Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the learning system to change drastically from offline meetings (face to face) to online learning. In this online learning, students are required to be able to do learning independently. Independent learning is learning that is carried out on its own initiative in accordance with the way or learning style that can support the understanding of independent learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze independent learning conducted online. This is done because there are various problems in online independent learning. Students who are accustomed to doing offline learning (face to face) will find it difficult to understand online learning materials. The long-term goal of this research is to evaluate independent learning conducted online.This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study used interactive model analysis. Online-based independent learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has been carried out well. Independent learning has several positive benefits that can shape the character of students in the learning process. independent learning carried out by students using various applications to support learning activities

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan, diketahui bahwa masih rendahnya kepuasan pelayanan dalam proses bertransaksi yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan mie gacoan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kemudahan transaksi terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mie Gacoan di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto dan survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, serta wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Mie Gacoan di Bandar Lampung, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampling insidental. Pengujian instrumen penelitian meliputi uji validitas dengan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data juga mencakup uji normalitas dengan metode Kolmogorov–Smirnov, serta uji homogenitas. Selain itu, dilakukan pula uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t, dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan transaksi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,728 yang lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,659, sehingga H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,182 menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan transaksi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 18,2% terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sementara sisanya sebesar 81,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The curriculum is an important part of education. To realize quality human resources, a curriculum that accommodates various competencies and skills is needed. Curriculum changes are necessary to adapt to current needs and prepare for the future. This research aims to understand the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in terms of school readiness in Lampung Province. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research informants include 5 (five) educators from several high schools in Lampung Province. Data collection was conducted using in-depth interviews and observations, supported by literature studies. The research results show that 1) There are still differences in teachers' perceptions regarding the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum due to several differences in understanding, which are suspected to be caused by varying intensities in participating in socialization or experiences in attending activities related to the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum organized by the Education Office or through sharing experiences with colleagues in the MGMP forum, as well as not yet maximizing independent study through various sites facilitated by the Ministry of Education and other internet sources. 2) The school's readiness is good, but there is still a need for improvement in the provision of facilities and budget to maximize learning outcomes. 3) The educators' readiness is good, but supervision is still needed in the implementation of the Program Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5).DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v7.i2.182-189

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which peer environment influences the economic behavior of 11th-grade students in the Accounting and Financial Institution program at SMK Palapa Bandar Lampung. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey and ex post facto method. A total of 30 students were selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a semantic differential scale. The instrument was tested for validity and reliability (α = 0.814). Classical assumption tests included normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing was conducted using simple linear regression with the model Y = α + βX + e, along with a t-test and coefficient of determination. The results show that the peer environment has a positive and significant influence on students' economic behavior, indicated by a t-value of 4.625 > t-table value of 2.056 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression coefficient of 0.937 indicates a positive direction of influence, and the adjusted R² value of 0.413 means that 41.3% of economic behavior is explained by peer interaction. These findings suggest that associating with peers who practice responsible economic habits encourages students to manage their finances more wisely and rationally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa (LKM) untuk mata kuliah Pengantar Akuntansi guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi di Universitas Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg & Gall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, validasi, uji coba, dan revisi. Instrumen penelitian mencakup angket motivasi belajar dan lembar validasi ahli. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa LKM ini valid, praktis, dan efektif, serta mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa secara signifikan. LKM ini diharapkan menjadi media pembelajaran inovatif dan relevan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran akuntansi di perguruan tinggi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul kewirausahaan berbasis proyek yang mendorong minat mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dibuat telah memenuhi kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Modul ini disusun berdasarkan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) yang diintegrasikan dengan metode pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL). Dengan hadirnya modul ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dan memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam mengelola proyek kewirausahaan.Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan, Minat Berwirausaha, Project Based LearningDoi: https://doi.org/10.23960/JIPS/v5i2.89-95
