorang supervisor pendidikan, namun merangkap pula sebagai konselor, motivator agar tercipta suasana kondusif dalam proses belajar mengajar di madrasah. Oleh karena itu kompetensi kinerja pengawas dalam upaya peningkatan mutu madrasah sangatlah diperlukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja pengawas madrasah dalam: (1) perencanaan program kepengawasan, (2) pelaksanaan program kepengawasan, (3) evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan program kepengawasan dan (4) kendala pengawasan dalam melaksanakan tugas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kinerja pengawas madrasah di daerah sasaran penelitian dalam perencanaan program kepengawasan tergolong dalam kategori baik dengan skor 85,68, (2) kinerja pengawas dalam pelaksanaan program kepengawasan tergolong dalam kategori baik dengan skor 76,25 , (3) kinerja pengawas dalam evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan program kepengawasan tergolong dalam kategori baik dengan skor 85,42. Kinerja pengawas dalam pengawasan manajerial tergolong dalam kategori amat baik dengan skor 40,62, kinerja pengawas dalam pengembangan profesi tergolong dalam kategori kurang dengan skor 56,25. Kinerja pengawas menurut persepsi kepala madrasah tergolong dalam kategori baik dengan skor 78,12 dan kinerja pengawas menurut persepsi guru tergolong dalam kategori baik dengan skor 77,08, (4) terdapat beberapa kendala / permasalahan pengawas dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok seperti terlalu banyak beban kerja  Kata kunci: Kinerja, Pengawas, Madrasah AbstractMadrasah’s Supervisor is one of the education component that play role in increasing the quality of education. Supervisor in doing educational duties not only as educational supervisor, but also being a concelor, motivator to create a conduciveatmosphere in learning process at school. Therefore, the competence performance of supervisor in order to increase the quality of school is really needed. This research use the qualitative approach in order to describe the performance of school supervisor in : (1) supervision planning program, (2) the implementation of supervision program, (3) evaluate the result of supervision program and (4) the supervision’s obstacle in implementing task. The result of this research shows that : (1) the school supervisor’s performance in the area as the research target in planning the supervision program classified to the category of “very good” with the score 96,42, (2) the supervisor’s performance in implementing the supervision program classified to the category of “very good” with the score 90,00, (3) supervisor’s performance in evaluating the result of supervision program classified to the category good with the score 85,42. Supervisor’s performance according to the perception of the principal classified to the category good with the score 77,08 (4) there are some obstacles / supervisor’s problem in doing his/her primary task like too much burden of work. Keyword : Performance, Supervisor, Madrasah.

Abstract

Cases of cheating, promiscuity, making sordid video student in the classroom are the phenomena of decline in character education at the school. In this sense, character education is essential to emphasized. This research uses qualitative approach, by applying design research CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). In context of building the nation character values at the school will success on condition that it is accompanied with system and climate supported by each school. One of supporting system and climate is the headmaster's policies on the regulation that support the implementation of character education, and this policy should be supported by infrastructure of the school. The input aspect that determines inculcation of nation character values in these both schools is the quality of the school resources including headmaster, teachers, educational staffs, students, and education infrastructures. From the aspects of process, inculcation nation character values on these schools is implemented through the integration of the Islamic religious education subject and culture of the school. Syllabus and RPP on subjects of Islamic religious education in State Senior High School 1 Kudus and State Senior High School 1 Jepara have already been insightful with the education of nation character. The aspects of product from internalization of cultural values and nation character are embodied in attitudes and behaviors of the students at school and society.

Abstract

The Indonesian Government has launched PeduliLindungi (PL) mobile apps as a COVID-19 preventive tool. This study aimed to describe the PL utilization and determine the factors influencing its successful use among college students. This study used a cross-sectional design and a total population sampling at a university in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia. The Delone and Mclean Information System Success Model was adopted to measure the use of the apps. The Spearman’s rank correlation test was performed to determine the relationship between two variables. Furthermore, 354 respondents participated in this study. The respondents used the apps mostly to display the vaccination certificate and check in/out from public facilities. The overall user satisfaction value towards the application was 3.83+0.76. The system quality (r = 0.621, p-value<0.001) and information quality (r = 0.626, p-value<0.001) were associated with the user satisfaction while the user satisfaction (r = 0.471, p-value<0.001), was correlated to the perceived benefit. In brief, perceived benefit was positively correlated with the user’s satisfaction, whereas user satisfaction was positively correlated with self-efficacy, system quality, and information quality.
