Abstract

Every adolescents is equipped with emotion to offset ratios tend to act based on the principles of logic. Emotional aspect would lead adolescents to consider various aspects before acting. The purpose of this research was to determine the emotional quotient one semester students Akademi Keperawatan Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. The research design used descriptive. The sampel was some of one semester students Akademi Keperawatan Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto a number of 18 respondents with simple random sampling teckhnic. The data was taken by a questionnaire. Analyzing data used was Microsoft Office Excel 2007. Research result was 18 respondents (77.8%) with a high emotional quotient category. Students have high emotional quotient category able to realize emotions appropriately, capable of implanting, and able to understand any changes little emotion.Keyword:Emotional Quotient, Adolescents

Abstract

Touch terapy merupakan gabungan bentuk stimulasi raba dan gerak yang bisa dilakukan oleh orang tua selama 15 menit. Manfaat dari touch terapy adalah meningkatkan kesehatan balita sehingga pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita optimal. Di desa Gayaman terdapat ibu yang tidak mengetahui tentang touch terapy sehingga touch terapy masih dilakukan oleh dukun bayi. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dan pendampingan dalam mempraktikkan touch terapy. Prosedur kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimulai dari tim melakukan koordinasi dengan mitra. Kemudian menyiapkan meteri pelatihan dan memberikan pembekalan ke mahasiswa sebagai tim pendamping. Pelaksanaan di awali dengan memberikan materi touch terapy dengan metode ceramah, pemutaran video, dan demonstrasi touch terapy. Kemudian peserta diminta untuk mempraktikkan touch terapy. Hasil temuan yang diperoleh adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan pendampingan dalam mempraktikkan touch terapy sehingga peserta mampu melakukan touch terapy secara baik dan benar.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSyndrome pre menstruation is a series of changing body ang psychology, wich is started in 2-14 days before menstrual then abate almost in the moment of getting menstruation. Generally, kind of psychology’s symptoms, which is gotten by adolescent girls in the moment of pre menstruation, is worrying of facing syndrome pre menstruation. The purpose of this research is to know the level of worried in adolescent girls facing syndrome pre menstruation in SMPN 2 Sooko Mojokerto. Design of this research is Descriptive. The population is 117 adolescent girls in SMPN 2 Sooko Mojokerto and the sample of this research is 117 adolescent girls taken by total sampling. Data is collected by questionnaire that is provided in table’s distribution frequency form. The result of this research shows that ahalf of responden get middle level worried in facing pre menstruation syndrome is 71 respondents . That woried is influenced by some factors, such as knowledge, education,age, experience in the past and sex, in addition , adolescent girls should more add the knowledge about pre menstruation syndrome in order worried is avoided, by looking for the information as like reading science books, reading form electronic media and asking the expert in healthy.Keywords: Worried level, adolescent girls, syndrome pre menstruation

Abstract

ABSTRACTSibling rivalry is the hostility and feelings of jealousy between siblings. Toddler age is the vital to child development, especially the development of emotions due to the egocentric that time was for the child. The vulnerable emotions in children ages toddler was jealous of taste. Jealousy going on aimed at getting attention. Less the maximum role of mother can lead to sibling rivalry in children. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of the mothers relationship with a sibling rivalry the incidence rate in children aged toddler (1-3 years). Design of this research is analytic correlation with cross sectional approach. Samples taken with the Proportional Random Sampling technique as much as 62 respondents. In addition, questionnaire that has been checked its validity and reliability was used as the research instrument. Then the data are analyzed by using spearman rho correlation. The results showed that the mother in the village of Sumberrejo Purwosari Pasuruan most (45.2%) doing its part by category and have children who experienced sibling rivalry (61,3%) level. Statistical test results correlation Spearman Rank the value of p (0.000) < &alpha; (0.05). Conclusion of this research is the role of the mothers relationship is with the level of sibling rivalry instances on children aged toddler (1-3 years) in the village of Sumberrejo Purwosari, Pasuruan, therefore the role of the mother in educating children should correspond to the stages of growing flower child in the fulfillment of the basic needs of the child.Keywords: Role of the mother, Sibling Rivalry, Toddler

Abstract

At toddler age growth rate began to decline and despite progress in motor development. To spur the development of gross motor movement, Parents use the Baby walker. The purpose of this research was to knowing relationship Use of the Baby Walker with gross motor development in Toodler in Arjosari hamlet, Payungrejo Village, Kutorejo District of Mojokerto. The research design used cross-sectional. The population in this research are all mothers and toodler in Arjosari hamlet, Payungrejo Village, Kutorejo District of Mojokerto a number of 20 respondents. The sampel was all mothers and toodler in Arjosari hamlet, Payungrejo Village, Kutorejo District of Mojokerto a number of 20 respondents. with total sampling teckhnic. The instrument in this research used denver II form and structured interviews sheet. The time of this research 23 Juni 2016. Analyzing data used was cross table frekuensi distribution. The results showed that Most respondents 12 respondents (60%) who did not use Baby Walker, normal gross motor development. This shows The process of running a baby with using a baby walker that is encourages like playing scooter, However child using just his feet. Abstract

