Abstract

One important aspect of the quality of Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) is a stop (shelter). Analysis of service quality of a shelter is important because it is directly felt by the users. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of importance and satisfaction of the shelter of TMB. The data used in this study is primary data. Results of analysis show that there is no significant difference of the respondents’ assessment for each aspect of quality of the shelter, both for the level of importance and satisfaction. The results also show that aspects with high level of importance did not experience as satisfaction. This study shows that there are several components perceived as importance but not satisfactory, which needs improvement or development, namely the cleanliness of bus stops, support facilities around the bus stops, and platform. Salah satu aspek penting layanan Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) adalah tempat pemberhentian (halte). Analisis tentang kualitas pelayanan sebuah halte penting untuk dilakukan dilakukan karena secara langsung dirasakan oleh pengguna. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap halte TMB. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer. Dari analisis yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa tidak ada perbedaan nyata penilaian responden terhadap dua belas aspek kualitas halte, baik untuk tingkat kepentingan maupun tingkat kepuasan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pula bahwa tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi tidak diikuti oleh tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi juga. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa komponen halte yang menurut persepsi masyarakat penting tetapi tidak memuaskan dan membutuhkan perbaikan atau pengembangan, yaitu kebersihan halte, fasilitas pendukung di sekitar halte, dan tangga halte.

Abstract

Public transport stops should be planned in such a way to attract more people to use it. The purpose of this study is to examine the influencing factors to the selection of travel distance from home to bus stop. The results show that majority of users of Trans Metro Bandung travelled less than 300 meters to reach bus stop. Aspects or variables that are discussed in this study are gender, age, marital status, status at the household, household conditions, occupation, monthly expenses, monthly travel expenses, mode to reach bus stops, and luggage. The results of the analysis using ordinal logit model show that the influencing aspects of the distance from home to the bus stops are gender and mode to reach bus stops.

Abstract

Abstract The development of the road network is needed to determine the extent of the road network of a city or region that requires handling and development, both in the long term, medium term and short term. The purpose of this study is to obtain a master plan for the development of the national road network in North Sulawesi and Gorontalo Provinces, as a basis for planning the development of the road network for the next 5 years. The data used are primary and secondary data. Based on the results of traffic modeling, the majority of national roads in North Sulawesi Province and in Gorontalo Province have relatively small traffic volumes. The projection results, from 2020 to 2025, show that there are 7 roads that require handling and capacity improvement. Keywords: road network, national road, traffic modeling, road capacity, road development  Abstrak Pengembangan jaringan jalan diperlukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana jaringan jalan suatu kota atau wilayah memerlukan penanganan maupun pengembangan, baik untuk jangka panjang, jangka menengah, maupun jangka pendek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan suatu rencana induk pengembangan jaringan jalan nasional di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dan di Provinsi Gorontalo, sebagai basis perencanaan pengembangan jaringan jalan hingga 5 tahun yang akan datang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan lalu lintas, mayoritas jalan nasional di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dan di Provinsi Gorontalo memiliki volume lalu lintas yang relatif kecil. Hasil proyeksi dari tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2025, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 ruas jalan yang memerlukan penanganan dan peningkatan kapasitas. Kata-kata kunci: jaringan jalan, jalan nasional, pemodelan lalu lintas, kapasitas jalan, pengembangan jalan

Abstract

Abstract Jasamarga Kunciran-Cengkareng Toll Road causes a change in the configuration of the access system to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This requires a study to ensure the smooth traffic circulation at the airport. This study uses an approach based on road performance, using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997 method, and simulating traffic movements according to the origin and destination of these movements. This study shows that the existing weaving segment can still serve traffic needs, while the modeling carried out provides a performance indicators of Delay Average 36.45 seconds, Stop Average 1.97 vehicles per hour, Speed Average 47.84 km/hour, and Total Travel Time 2,392,331 seconds. Keywords: road capacity; access system; traffic circulation; road performance; weaving.  Abstrak Jalan Tol Jasamarga Kunciran-Cengkareng menyebabkan perubahan konfigurasi sistem akses menuju Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Hal ini memerlukan suatu kajian untuk menjamin kelancaran sirkulasi lalu lintas di bandara. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan yang didasarkan pada kinerja jalan, dengan menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997, dan simulasi pergerakan lalu lintas yang sesuai dengan asal dan tujuan pergerakan tersebut. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa segmen jalinan yang ada masih dapat melayani kebutuhan lalu lintas, sedangkan pemodelan yang dilakukan memberikan besaran kinerja Delay Average 36,45 detik, Stop Average 1,97 kendaraan per jam, Speed Average 47,84 km/jam, dan Total Travel Time 2.392.331 detik. Kata-kata kunci: kapasitas jalan; sistem akses; sirkulasi lalu lintas; kinerja jalan; jalinan.