The golden age was a time of growth and development at this age is a period of rapid and never repeated, which of children age 1 &ndash; 3 years should be given food with balanced nutrition. So that mothers play an important role in providing balanced nutrition for toddlers. The purpose of this research was to determine the role of the mother in meeting the nutritional needs of toddlers in the village, by village Bungkem, Kweden Kembar, Mojoanyar, Mojokerto district. The research design used is descriptive. The sampel is in getting as many as people who have decision criteria for inclusion with purposive sampling teckhnic. The data was taken using a questionnaire cantaining 20 question. Research result in as many as 11 people get a percentage of 55% with a negative role in education because of poor factor. Good mothers who have little education and are well educated in the expected increase understanding or searching for information about nutritional requirements needed by toodlers throught counseling at the time of early childhood facilities in the local authorities so as to address the role of the mother is negative and can improve child nutrition.Keywords: Roles, Toodlers, Nutritional needs.

Abstract

Diet plays an important role in the nutritional status, especially for elementary school students. Menu of foods into balanced nutrition isneeded if the body wants in a healthy condition. The purpose of this study is to know to the connection between diet and nutritional status in student&rsquo;s elementary school of forth grades at SDN 1 Jabon Mojoanyar Mojokerto. The research designis analytic correlation by using cross sectional approach. The population in this research are all students of forth grades at SDN 1 Mojoanyar Jabon include 41 students, in order the researcher decides to take all members of population to be sampling for this research totally 41 students.The independent variables of level diet and the dependent variable of nutritional status. The data is collection from questionnaires whereas it is taken from taking using Z-score criteria. The result of this research shows that 33 respondents (80,5%) have a sufficient diet, 32 respondents normal nutrition, and 1 respondent has more nutrition. The Spearment rho test values obtained rho &rho; = 0.000 and &alpha; = 0.05 so that &rho; &lt;&alpha; then H0 is rejected. It means thereis connection between diet and nutritional status in student&rsquo;s elementary school of forth grades at SDN 1 Jabon Mojoanyar Mojokerto. Good nutrition is necessary for the process in grow up of the children. Consumption many kinds of food, nutritional balanced and healthy areto complete individual nutritional for growing and developing body.Keywords: Diet, Nutritional Status

Abstract

AbstractThe greater it is and increasing Babys age then nutritional needs to meet energy needs. Then there needs lo be extra energy from food other than ASI known as J1P-ASI. The purpose of this research was to knowing relationship mothers altitude with practice of giving MP- AS! in Posyandu, Krajan hamlet, Karangpatihan Village, Balong District orPonorogo. The research design used cross-sectional. The population in this research arc all Mothers with babies 7 months- I 2 months in Posyandu, Krajan hamlet, Karangpatihan Village, Balong District of Ponorogo a number of 32 respondents. The sampel was all mothers with babies 7 months - 12 months in Posyandu, Krajan hamlet, Karangpatihan Village, Balong District of Ponorogo a number of 32 respondents. with total sampling teckhnic. The instrument in this research used to assess attitudes and practice or giving MP- ASI is a questionnaire. The time of this research 18 Juli 20 I 6. Analyzing data used was cross table frekuensi distribution. The results showed that most respondents 12 respondents (37%) who have a positive attitude then the practice of giving the MP-AS! is positive. This shows that increasingly positive attitude of a person then tend lo lake action that is positive inside practice of giving MP- AST.Keyword: Altitude, Practice of giving, MP-AS!

Abstract

Every natural disaster must cause losses and impacts in the affected area, as well as flooding. Among them are the spread of various germs, loss of property, agriculture, crops, or damaged fields, public facilities, facilities, and infrastructure to be damaged. The purpose of this study was to analyze economic factors, environmental sanitation, nutritional and psychological status of children on children's development in flood-prone areas of Gayaman Village. In this study, the population is all families who have children in flood-prone areas of Gayaman Village. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the rho spearmen test. The results showed that most children with good psychology with normal development there were 56 respondents (54.9%) with the statistical test results p-value 0.002 the value of the closeness of the relationship was 0.301, meaning that there is a close relationship between child psychology and child development. Respondents were mostly in good environmental sanitation with child normal development to 60 respondents (58.8%). Statistical test results p-value 0.008 the value of the closeness of the relationship is 0.262, meaning that there is a close relationship between environmental sanitation and child development. High socioeconomic with child normal development to 32 respondents (31.4%) with a p-value of 0.079 a closeness value of 0.175, meaning that there is no significant relationship between family economic conditions and child development. The nutritional status of children is mostly good with normal child development of 66 respondents (64.7%) with a p-value of 0.019, a closeness value of 0.232, meaning that there is a close relationship between nutritional status and child development. Good nutritional status in childhood will affect subsequent child development because by providing good nutrition the child is not easily sick and development is optimal.
